Two issues. First is refund of incorrect deposit as discussed with support ticket, user Hjsimpson.

Hello, yes have replied twice to support that YES I authorise you deduct your fee of 0.05 BTC for manual reversal of transaction. First reply from me to ticket was 1 January, second reply YES 3 January.
Can you please please please action this manual reversal ASAP as it has been more than a week now with no action. I would really appreciate your assistance in getting the matter settled.
