Get the latest driver 17.12.2 from the official AMD website, alternatively use the beta blockchain driver.
In case you decide to go for the 17.12.2 driver, don't forget to set it to "Compute" mode (default: "gaming") under Games/Global Settings/Global Graphics 570/GPU Workload in the radeon settings.
While you're at it, update claymore to v10.3 (works fine) or the brand new 10.4 (haven't tested).

Btw just to ask one thing, if you don't hit the hard cap for ICO does the remaining tokens going to be burn?
Yeah there has burning token so that it can pump this project to raise the price of Fast Invest token. It will much better for investor. Keep supporting this project. It is common thing to burn the remaining token when the ICO end for it will help the value of the token to rise up. Therefore, if you are a token holder you will benefit the most.

In the long run as the price of Ethereum goes up I think you can say that it won't be cheap but I think that means the value of the Fast token will go up as well, that's the good thing about a token that is tied up with Ethereum. That's not how it works. |

Its a new idea and hard to grasp because it's new however we set up a platform where users trade alpha against another currency with preprogrammed price fluctuations.
New? That's an old scam method used countless times before. You're not creating value/money, you're just shifting it. Very few will walk away with nearly all the money, most will lose. Unless you decide to take the shortcut and don't even get so far as to release the platform, then it's only you taking the money. |

That's most likely just due to voltage drop. It's normal for the effective voltage to be lower than the number you set.
