I'm new here and want to buy some BTC, being new I have no rep so would like to know who or where to use as an escrow?

I want to buy with UKBT, up to 2 BTC

I'd like to buy small amounts of BTC via UK bank transfer at Bitstamp rate.

I understand I'm new and would be required to send first so only going to do up to 100GBP at a time.

PM or post offers.

I've been looking all over for a relatively easy way to purchase BTC or LTC using my UK debit card or Skrill/Neteller. 

Is my best bet to look on Localbitcoins and hope to find someone that's accepting UKBT at a reasonable rate? 

If I manage to get some BTC where is the best place to exchange them for LTC?
