Everyone got the same email. Just change your passwords (+ security question) and you'll be fine.
Also, watch out for any possible fraud/malware emails coming to your associated email addresses.

'and you'll be fine' lol

I don't know who actually is charge of Bitcointalk but he's a FUCKING MORON.  If i could delete my account here i would.  Place still relies on SMF V1 FFS even after the last super hack, and the owner knows so little about coding he gave root away to the webserver and prolly has no idea what malware was inserted into the code LAST TIME it got hacked.  Do yourself a favour mate when you say 'it'll be fine' and wake the fuck up.  Do I care that I am being an ass? No i don't.  Why?  Cause this place is a shitbox full of scammers, thieves, hackers - and it's all acceptable by you moderators who can't moderate for shit, and work for a retard who can't keep his own site secure.... and YEAH, I still don't think it's secure.  Not just because of the antiquated tech behind it but because it's maintained by a moron who gave way root ffs.

P.S.  Feel free to delete my account - I do not wish to be in any way associated with this moronic forum.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Banx Shares - IPO/ICO - Bitcoin dividends paid monthly on: October 14, 2014, 11:19:26 AM
UPDATE:

We would like to welcome xodianbarr to our Banx team Smiley Welcome on board, it's going to be a ride! Smiley

Thank you Mark.  It's great to become part of what i believe is a excellent endeavour, and promises to be a real benefit to the Cryptosphere and Bitcoin economy.  I try to avoid getting into discussion on here by and large owing to the amount of scams and trolls, I just find it tiresome and wholly inappropriate.  If anybody wishes to discuss Banx with me you can find me on irc.freenode.net #banxgroup.

To the people reading about Marks suite of Crypto businesses and Banx Shares, whether or not you decide to invest is entirely up to you, but regardless - good luck to you.

There is nothing wrong with doing your research, asking (and expecting answers to) intelligent questions, and making an 'informed choice' about your investments, whatever they may be. If you do that you it will exponentially increase your odds of making a good return.

5  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Global Store Featuring Prypto Cards and USB Card Wallets on: April 13, 2014, 07:08:24 PM
I am officially announcing that Atomic Trade, LLC. will be creating a store to sell Prypto cards though a global distribution network.

Press Release(PDF): http://atds.blob.core.windows.net/temp/AT%20Press%20release.pdf

Contact: Allen Byron Penner
Atomic Trade, LLC.
P.O. Box 285
Barnegat, NJ 08005
USA

A New Vision in Crypto Currency Conversion
Virtual Currency Card Store
Barnegat, New Jersey, April 10, 2014:  Atomic Trade, LLC. (Atomic Trade) in cooperation with Prypto Group Limited (Prypto) will be making a great leap forward in virtual currency to fiat conversion. Atomic Trade will be the umbrella of a new store that will allow easy conversion of fiat to virtual currencies by relieving the stress of Id verification, time limits, purchase limits and other banking constraints.
This new store will sell crypto scratch cards provided by Prypto and allow customers to pay quickly. As of this writing, the current payment options being investigated are: merchant account (credit cards), PayPal, Google Wallet, WePay, Skrill, ProPay, Dwolla, Braintree, Stripe, and many others. Of course, charge backs are a common concern.  There will be a policy in place where all cards will be shipped with tracking. No refunds will be given unless a card is returned in the same condition as when it was shipped.  The selling and shipping of a physical product, frees us from quite a bit of the liability from fraudulent claims.
The store will have distribution centers around the globe to ensure cards are delivered within days. As an additional option, you may be able to receive the purchased card numbers online, nearly instantly. The simple fact that we will be shipping physical goods allows us to work with payment processors that otherwise would be out of reach due to restrictions on buying virtual currencies.
The initial funding of the store will be done as an open fee share via a to be determined method such as Cryptostocks.com (decided on BitcoinBourse.eu). Six hundred whole shares will be created. All of these share will be sold on the open market for 1 BTC per whole share. The shareholders will be paid monthly 90% of the store’s profit. The 10% remaining will be put aside for future funding of upgrades and liabilities.
In addition, please remember the following:
* Site will be created and run with the highest security by Atomic Trade, LLC.
* Site will always run with complete financial transparency.
* Physical goods will be shipped to prevent fraud and decrease liability.
* Physical cards provided by Prypto.
* Multiple quick and easy purchase options.
* No bank account required.
* Run by an established trusted company.
* Global distribution system

_______________________________________________________________________________ _______________________________

Current Progress
* Software development (started)
* Global distribution system (started)
* Acceptable payment processing methods (under review)
* Working to see how instant delivery would affect fraud liabilities (under review)
* Domain/Store name (up for vote)
* BitcoinBourse.eu will be hosting the IPO (completed).
* USB credit/biz card client wallets added to the lineup

Please feel free to post or contact me with any questions!

Damn but there's a whole load of awesome going on here. Smiley

Work hard, play hard, win big.

I see that there is a combined effort to tarnish my good name with negative trust ratings.  Go ahead.  I don't care because I haven't and will not be trading anything with anyone.  Anyone can look through my posts and see I have one mission and one mission only.  That is to do whatever i can to expose crapcoins and scamcoins.  I am apparently doing a good job as evidenced by the effort you scammers are exhibiting to try and destroy me.  Ha ha ha.

I am very happy with the work that I have done.  I have stopped several scam coins from being launched.  That is my goal and at that I am succeeding.

Exposing scams is okay but asking money to remove post and to promote coins just makes you one of them.

But I didn't ask anyone for any money.  These guys keep posting a screenshot of another user called sitefive asking for money but that doesn't have anything to do with me.  There Is a combined effort to discredit me but I knew that would happen.  Just like the negative trust ratings when I haven't had any trade or exchanges with anyone.  Hopefully people will see it for what it is.  It reminds me of FOX news.  They just tell the same lies over and over again because that's what the audience wants to hear.  Their audience is the scammers that are only here to prey on the naive.  They would like nothing more than for people like me to just go away and let them continue on with their next scam unopposed.

I will admit that I have been rather bold in some of my posts and I have toned down my rhetoric out of respect for this site.  I will focus only on the details and not get involved with petty bickering and personal attacks.

As i am sure you are aware, a scam does not necessarily have to have anything to do with money.  It is about actively deceiving people for personal gain.  Based on your previous quote I can quite honestly say that it appears your personal gain was the betterment of Bitcoin at the expense of other fledgling coins.  If I am wrong then I stand corrected, but it certainly appears that way to me.

~~ Xodianbarr ~~

Actually I was not doing anything for the betterment of Bitcoin.  I just got fed up with scam after scam.  It's hard to sit by and watch people get taken in by an obvious scam.  After stackcoin you would think that people would be wiser.  But the scams and crapcoins just sped up.  It's making altcoins nothing but a joke and that in itself is good for Bitcoin.  If my goal was the betterment of Bitcoin then just sitting back and watching the altcoin world implode would be the best course of action.

I don't want to see altcoins continue to be looked at as suspect because of a few greedy people trying to take shortcuts.  There is room for altcoins but there isn't room for the endless coins that are released daily without any real purpose.  There are 222 coins on coinmarketcap right now and at least another couple hundred that haven't made it on the list and more being launched almost everyday.  Sometimes multiple coin launches a day.  99% of these coins are just clones and have no innovation or goal other than to be a pump and dump.  If the altcoin community wants to have a strong thriving community then it needs to take the trash out  and clean house.  What's going on now is unsustainable and will end badly if it continues.

I personally think that Bitcoin is just as susceptible to all the negativity these coins being produced is causing.  I would tend to agree with you that all these new coins are doing nothing to improve the reputation of cryptos but that is the drawback of open source code and people can't have it both ways.

Obviously, you've pissed off more than that dev.

Now stop raging please.

Not any dev worth a crap.  If these guys want to launch their scam coins every other day they should be prepared for someone to try and stop their pathetic nonsense.  We don't need anymore crapcoins.  They're destroying crypto and turning it into a big scam.

Why does this sound like a nefarious attempt to discredit new coins on principle?  However much i may agree about there being no need for new coins I do believe your words incriminate you much more than any other evidence has thus far, and it is for this reason alone it I would consider your actions worthy of the term 'scam' as you have less than honourable intentions in your endeavours.  Good day.

Man, now that's an excellent idea! Cheesy

If the dev could find a zoo or similar, somewhere with a breeding program, which has a new/recently born Rhino, it really could help amplify the story with the "aww" effect. The amount of money raised from this initial drive would only be relatively small (due to early exchange prices), but would still have an impact for a single site like a zoo or safari park (rather than one of the giant charities). It could still be a high profile story if its one of those in a major world city, you had the cuteness/heartwarming factor sorted, etc

It's not the zoo rhinos that are in danger.

I'm also strongly considering changing the coin name to RhinoCoin. This will make it easier for me to get backing and promotion from rhino conservation communities.

15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is SCHARMBECK Shutting Down? on: February 14, 2014, 09:26:58 PM

After reading the info on that site, i'm scared to keep holding my WDC bag.  Sad

And that the charts are now under 20000 satoshi doesn't make it better.

WDC was my first alt coin.

Here is an excellent post of one active member in WDC community http://worldcoinforum.org/topic/1427-debunking-the-wdc-scam-accusations/

"Accusation # 2: Scharmbeck or UNOCS

Many people claim Scharbeck equals to WDC. This is as ridiculous claim as claiming bitcoinstore.com equals to BitCoin, or Mt Gox equals to BitCoin or Credit Suisse equals to dollar."

This is complete BS. The Bitcoin Foundation never pumped bitcoin by advertising bitcoinstore.com. The majority of the board of directors of the Bitcoin Foundation doesn't run Mt. Gox. In fact, the Bitcoin Foundation very seldomly promotes new services. Any time they have in the past, it's been very low key, and just listed them on a website. On the other hand, the majority of the Worldcoin Foundation ran Scharmbeck, and hyped it up at every opportunity. And the fact is, the Worldcoin Foundation banked nearly the entire future of Worldcoin on one "seperate" corporation.

Nobodies disputing the connection between Scharmbeck and the Worldcoin Foundation.  The dispute is that Worldcoin AKA WDC is a virtual currency using a decentralised cryptographic network and yet inconceivably people still say it's connected like it's at fault.  Worldcoin did nothing for no better reason, that is incapable of doing anything other than simply existing.

I think your point about who was on the board of the Worldcoin Foundation Vs who was on the board of the Bitcoin Foundation is unimportant.  Any board member who has a direct conflict of interests on a board (whichever foundation) is in a position where they could take advantage of it.  1 person, or 3.  It does not matter.  As for your assertion that Bitcoin Foundation did not do anything to promote Mt. Gox, well although i can honestly say i do not know they did not, i can also say i find that highly unlikely.   Even a report on Mt. Gox on their site is advertising, and i'm sure they would have done it somewhere.  But that's by the by because i don't think there's anything wrong in that, who is on the board however, is another story.

Great compared to what? There are about 400 better coins now without a huge scandal surrounding them. 3 strikes and you are out, they promised awesome and delivered poop again and again and again. Quit falling for this shit, they(Scambeck and WDC fraudation) are a bunch of scammers, how many times are you guys going to lose money?

400 better coins?  Where do you get 'that' information?

oMG. This is epic. That's not even my Andy for IP. furthermore moving away from World Coin is a good business decision. I've lost over $30,000 already dealing with this Coin. also you state mistakes. Rumors. Exedra. Why are so many people losing money on Coin. why are there so many quote unquote rumors? No other coin has that problem at this level. I'm done here. I just hope people make the smart decision and avoid what happened to me

Rumours are what you have gone out of your way to create today.  As the last few hours of your posting proves.

A major worldcoin vendor banned from worldcoin IRC for simply asking why scharmbeck closed.

They provided their response on their page www.worldcoins4barter.com

I can dispute your claim and provide evidence for it.  worldcoin supporters don't join a channel generally calling themselves 'worldcoinscam'.  You were requested three times to change your nick (you did not).  You were banned for it.  I don't understand why you would want to hurt your own business by taking it down  if you are such a major vendor.  That does not to me sound like a good business decision.

Also just a quick question (as my memory sucks) but weren't there 2 other coins that were involved in the early stages? or was that another major feature that im getting confused with? after all if someone is getting bashed unfairly, surely everyone that was involved should be getting unfairly bashed (on an equal scale!)

just my thoughts :-)

The original developers of Worldcoin worked with Feathercoin and Phenixcoin in a partnership called UNOCS.  It failed because of disagreements between the three.  I joined the Worldcoin community at exactly the time the announced that UNOCs was a failure.

20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Worldcoin Scandal on: February 11, 2014, 10:48:14 PM
Does anyone any have any more information on the Worldcoin scandal. I know I lot of people lost everything with Sharmbeck fee shares. And now the money for the well project has gone missing.

Well project update - seeing as you asked about the 'scandal'.  As he promised he would do CompWindsor333 has indeed been paying the Well Project for the well (as he should).  He also stated that he would cover the cost of the shortcomings as he admits it is partly his fault for not paying it sooner.  Of course, we (the committee didn't just take his word for it, but Jdebunt went to The Well Project directly and asked the manager in charge whether or not this was true.  The manager of the Well project confirmed that Compwindsor had made a number of small payments, and had explained he would do so over a period of time so as to not crash the market by selling the coins too quickly.

I apologise if you're feeling aggrieved by the whole Scharmbeck business. I think you would be hard pressed to find a Worldcoin member who isn't right now, as you can appreciate - presenting a point of view constructively and with justification will always get better result than just screaming 'SCAM' at everything that doesn't work out immediately.

Lastly i would just like to point out that all the members in Worldcoin were affected by this, and some more than others.  Fighting with one another doesn't really help anything especially considering that the members their are not the owners of Scharmbeck, nor the owners of the Worldcoin Foundation.  Some of us are just trying to pick up the pieces, and it becomes particularly difficult when we get the brunt of somebody elses mistake.
