on west hash.
I deleted the order and recreated and now is working.
us2.bitminter.com is what I used on the second and third attempts and I had tried changing the difficulty. made a new worker and redid the order now working.
Thanks all

"Error: Extranonce1 size and extranonce2 size greater than 8"
Try us2.bitminter.com - it has extranonce2 size of 4 bytes. I'll be switching mint.bitminter.com (us1) from 6 to 4 bytes in the future. Did the trick Doc !! Thanks, Wrote too fast. While it does not give the error and does show hashing on the order. Nothing is showing up under my account on bit minter. I had reset the worker being used and it shows not even a single share in 20 mins. I pinged the us2.bitminter.com which matched what showed under the order 204.27.61.162. I have canceled the order, made a new worker and created a new order with new worker name. Will advise again later.

Doc or Fahlcor (Since you said you had it working) I have setup a west hash account and tried pointing at bit minter but I keep getting "Error: Extranonce1 size and extranonce2 size greater than 8" I have modified the worker with different difficulty settings from 16 to 128 and tried the override of stratum extranonce2at 4 and 8. But keep getting the error. At another pool I had no issue with an order. Thanks in advance for hints of the secret sauce to make it happy ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

Still selling this stuff
Nope. The only thing you are selling is air. Your supposed to be in the legal biz. Sue them, drop papers on them for refunds.

WOW what a rant.
You sure sound like a level headed person people should trust.
Maybe on your fourteenth birthday you will learn some manners.

FYI
When people buy that expensive notebook they don't want to add the extended warranty because they see it only as a one time expense. It is really divided by three. The cost for the first year of obtaining no question asked support, and the second and third years of what it would cost to be repaired (provided not user dropped etc).
It also greatly adds to the resale value.
For example, A 18 month old notebook with a remaining 18 months of warranty is worth way more than the one without.

If it is within 1 year of purchase date it can still be added. You stated it was nearly new. That means a purchase within 6 months or less.
So it is either "nearly new" and thus still eligible or its over a year old and thus it is not "nearly new".
So which way is it ?
I did not know a warranty could be added AFTER the fact. So don't be an asshole with me. For someone that likes to invent definitions words "nearly new" without looking them up... allow me to look it up for you because I see you didn't bother looking this up even though I posted the link in the very first message on this thread. http://www.everymac.com/systems/apple/macbook_pro/specs/macbook-pro-core-i7-2.6-15-dual-graphics-late-2013-retina-display-specs.htmlAnd during my exhaustive efforts searching with a single click I find this model has: an Introduction Date: October 22, 2013 and a Discontinued Date: July 29, 2014 I don't like to make up definitions so next I will look at a calender and notice that because it is not October 22nd, 2014 this Macbook Model A1398 is therefore less than a year old. Just like you, I didn't know something, and now we both learned something new today. You learned it is better not to be an asshole. And I learned that it might be possible to buy an extended warranty on a < 1 year old Mac. You assumed I was referring to the model as being "Nearly New" and calling me an asshole. I have worked on Macs since there were Mac's. I have mactracker on my iPhone and Macbook Pro (mid 2014) and know fully well how to look up the model spec's to see its release/discontinue date. I was referring to "Nearly New" as to when you "Purchased" it. Since that is what qualifies if you can still add the warranty which you can do up to 1 year from date of purchase even on refurb units bought from the Apple Store. https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.doThat will tell you how much time is left on the warranty if you bought it from Apple. And as long as there is time left Applecare can be added. Ill accept that apology now ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

If it has warranty left that would be a major plus and should be listed. You would need to provide the serial number so it can be checked.
Extended AppleCare warranty was not purchased at time of sale. That would have been $300 if I remember correctly, and it was already a lot of money. I have never had a Mac die on me so I opted out of paying extra for Apple Care. If it is within 1 year of purchase date it can still be added. You stated it was nearly new. That means a purchase within 6 months or less. So it is either "nearly new" and thus still eligible or its over a year old and thus it is not "nearly new". So which way is it ?

Looks like big baller has left the building. He/She/They backed down from a high of 170+ and kept dropping down in steps till they were all gone as it looked like this is a block from concrete land.

If you live in the arctic and can let that cool around around it.
They must be cooled with something moving air through them. Replacement fans are cheap or even a personal box fan etc.
Key is to monitor it and make sure them temps stay under 50c.

In some other posts, some people tell that miners could be dangerous in closed rooms (because of VOC). Tell your son to ventilate his room ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) VOC? whats voc? ok, found it: "The real issue are the chemicals released from the heated components - they give off toxic gases when heated - known as VOCs: http://www.health.state.mn.us/divs/eh/indoorair/voc/" i have been in the same room and sleeping with miners on same room for 1 month or so omg... is that dangerous then?? Of course window was always opened and it was ventilated every day but... you scare me now xD Don't have a heart attack. I think there would be a lot out there on the subject if running a few machines put off any amount worth worrying about. I've been looking around and I can't find much on the topic. Thats another good reason to buy used!! Since most of the outgasing will have occurred with the previous owner. There we go!! We didn't know that BFL (and all the others including bitmain lately) was doing everyone a health service by pre-mining (testing) equipment before shipping to deplete all that nasty VOC before it affected their customers ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)
