1  Economy / Exchanges / Re: cryptopia adress on: October 12, 2020, 01:23:19 PM
I am not sure how reliable the below information is but the address is connected and has sent and received coins from a site called hackbitcoins xyz. Does that ring any bells? Seems like a scam Bitcoin multiplier site of some sorts. I don't feel like visiting the site on my computer because I don't know what it is.

https://bitcoinwhoswho.com/address/13tJC2oeXWFmA9fKcjHvQJP664auqBGQJE

Does not ring any bells. But cryptopia has been hacked, so it might be linked to one of the hackers. Then its indication that the adress is in fact a cryoptopia adress.

Due to tax Reporting I need to find out if this adress is owned/was owned by cryptopia:

13tJC2oeXWFmA9fKcjHvQJP664auqBGQJE.

I have sent bitcoins to the adress from coinbase, but dont remember or cant find out if is to cryptopia or another Exchange.

Bitcoins sent from my adress to what i think is the cryptopia adress in the time frame, 11.01.2018-30.01.2018.

Can anyone confirm wether this is a cryptopia adress or not?

Thanks in advance

It's been long time since i use cryptopia (only to sell small amount altcoin), but IIRC cryptopia send email whenever deposit and withdrawal happen where the email include relevant transaction ID. Have you checked your emails?

Thanks for the tips.

I only have one withdrew email, an altcoin to a hard wallett which i dont have access to any longer. No idea why I do not have any information/emails on deposits to the account.

Your best bet is WalletExplorer.com, which makes this address part of Wallet [000008035a].
This wallet has 809,648 addresses, but it still doesn't tell you whether or not it's owned by Cryptopia.

Thanks, I think it might be cryptopia, and have indication it might be. If its impossible to find out, then I assume so.

Bitcoin Vs Deep Onion. What can you say?  Can you tell the difference?

Share your thoughts :-)
This is just the way to rub the heat. The Deep Onion does not pay attention to the development of technology and does marketing every day. What is it for?

What do you mean by that? Rome wasn`t build in one day Wink

To be honest alot of the Crypto money come from either criminal networks, or from people who are want to have a higher degree of anonymity from the state controlled banks/institutions etc. Thats why deep onion in my opinion is a crypto that have a very high growth potentiality. Smiley OFC that will depend on competitors in the market and how the Deep onion team will be able to work further on the technology.
