Bitcoin transaction is unconfirmed? Do you know the transaction id (txid)? If you do, you can share it here and we will have a look at it. The mining fee is probably too low and there are ways to increase it or use transaction accelerators to confirm it.

Neither I assume. I am unfamiliar with the platform you are using so I can't help you with that. I can only help you with Bitcoin things, not website things.
If you can't see any details on that issue and see what is the reason for a hold up on a Bitcoin level, then I can't help you. You will probably have to ask their support.

Where do you live? "Coinify" is an exchange in your country? a little bit confused as you said: sold via the blockchain application. Coinify is a blockchain application? if you are using an exchange to convert bitcoin into fiat, there is nothing to do but wait, it will be credited to your bank account.

Sounds like he might have gotten scammed, or fell victim to slow bank processing times over holidays and New year's. The address 1HHWh5HxmCR9441nK2Q3gtrpGJCCuoKkYm did successfully transfer and confirm the 490$ you speak of on the date specified. You need to contact "coinify"

Your transaction was confirmed yesterday. I hope you’ll receive your funds soon.
Thanks, Where dd you see it was confirmed ? The transaction 8772fd17e783b9e787e29f294ab0815b02f2b44e3dbcbb3d60d6799d72f5586a, which was posted by was posted by mpgalloo, was confirmed yesterday. You can look it up using a blockchain explorer, e.g. https://blockchain.info/tx/8772fd17e783b9e787e29f294ab0815b02f2b44e3dbcbb3d60d6799d72f5586a. However, maybe that transaction wasn't yours but rather something mpgalloo happened to post about in this same thread. You mentioned the address 1HHWh5HxmCR9441nK2Q3gtrpGJCCuoKkYm, the date 20 December and the amount 490 dollars, which would be approximately 0.03 bitcoins. This matches the transaction 8e081ae277565ffeda7b383c124069e8a6e8ad9d20b602620904c22f847d1d2a, which was confirmed on 20 December already. So with apologies for the non-specific reply, I conclude that both transactions have been confirmed. You can look up yours using a blockchain explorer, e.g. the one I mentioned above.
