1  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC To Under 100$ on: March 22, 2019, 09:21:40 AM
Bitcoin won't got to $100. Stop dreaming.
Lowest I personally see is the high 1kish.
But we could have very well bottomed at 3k

2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Sugar Exchange? on: November 10, 2018, 12:50:37 AM
We cant still say that this is a scam but you wont really have any choice but to wait up and also this coin is tradeable on Coinexchange. https://www.coinexchange.io/market/SGR/BTC
Did you say it's listed on coinexchange? I think no need to explain it further, mostly of the token that gets listed on coinex were scam.
And I was try to look at their Facebook page but it seems it doesn't existed anymore, now I'm wondering how OP became a bag holder witj that kind of coin.

At that point of time exchange coins were increasingly high in value like BNB and Kucoin Shares. Sugar exchange was a microcap coin and it pitched itself as a very good exchange in the future, it was also in a relatively unknown exchange coinex. I made 10x from buying these kinds of coins in low vol exchanges before (Dragonchain from etherdelta to be specific, it was 45c and then blew up to $5 in about a month)

scam

Thought that had partnerships with Modulus and Onfido? Modulus even confirmed it.
4  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to play fast on trading ? on: October 25, 2018, 04:42:15 AM
can you explain this description (how to play fast in trading).?
because I am still a beginner (newbie) and want to learn from your experience all.
thx  Smiley

If youre a newbie better not to play fast its risky and can easily get burned. just buy good coins at good entry points
sell when it moons too much.
5  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: little note of trading bitcoin on: October 25, 2018, 04:09:57 AM
i'm new at bitcoin trading
i have read this little note of bitcoin trading someware

Bitcoin up = altcoin down
Bitcoin down = altcion down
Bitcoin stable = altcoin moon

is it true? can i use it for a guide in trading?
and why Bitcoin can greatly affect to other coins
i know bitcoin is the king, legend, the first but is it possible just because of that?

Not true.

Usually bitcoin has a lagging effect. So altcoins will move faster than bitcoin whether is it up or downwards.
Best is to sell alts to btc when alts overbought and then buy alts with btc when alts oversold...repeat
and become rich.
6  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: looking for 15% / day (short term trading) on: October 25, 2018, 03:51:25 AM
it is very difficult nowadays to benefit from short-term trading,. even a 15% / day profit becomes impossible for the current price situation..
there may be some trading strategies that you can suggest here. bittrex is the place for me to trade
1. what coins you use for short-term trading
2. what time do you usually trade
3. how much profit you can with your strategy (profit / day)

15% profit a day is incredible, in fact almost 100% chance not sustainable. 1% a day is already elite level.
Don't believe me start with 10k and increase your gains by 1% a day, you will see it grow very quickly.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Sugar Exchange? on: October 25, 2018, 03:46:22 AM
Does anybody know what's up with this coin, any news? I am holding some of their bags.
From what I heard last time they are supposedly going to launch their exchange this November.

But their sub-reddit is very quiet and for some reason I got kicked out of their Telegram.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When Bullrun will start? on: October 24, 2018, 08:27:33 AM
It is hard to predict, I do believe Nov-Dec we will see a slight increase but nothing dramatic. 2019 might be the year where prices will go up, but slowly, we won't see anything as dramatic as Nov/Dec 2017 for awhile is my bet.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you had to HODL only 1 cryptocurrency for 10 years how should you choose? on: September 28, 2018, 01:20:55 AM
I would choose nano at current price range and hodl 10 yrs. but i wont put all my wealth in it
10  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to overcome my fear and how to start trading? on: September 20, 2018, 01:56:26 PM
Start small with an amount that you're comfortable with losing. Once you get the hang of it then increase the amount.
11  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin reach $100,000 in two years? Bitcoin statistics and predictions on: September 20, 2018, 01:54:47 PM
Personally I believe it will reach $100k in 2021/22 and $1million in 2026/27.
12  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTFD and HODL strategy (New contrarian strategy) on: September 14, 2018, 12:47:57 AM
Interesting idea, share your results with us.

For better consistency of your trading routine you will probably need to set a certain time when you evaluate the biggest negative 24hr % and put your buy order. Furthermore, consider some "plan B" for exiting from your positions. You may miss profit because some coin will perform slightly worse than all other but it could still make you x times of your buy price.

I will check the prices the first thing I wake up in the morning. But I can't say for certain when exactly. Sometimes I wake up at 6am, sometimes 7 or 8am. I could check the prices on that certain time but I would like to make it as "real life" as possible and most people do not religiously do something the exact time every day.

I think an exit strategy could be applied and is very likely profitable, you could try it in your setup but for now I would like to try a extreme contrarian approach. The only exit is when the coin reaches the highest 24hr % returns for all alts. Risk are mitigated by adding small positions per day which will result in holding various coins. Anyway, day 3 results are below, RDN went bananas on the 2nd day and became the largest % returns for all alts on 2nd day after being the biggest loser on the 1st, therefore I sold all RDN to tether as per my strategy and would add in to my $100 daily investment spread across the next 30 days. Right now results are very impressive, although its mostly due to RDN going crazy. GoChain profited a few dollars.

Day 3:
DATE   CAPITAL INVESTED/EARNED   COIN   AMT BOUGHT   AMT SOLD
12th Sep   -$100                               RDN        270.74
13th Sep   -$100                               GO          2195.43
13th Sep   $142.75                            RDN                            270.74
14th Sep   -$104.75                           GO          2457.42

HOLDINGS
GO   4652.85
TETHER   $138.00 (-$4.75 reinvested in GO)

TOTAL CAPITAL INVESTED   $300
CURRENT VALUE   $341.97

Btw, if you like my strategy and updates, if possible do spare me some BTCs, even few dollars would be good:

13  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Help! Growing $200 to $5000 in 30 Days on: September 13, 2018, 05:32:29 AM
I would advise to extend the loan or try to borrow from friends/family first.

But if you REALLY want to risk it. use the $200 on super high leverage on Bitmex.
If you are lucky you might make that $5k but its super super risky and chances are
you will lose that $200 more often than not.
14  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Short term vs. Long term investments on: September 13, 2018, 05:20:46 AM
I would say after a market crash like the crypto market now, you should buy to keep long.
When market cap reaches/surpasses ATH then start to trade it in a shorter time frame. My two satoshis.
15  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTFD and HODL strategy (New contrarian strategy) on: September 13, 2018, 03:07:32 AM
Definitely interested. Will it work? I don't know. But I'm definitely interested on how this will pan out.

Just to add though, not because a certain coin/token is in Binance it doesn't automatically mean that the coin/token is actually good or reputable. What if the reason that the coin/token dropped in price is because the project did a scam quit or if the project went bankrupt or something? Fundamentals should still play a role here. Just my 2 satoshis.

I understand, the reason I use Binance is because of the volume (To be applicable irl if you choose to) and at least the coin on there are not total shitcoins. Of course if there is a bitconnect 2.0 and the prices are falling rapidly because of it being a scam then it makes reason not to buy the
dip. Some common sense has to be used.
16  Economy / Trading Discussion / BTFD and HODL strategy (New contrarian strategy) on: September 13, 2018, 02:36:02 AM
I am trying out a new contrarian strategy using play money on Delta.

Every month I would set aside $3k (For 30 days in a month)
Every day, I would BTFD and put $100 into the the biggest negative 24hr % change for all Alt/Btc
on Binance. I do not put $3k all at once or something because its to lower the risk of catching a falling knife.

If there are no coins in the red, I would not buy at all for that day. and that extra $100 would be
added into my fiat stash to be redistributed equally for the remaining days on that month. (Edit:
I think it makes more sense to redistribute it to the next 30 days rather than remaining days of the month).

I simply HODL and do not sell except if the coin that I own happens to be the biggest positive 24hr % for all
Alt/Btc, which I would sell all holdings and then redistribute the fiat into the remaining fiat stash.

I do not have a specific time of the day to buy, but I will do it every day on the first moment when I log in to Binance
for that day.

So far i'm two days in into the experiment and results seems good:

I bought 270.74 RDN on 12 sep and 2195.43 GO today.
Total capital invested = $200
Total capital now = $211.39 (haven't taken 0.1% binance trading fees)
after fees would be approx = $210.89  (Taking into account 0.2% trading fees, 0.1% for fiat to btc, and another 0.1% for btc to alt)

Would update in between if you guys are interested.
17  Economy / Trading Discussion / Does anybody use Quoinex? on: May 24, 2018, 09:38:43 AM
I am trying to deposit fiat into Quoinex, I was using Gemini before but the 1% trading fee is a huge put off.

While trying to remit the money there is an option of recipient country. I know Quoinex is from Japan
yet the account holder is Swapforex Limited which is from London. So I am not really sure which country to put.
Overall, it seems more confusing to send fiat there then Gemini.

Can anyone guide me?
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the crypto market recover? on: April 04, 2018, 07:17:42 AM
It will definitely recover maybe even by 3rd quarter this year. There are too many companies vested in the blockchain tech for it to completely go bust.
Also total market cap of cryptos is close to 300 bn now which is super small, its even smaller than a single market cap of some large corporations.

Even the dotcom bubble recovered after 15 years and that was when it was worth 10 trillion. Also keep it mind, crypto market is 24/7
while stock markets are office hours and on weekdays only. So the recovery period for crypto is much much faster because of it being 24/7 and
with the small total market cap.

Back then I remembered it took less than 3 months for it to grow from 400bn to 800bn.
So all it takes is another 2-3 months mania period for it to recover again.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it a good idea or not? on: April 04, 2018, 07:08:18 AM
I know the price of all crypto currencies are now started to recover,so I just want to convert my portion of bitcoins into Ethereum, because I hope ethereum will have better growth rate when compare to bitcoin.

So what you are thinking guys is it good idea or better hold as bitcoin.

Then you might as well put in small cap promising alts. They will grow more than ethereum.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can you still get rich with crypto? on: April 04, 2018, 06:35:07 AM
Hello guys,

here i want to start a discussion about the possibility of getting rich with cryptos. if you start off with an amount of lets say max. 1k i dont think so. If we say you are able to invest like 10-100k you can still earn alot of money but in this case you are already very wealthy. Here is no enough space below this post to either say "Hey man you got it right" or just prove me wrong. leeeeeeeeeeeeets go  Wink

How is investing 10-100k means you are wealthy? I invested that amount and I won't consider myself
wealthy at all.

Yes you can still be rich. $1k to 1 million is a stretch, probably have to get in a very promising ICO like Wanchain and then wait 2 years.
Most of the time you are not going to turn $1k to 1 million.
