You dirty scammer. Look at the price? 25k?! The fuck man. Put up some support at ICO-levels!

I lost big money on this:

- Rented a huge miner (3 BTC) and pointed it to that ocminer guy's pool. But Scrypt didn't work (?! - Even LTC supports scrypt!) and I needed to mine with my 280x.... which didn't work either!
- Bought loads of it around 100k - was looking very promising
- Bought more lower, lower and lower... there's not even support to dump on if i wanted to exit now.

Thanks a lot man. Even Ethereum clonecoins are scam!!

Seriously man, my vomit is all over the screen right now, wiping it off with my shoes. Going to destroy this whole place. Lost so much money  Huh  Cry

You used wrong Algo to mining... its Hashimoto, not Scrypt. The coin, and even the dev's has no guilt if you used wrong algo to mining... I'm surprised by such mistake by a Hero Member...

And about Instamine, I started mining at beginning (block 9) with only one GPU 280x OC... So, I proof that it wasn't instamined.

This is for linux geeks without a life, not for normal people.  Undecided

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

You made me laugh so hard. Jesus christ. Hahahaha.

Moron. The wallet is the easy part. Try to mine with a 280x and you're in trouble.

Mining was easy...  As ETHEREUM, SHIFT doesn't have the more friendly-wallet...

Mining works, but I just don't get lots of hashes... really don't get it Sad Getting a bit pissed of this. Missing so many coins now.
Only have 0.5 coin for 6h of mining with a 280x!!!!

A block is 3 SHF and an Uncle is about 2.25 SHF.....If your doing solo mining with one card, you should try the pool..I get 71 MHS for 3x HD 7970/280x cards, so you should be hashing around 22 to 24 MHS....I'm getting blocks every 2 to 4 hours still.....

You get more accurate reading after warm up. Let it run for 30 minutes or so.

I believe its 28Mhs...

We are investigating possible problems with the difficulty right now. We suggest that people stop mining for now. We are also giving a heads up of a possible software upgrade. And no, this is not a joke.

Regards

diff still rising...

It will not be another delay. Doing some final adjustments regarding difficulty. Will be half of ethereums initial diff in genesis. We mined with 40MH with ethminer, but the difficulty was too high, so we must lower it. This is turn means a new default_genesis.go and crosscompiling new binarys and moving these out to bootstraping nodes, you get it.. :p

Will use the same ethminer from Ethereum or we will have a new one?

Yes the same one as in ethereum. You will get info soon.

So, can I use this ethminer 0.9.41???
http://cryptomining-blog.com/5612-updated-ethminer-0-9-41-opencl-and-cuda-for-windows/

Each second counts at coin launch!

This is exactly what we feel right now. Sorry bitcointalk. But this is a NO GO today. We must make this right, people must be able to GPU mine and we must be 100% sure that it works properly.

Humble and kind Regards

Sure. So I suggest a new launch date, with tested miners and wallets.

I'll be adding a pool later for this coin, but not right after launch, i'll be adding a bit later so it's a good chance to get some coins solo.

ethminer is perfect for solo mining, so don't worry that you won't be able to mine.

You can test your rigs on my/every ETH pool.

Can someone post a solo mining config? I always have problems connecting to wallets when soloing, never know whether to use:

http://127.0.0.1:port
http://localhost:port
http://myip:port

stratum+tcp:// And all of the above options
or just nothing in front of the above options, meaning no http[Suspicious link removed] -G -F http://eth.suprnova.cc:3000/jimlite.jimmain/26

So if switching from pool in the above config, this:
http://eth.suprnova.cc:3000
Would be replaced with what for soloing to my wallet?

Thanks
P.S. When will wallets be posted?

I'll be adding a pool later for this coin, but not right after launch, i'll be adding a bit later so it's a good chance to get some coins solo.

Working fine to me...

I would like to take this opportunity to thank those involved for a complete waste of time and money.

After renting big rigs yesterday, ended up with 75 coins after 3 hrs of mining.
This morning updated wallet to latest version. (yes I know what I'm doing) Have 5 connections, and wallet shows same block as suprnova.
Made a withdrawal of said coins from suprnova, but they have yet to arrive in my wallet. 1 hr and counting.

Anyway thanks again.

Edit: 2hr's and counting

Same way here... rented almost 4Ghs for 6h and got 267 coins. Just wasted time and money...

Not syncing and one active connection on the network.

It pools dont update, this version will be useless... need find the pool guys (with priority the suprnova guy)...

Once block 49 is found, all wallets will show as synced.

I could be wrong, but how is a block to be found if the wallet is not in sync?
Once the pools update, the blocks will run smoothly again.
I'm not in a pool, solo mining.  So if the whole thing depends on pools, something is wrong.
You can solo mine, but more than likely you won't find a block at the moment. If you can find a block and get the chain running, that would help.

block 52 @suprnova: MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! Now its at block 57

I'll lost more than 30coins with this rollback (and a lot of time)
