You mentioned the address 1HHWh5HxmCR9441nK2Q3gtrpGJCCuoKkYm, the date 20 December and the amount 490 dollars, which would be approximately 0.03 bitcoins. This matches the transaction 8e081ae277565ffeda7b383c124069e8a6e8ad9d20b602620904c22f847d1d2a, which was confirmed on 20 December already. So with apologies for the non-specific reply, I conclude that both transactions have been confirmed. You can look up yours using a blockchain explorer, e.g. the one I mentioned above. Ok, Do you know why it's says "awaiting funds", I tought Coinify has not already received the funds It's the first time I have the problem

Hello everybody, I invest bitcoins since a while and never had any problem with my transactions But on the december 20 I sold for 490 dollars via the blockchain application and the transaction is still 'pending' and I get no money on my bank account I tried to contact them but no answer Does other users from the platform (blockchain.ifo - coinify) have meet the same issue ? thanks a lot and long life to the bitcoin !
