Sorry for writing that again, but I have still no answer. I opened a ticket to disable my 2FA and I have already sent my documents and photos, after that I received an email asking for a photo with the document in a better quality and I also have sent it. I am still waiting for 2FA disabling for more than a month. Requests #377099 #503799
