7  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: I have $700.00 Stuck in BTC-e and No support, Need Advice - on: November 14, 2013, 07:00:03 PM
ALRIGHT! So I have learned 3 things during this whole time.

#1. BTC-e support will come through, just give it time - I translated a short message to russian and that has seemed to help - Anyone with the same problem, I recommend using Google Translate to send them a short message in russian, as they can understand it better.

#2. The trollbox will never help anyone with anything ever, its filled with the dumbest group of idiots I've ever seen in my life, I'm guessing its because they are all teenagers with little to no money sense and a ego to fill.

#3. Everyone that posted on this page TALKS OUT OF THEIR ASS. BTC-e fixed it for me, I can withdraw my money. Good job idiots, Thanks for the help, Human waste.

To anyone else with this problem, do yourself a favor and don't ask anyone for help but BTC-e support, I've realized that NO ONE knows wtf they are talking about. Shows how stupid people are, You would of probably given up on 1000 dollars and been like "it's gone mom" lmao.

Thanks for the help muhammad baba ali josafat turban wearing mother fucker.

Thanks Guys! I really appreciate it! You are so helpful!

I'm mainly just looking for someone to point me in the direction of where to post so they will see it. What is a good place? Where does BTC-e post alot? :x do they have a specific page for their exchange that others follow? I'd like to at least make it public knowledge.

Thanks
9  Economy / Service Discussion / I have $700.00 Stuck in BTC-e and No support, Need Advice - on: November 13, 2013, 03:22:23 AM
Hello, I have $700.00 stuck in bTC-e and I have tried to get ahold of support to no avail! Here's the situation:

I recently deleted my Gmail account for personal reasons, I never used my BTC-e account really, and the one time that I have used it, it was pre-bitcoin rise, and also pre-email verification days on BTC-e.com. I had no idea about this system till it was too late, and yes that's my fault. But with that being said there has to be something I can do.

I have tried everything with Gmail, apparently the account has been deleted for too long and it is no longer recoverable. I get a message that says that forbetum. I can't recover it, and the name can not be recreated, Google does not recycle account names - it is considered sensitive information because you could receive emails that are meant for someone else.

I am indeed the true owner of the account, I have sent them all the necessary information to get this taken care of. On the BTC=e support page there is this message:

"Afternoon good, for Security Purposes since 29.04.2013 you can not change your e-mail in your Profile.
 The Withdrawal of your funds is Possible Only after confirmation by e-mail . Users can not Withdraw Their funds if Their e-mail Is not confirmed. You can confirm your email here:   https://btc-e.com/profile # edit / Home  We Strongly Recommend to have your e-mail on https://gmail.com/  with two-factor Authentication. If for some of the reasons you can't access you email, which you pointed during the registration, it is necessary to send:
- Your username and email, Which are now Pointed in your Profile ( the old email );
- Your transaction History ( at Least the Last Three (3) transactions );
- The history of IP entries;
- Which email on you want to change the old one ( your New email )."

Now, does this mean that Emails can not be changed period? or does the rest of this message still hold relevance after the first sentence stating that due to security reasons that can no longer change emails attached to your account. Secondly, I have sent them MANY support tickets regarding this problem, I have received 2 responses so far, One of which was a copy and paste of the above message, and the second was a Copy and paste of my transaction details (and that has nothing to do with my problem, complete irrelevant?HuhHuhHuhHuh I was so confused when I got this message) I am starting to truely worry that they have no idea what I need, and this problem will never get resolved.

I supplied them with all that information, I even translated a message yesterday the best I could to russian using google translate. (very simple sayings to keep it as simple as possible for everyone). I have slight faith that this will come through, but beyond this I am lost, I can't do anything else, My hands are tied, and if support doesnt ever get back to me, or even knows what im saying, I will never see this 700 dollars again will I? Sad

I know BTC-e.com has an account here, I messaged them on here as well, and I am also hoping that someone can point me in the direction of where to post so they will see it, there has to be more that I can do, there's got to be some way to get MY MONEY out of btc-e.

Need some advice guys, Hope you all are well.

Remember - Gmail is not an option, the account is gone, so please don't suggest anything related to Gmail (I've tried it all, Ive tried logging into the account, Ive tried recovering, Ive tried contacting google, ive had a response stating that my gmail account has been deleted from google servers and is gone, So unless you know some trick or something, Gmail isn't an option, just wanted to state that.)

I will add more as I think of it but ya that's the gist of it, There has to be something I can do, surely?

EDIT: I have btc-e.support added on skype, they havent added me, I have sent many requests. I have tried to PM them on BTC-e, it won't let you anymore, you have to go through the ticket system now. I have tried the trollbox, and of course that didn't help anything.

Thanks man, I am really hoping they will come through, I have semi-faith, I am just worried that it will never get resolved.

Sorry to ask this again, but does anyone know how long it will be till my bitcointalk account can make posts outside of the noob arena, and when can I send private messages? I would like to send a PM to btc-e's account, and also post on their page to see if I can get their attention. Can anyone help me out with how long it will be till i can use this forum to its full potential? thanks

Hello All, thanks for the replies.

I agree, I have tried to PM on this site, but my account can not send PM's yet, How do I get to where I am able to post outside of the noob section? and be able to send Pm's?

I also have them added on skype, "btc-e.support", and they havent added or responded yet there either. I will keep them added, and keep sending them contact requests. You can't even PM support via BTC-e anymore, it directs you to their support ticket system, Which is useless if they never answer it Sad

I have sent them a support ticket with both english and russian translations. I have added a picture of my ID, my name, my address, my phone numbers, my IP addresses, my old transaction details, my metatrader4 transaction details. I have sent them every type of information they've asked for and then some - and still haven't gotten much of a response from them. I hope this letter goes better, but honestly im starting to feel like this will never get fixed.

Also, about the gmail account and the VPS and slow cracking the password, Idk what that is, and I doubt it'd work anyways sadly, The gmail account doesnt exsist anymore. It gives me the message " your account has been deleted and is no longer recoverable". I've even spoke with gmail support who told me once you get that message, it means it. its goners. And since usernames are considered sensitive data (since you could make someones old email address and receive any mail that anyone sends them that don't know they changed their address). So basically with the gmail account gone, theres nothing I can do except hope that support comes through.

What worries me the most is, Here is the message on the support page -

" Good day, for safety from 29.04.2013 prohibits the changing e-mail addresses in your profile.

 Withdrawals made only after confirmation by e-mail . Users with unconfirmed e-mail will not be able to withdraw the funds. Confirm your e-mail to the Edit Profile page - https://btc-e.com/profile # edit / Home We strongly recommend that you use the mail https://gmail.com/ with our service. If for some reason you have lost access to your mailbox specified during registration, you will need to send:
- Username and email that you are now listed in the profile ( Old );
- History of the last transaction ( minimum of three );
- IP inputs ( at least three days );
- Email to which you want to change (new) recommend the use of e-mail https://gmail.com/ with two factor protection."

What scares me about that is the first sentence - For safety since 4/29/13 prohibits the changing of email addresses in your profile - That means everyone to me. It's looking grim, I can't believe it was that easy to lose 700 dollars. christmas present or food, christmas presents or food =/

EDIT: just for shits and giggles, I tried to log into the gmail account like normal, with no luck. I did try it though.

You can't do that, Gmail doesn't recycle names, not after any amount of time after they are used, It's considered sensitive data. Gmail is not an option Sad

Can someone please link this on BTC-e's page or something?

Hi, Thank you for your response, Ya, its ok, The gmail I have tried, It hasn't been but a few months since I deleted it, but I was told that it is unrecoverable basically and that it's been too long. So I've given up on that route. I bought my Bitcoins with cash, on localbitcoins.com and deposited bitcoins each time I deposited into BTC-e. so they don't even have a bank account for me on file =/

First time I've ever invested and I mess up this badly - Its great watching my money rise and knowing that there's a good chance that I might not ever be able to withdraw it Sad
14  Other / Beginners & Help / Hi Everyone, I need some advice - My money is stuck in BTC-e and no support :( on: November 12, 2013, 07:37:05 AM
Hello,

First I'm sorry, I know this isn't the right place. I am a newbie and this is my first post, It took me a while to figure out how to even post here. I hope everyone is well, and thank you for allowing me to post here. With that being said, I'm very sorry I am posting this here and not some where more relevant.

I have never used BTC-e before really, and did not know about their E-mail verification system that they recently put into place (the one time I did use BTC-e was before the first bitcoin rise, and also before this verification system). I deleted my Gmail related to this account for personal reasons - Didn't think it'd effect me since I've never really used BTC-e before. I, then, proceeded to deposit money into my account and now have about $700.00 USD that I can not withdraw.

I have tried to change my email - I have to have my old email accessible to get the verification email to change my email to a new address. I can't do that, the email is gone. I can't withdraw my money, Because it sends the verification email to an address that no longer exsists. I have messaged support for literally 1.5 weeks now, (I've sent them about 4 tickets) They have sent me 2 messages, One was relevant and about changing my email - It said supply them with information about my account - which I did. I then got a response, of my transaction history copy and pasted - nothing else. Huh It wasn't even relevant to what I wanted. It was like they didn't know what I wanted or something.

I am honestly so afraid this is never going to get resolved and I'm never going to see my money again. I still have faith that support will come through, I even translated a message to them  the best I could to russian, with all the information they needed. Thank you google translate, but honestly, I am still very worried that they will not change the email or something.

What would it take for me to be able to post where BTC-e can see me? Can someone please help me with some advice? Or possibly helping me get incontact with someone that can help me? I know btc-e has an account here. Sad I know it was my fault, and I should of been smarter about it, but theres got to be something I can do, My money can't just be gone that easy can it? Sad

Thanks for your response and time. I really hope I get this resolved, I am super worried. Thanks. Have a nice night everyone. Sorry to bother you.

Clay

EDIT: I have tried to recover my Gmail account, It has been too long and is no longer recoverable. My only chance is BTC-e support coming through and helping me change my email or withdraw my money in some way. I really hope someone can shed some light on my situation, because I'm pretty heartbroken.
