4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Stay on top of the ANN Thread on: April 19, 2018, 10:13:45 PM
I was wondering how does some ANN has lot of comments and come up on the top , and some die without gaining any recognition on the bottom ?

What is the trick here , Are some of the ICO paying incentivizing people to post on their ANN to keep it on the top ?

Interesting . No Whitepaper and you expect people to be interested in your project ?
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CLO] CALLISTO on: April 16, 2018, 09:24:11 PM
I dont understand what this ANN is about ? Are you launching a new token ? or making a claim that your platform is scalable ?

If you are doing an annoucement , shouldnt you be having a whitepaper atleast ?

9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [AIRDROP][PRE-SALE] GREEN MOVEMENT GMV TOKEN 500 GMV FREE. on: January 23, 2018, 06:32:10 PM
" CrowdSale " for a SHIT TOKEN lol

Don't buy this NOOBS, get those free Air Drops then Dump the shit out of them when traded.

Just another SHIT TOKEN deployed by a low life SCAMER in like 5 minutes by copying another ERC20 code.

That's all Peeps.

I am curious , why do you think this is a shit token ? Maybe the developer is at the early stage of the project and wants to see the response for the project, I am new so I am genuinely looking to understand the bases for the comment :-)

Thanks
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Benefit of White-List on: January 23, 2018, 06:17:51 PM
Why would one rush to get into the whitelist, what advantages did you have personally getting into the white list ?
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Bounty Hunter - Telegram groups on: January 21, 2018, 06:27:47 PM

12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / is your bounty hunter really any good ? on: January 21, 2018, 04:26:18 PM
I'm in the mist of planning an ICO (legit one ) , I am still trying to learn the ropes of bitcointalk.

Coming from a strong business background and project management as a profession , I found most of the project unrealistic with an  unquantifiable goal , they don't even have a real plan.

Anyways , how can one get good bounties before they launch their ICO.

As a good bounty hunter what would you like to see from an ICO ? What are the common mistakes from the ICO Dev ?

Does airdrop really work ? What is your opinion on that.

Thank you Smiley

Signature campaign does make sense.

He doesn't talk about signature campaigns. He talks about shill accounts promoting their ICO in every thread.

But Can I pay someone to keep posting on my thread so the thread shows up as a hot topic on the first page ?

It's not allowed by forum rules but you can offer privately (or from other platform) and hire people to shill your project. It's very hard to detect because there are thousands of posts made in this forum every day.

I think it is legal, unless they are scam like bitconnect.

No, scam is not moderated.
You have pinpoint my concern . Shilling your project is the term I was looking for.

How does one find the people to shill the project I wonder.

so far I have understood the concept of Signature Campaign. And I agree it is fine to promote a ICO you believe in, and if you are also getting paid for it. Its wonderful.

But ICOs paying people tokens for their post to come up on the first page ? is that legal ?

It just feels like Google SEO strategy
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Getting paid to post at Bitcointalk ? on: January 19, 2018, 07:23:30 PM
I was wondering this problem. Do you think some ICO are hiring people to comment positively on their ICO post ?

Is it legal under the forum rules
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to make your topic on top of the discussion on: January 19, 2018, 03:56:49 AM
If you have a good topic that will be appreciated by everyone, oe if they are interested with the topic you have given then it will have many replies then that will surely stay in front page of the thread.

Agreed , keeping the engagement is going is paramount
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to make your topic on top of the discussion on: January 16, 2018, 04:31:56 AM
I posted my first topic yesterday, I got couple of good replies, but today I cant find my topic with new theads every min. However I see there are topic from 2-3 months ago still stay on the first page.

My discussion is , how do you keep your post on the first page ?

1. Attractive Title ?
2. Have another user or friends comment actively on the topic ?
3.  ______

Share your hacks :-)
Very simple, if your topic make huge attention and people post on it a lot then it always on the top. Each time have a new post, the topic come to the top.

hmm interesting , so if an Ico pays a user to keep commenting on the topic, then the ico ann would appear on top ?
