Just have a relevant interesting topic and it should get on the first page.

The title does help, but if it is misleading people will not comment.

It must be an open ended questions so that users can answer.It must be timely and is really happening in the bitcoin community.It must be personal and you are really curious about that questions.A questions becomes a not topic because it contains all the things mention above
