Who is the issuer of the VISA card? Is it Wirecard?

Has anybody already successfully got the card topped up?
I'm waiting more than 10 days already for my manual top up. Last message 10 days ago was, the top up will me made during the next few days.
Currently, our card partner is experiencing some minor issues and the service is under maintenance. Sorry for the problem. Services will be returning to normal soon. We, unfortunately, do not have a time frame on their maintenance. If you wish to load your Crypterium UP card, please submit a request for a manual card load to support@crypterium.comOn 20th May I made a service request by the provided form already. Approximately 10 days ago I received an email that the card will be topped up in the next few days. But nothing happened so far. Please reply to the email you received from the team. I've replied to the email already. But the answer did not really help me. Answer was: Note that we have more requests at the moment, and our team will need more time for this. But it's already a quite long time...  And 10 more days gone without any top up... It's 4 weeks now, since I filled out this form and requested the top up. And we are entering week number 10 without any top up... For me it does not seem like a "minor issues" with the card issuer anymore...

Die Bestellung wird schon vor der ersten Confirmation bearbeitet? Das wäre natürlich echt sehr gut bezüglich Lieferzeit!
Ob hier eine Confirmation gewartet wird, weiß ich nicht. Du wirst einfach zu bitpay weitergeleitet, scannst den QR- Code und bekommst unmittelbar danach die Zahlungsbestätigung. Hab das aber auch schon ewig nicht mehr gemacht. Ich habe es die Tage einfach mal selbst getestet. Das Essen kommt auch ohne Block-Bestätigung. Es wird also bereits direkt nach dem Absenden der Transaktion zubereitet und ausgeliefert. Ist die Pizza denn billiger wenn man Fee,Umrechnungskurs usw berechnet ? Oder ist es insgesamt ein Tick teurer ? Kannst Du dazu noch etwas schreiben.Danke War etwas teurer. Bei Bestellwert 20 € habe ich inkl. Fee grob 1 € drauf gelegt. Die Fee war zu diesem Zeitpunkt aber alleine ca. 50 ct. Aus irgend einem Grund betrug die 30 sat/byte und lies sich in Electrum zumindest nicht standardmäßig weiter reduzieren. Bei der Bestellung davor wurden nur 6 sat/byte verlangt. Da war die Fee nur ca. 10 ct gewesen. Muss meinen Wallet wohl mal auf Segwit umstellen.  Aber wenn man die Fee mal außen vorlässt: BTC-Kurs laut Bitstamp zu diesem Zeitpunkt: ca. 8400 € Kurs von Bitpay: 8188 € Ein weiterer prozentualer Aufschlag für die Zahlungsart wird aber nicht genommen. Lediglich der etwas schlechtere Umrechnungskurs.

Mal eine ganz blöde Frage zu den nativen SegWit-Adressen (bc1q…):
Wenn ich nun bei Electrum ein SegWit-Wallet erzeuge und zum Beispiel meine Lieferando-Pizza damit bezahlen will, so liefert mit BitPay stets eine Legacy-Adresse als Empfangsadresse. Soweit ich verstanden habe, kann ich grundsätzlich an Legacy-Adressen schicken. Muss der Empfänger aber auch SegWit grundsätzlich unterstützen? Oder kann ich mich prinzipiell darauf verlassen, dass auch alte Wallets den Geldeingang verarbeiten können?
Die SegWit-Gebührenordnung (oder wie man das nennen mag) kommt zur Anwendung, wenn die Sendeadresse eine SegWit-Adresse ist, oder? Sprich, der Typ der Empfangsadresse ist egal?

For security and fraud prevention reasons, we require six block confirmations on either the Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash blockchains before funds are credited to the merchant account and the order is considered truly complete. Wie lange dauert die Lieferung meiner Bestellung? Durchschnittlich beträgt die Lieferzeit ca. 45-60 Minuten. Quelle: https://www.lieferando.de/kundenservice-konsument-betreff-lieferung6 Blöcke á 10 Minuten = 60 Minuten + 40-60 Minuten durchschnittliche Lieferzeit von Lieferando ergibt (ohne Verzögerung) knackige 2 Stunden Vorlaufzeit für eine Essensbestellung. Da wäre es empfehlenswert wenn du die Bestellung abschickst bevor der Hunger zuschlägt  Es dauert vielleicht 6 confirmations, bis der Händler den Betrag gutgeschrieben bekommt, aber nicht bis sich das Essen auf den Weg macht. Hab das schon mal bei einem Freund gemacht.  Einfach QR- Code scannen, die Bestellung wird dann sofort bearbeitet. Die Bestellung wird schon vor der ersten Confirmation bearbeitet? Das wäre natürlich echt sehr gut bezüglich Lieferzeit!

After todays update, I cannot login any more. I always get the message "Your device is not verified". What can I do or what causes this error?
Hello, The new Android update was just released. There is a little issue "your device is not verified" upon login. Recommend to use mob number and password for the first log in after update, it will fix this issue. Thank you. That worked. How long is this update going to really take? Or what is the estimate time that the developers estipulate? I've been pushing to buy a house. And now I can't take the money out, and I am racing against time. This is really an inconvenience.
It would really help if an estimate time more or less how long it would take so that all consumers have the proper expectation. When you are out on a limb with time, can be frustating.
Don´t have ETA but it should be pretty soon. It is really a mess. If you are relying on this card, a downtime of several days can bring you really into trouble! Imagine you were on vacation and this would be the only card you have with you...

On 02. of Mai I received an email, that card top-ups are temporarily not available due to maintenance.
It's 4 days now, I am not able to top up the card. When will the maintenance finish and I can use the card again?

Are there any news regarding the Union Pay card? When will the new one be delivered?

When will it be possible to top up the cards?
Whenever I click on Top-Up, I receive the message "This feature is currently unavailable. Please contact our support for details" in a red box.
This message is appearing the last few month already.

I recently received an eMail with the following content: Dear Client, We wish to inform you, that Mistertango started to use Cash Flow Restrictions Information System (hereinafter "PLAIS"). Is an automated information system that enables all authorities with the right of recovery to provide funds write-offs and restrictions instructions to credit institutions in a uniform manner. Possible fees: PLAIS system fee: 1.02 EUR Mistertango maintenance fee: 0.87 EUR Have a nice day! What is the PLAIS system exactly and who are the authorities? Only authorities from Lithuania or from EU or even worldwide?

More than 3 weeks ago I ordered my crypterium card. Till now it has not arrived. In the App it says: YOUR CARD IS ON ITS WAY Your card is being issued Is the card already shipped then? Or is it still in the printing process?

The source was the same as for the first transfer which wasn't captured. I also made a third large transfer which wasn't captured. However the captured transfer was the largest so you might be right that it exceeded a limit. All transfers were outgoing SEPA. I've only loaded the account with Bitcoin.
Was this (captured) SEPA transfers to your own bank account or to a third party one? I am also loading with bitcoins and doing SEPA transfers to (mostly) my own bank accounts.

At the end i ordered a card, and some days ago i made a Sepa transfer to my grandmothers bank account -- but still not there!! ...
This could be your problem. Due to the increasingly restrictive regulations of the European Union on financial transfers of any kind, a service like Mistertango is not allowed to process transactions to bank accounts that belong to a 3rd party. You should only make withdrawals to your own bank account, because otherwise you will run into trouble. I would send an e-mail to the Mistertango support where you state that you were not aware of this rule and that you will only do transfers from and to a bank account in your own name in the future. Otherwise they will most likely shut down your account. I think that is not true! I am using my MisterTango account like any other bank account. I make a lot of transfers from and to third parties! There is no problem at all.
