1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: BIDIUM: The Best Service Around - Join Whitelist Today on: May 17, 2018, 03:32:06 PM
2nd May can't come soon enough Smiley I was skeptical about this project at first, but the title alone was enough to convince me otherwise – "the Best Service Around" – mediocre projects never make bold claims like that Smiley Good job Smiley

This is also my first impression with Bidium. After thorough analysis and reading of whitepaper it is actually good project. Bidium actually gives solutions to all exchange dedicated to Auction thru Hiring by empowered bidders and employers. The success of this project relies to its freelancer and third party partners.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [Bounty] BIDIUM | The Best Service Around | Earn BIDM with Your Support on: May 12, 2018, 01:32:21 PM
I would like to participate in Twitter and Facebook, but I do not see the form for registration. Say these companies are no longer accepting new members?

Hi Boss Bounty Manager! Can you add forms registration for facebook and twitter. Upon looking at the ANN; OPs concern is valid. I would like also to join the bounty for facebook and twitter.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [Bounty] BIDIUM | The Best Service Around | Earn BIDM with Your Support on: May 12, 2018, 01:17:43 PM
The concept of Bidium is good but one thing I notice is it is not a crowd pleaser. If you look at the number of people posting on this wall it seems so low compare to other ICO project. Maybe the marketing group of Bidium needs to be calibrated.
4  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto vs stocks on: March 11, 2018, 11:41:36 AM
After spending many years as a financial advisor, I find the ravings of many "experts" today as banal. There are those that speak of coins as a "Ponzi" scheme and denounce the validity of the new form of economy. There are also some that want this world to go back to the 50s, and with it all the junk that we have been working to rid ourselves of.
Looking at the new order, I can see many similarities to the monetary base that we are used to. Our economic base is not tied to any metals or valuables, but believed to be of value and tradeable as though it were tangible treasure. We have not backed our currency for many years (since 1971) but our currency has been the standard of the world.
Why then are these "old-timers" so afraid of crypto? Because they are afraid of change. The same reason that we still have racism in this country and others, the same reason that we still have wars. The world has changed, and not everyone is comfortable with that. But to not change with it is socialogical death.
Yes, it is prone to swings in value. Anything that has potential is. But we need to have a universally accepted basis so that sane commerce can prevail. It is the future, and there will always be something that is new. But by understanding it and working within it, one can determine whether it is something to stick with or ignore. I choose to stick.

Both market are very good place to invest. But I will put cryptocurrency as the highest possible profit because it is new and the market is still growing. For this reason, many traditional investors will make effort to discredit the future of cryptocurrency. BTC is revolutionary currency that poises threat to traditional currency. Those who hold large amount of this currency will be left out if crypto will rule the financial market.
5  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrencies and our daily life on: March 06, 2018, 01:40:22 PM
When we will use cryptocurrencies ofr our everyday life?

Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies were intended to be used in place of regular currency, but with the finite availability, people (large investors) started to store it in order to manipulate the price and turned it into a huge ponzi.

I think we need 10-15 years more to attain this kind of status where in, almost all of the transaction is thru crypto. Many parts of the world still don’t have access on internet. And because crypto needs internet access, it is one of the hindrances why this crypto didn’t grow exponentially. Regarding with the limited availability of Bitcoin, we cannot control that thing since the intention of BTC is to make the coins limited like gold.
6  Economy / Speculation / Re: Guess we're not out of this bear cycle yet, huh? on: February 23, 2018, 03:46:22 AM
So when in the world will we break out of this bear cycle? When do you think it will end? This is a good opportunity for those who do not already own, but I don't know about you but I want it to go beyond $20k already. I guess we'll let more people in now so we can go up to that next level of a bull run... Cryptoverse only knows.

Please people you have to understand the market cycle. You can look this as a good sign because the price of BTC didn’t when up rapidly. This kind of pattern shown that BTC is not a merely bubble coin. The technical explanation of this are the Resistance line was already reach by that’s why it will go back to Support line.

I hope that we are on the sideways trend because if not it go back to 6,500 USD support line. Or worst break the Support Line 1 and go for Support Line 2 which is 5,500 USD
7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Virtues of the Great HODL on: February 22, 2018, 01:32:01 PM
Yes, markets are crashing. Yes, it feels pretty depressing to see digital wealth collapsing in the front of your eyes.

Yet, this goes against the notion of the HODL entirely. If one were to look at the entire history of Bitcoin and crypto, there have been similar corrections. These always usually happen around January. The market shakes out the newbies and those that panic tend to get flushed out.

https://www.coinbureau.com/analysis/virtues-hodl-market-crash/

There are also suspisions that these could be large whales that are trying to spook the market and profit on large short futures that are currently on.

Either way, the Hodler does not let fear and short term market movements drive his / her investing decisions. I know Warren Buffet does not like crypto a lot but he said "if you cant lose 50% of your investment in a stock and still be confident in it, then you shouldn't be in that stock"

Are there any fellow hodlers here?

I think many of the hodlers here are those people who bought the BTC at 200 USD. But those people who enter at 17K USD I think many of them are planning to exit or probably cut their loss already. I think this situation of hodling will vary depending on their price entry. We cannot blame them if they choose to exit.
8  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do I have to learn in trading? on: February 19, 2018, 03:41:29 AM
I'm a complete newbie but I am eager to learn how to trade and make some good profits can anyone help me so that I won't make many mistakes in trading? Any Tips?

What can I suggest to you is don't jump in trading practice until you have not yet consider the risk you are willing to engage. As a starter you need at least to experience the long term investment strategy. If you have already done that then that's the time you can consider the trading. You need to know the technical and fundamental analysis. These two are your guide to success in trading.

Your success will depend on your analysis. Good luck!
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What stage of adoption is Crypto currently at? on: February 15, 2018, 02:05:15 PM
Just wanted to know where you guys think we are. Are we still in the early adoption stage?

At what stage of the dot com era would you put us at? Dial up lol?

I think Crypto is in the boundary of early adoption and growth stage. Within this period a lot of development happens introduction of ICO's, regulation, and recognition from government agency. If the development stage continue at this pace crypto will double the market cap size at the end of the year.
10  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I dont like daytrading on: February 15, 2018, 03:01:34 AM
Even though much profit can be made. And i did a bit. But truth is... i dont like it. It gives me a weird unpleasant feeling. Because to me its just swapping air if all u buy and sell for is money. I love crypto and to me it feels like daytrading is raping it. Ur not really standing behind the idea and product anymore. Im not hating on daytraders or anything. Just doesnt seem my thing. I allways had the same in poker, taking lunchmoney and the game is what its about to me. Whenever i played higher stakes it just didnt felt right and even when i won a nice bit it even depressed me.

This is the common dilemma of being a trader. There's a feeling of guilt that you take advantage others weakness. But this is the market works, by doing this it creates more space for room of growth. As a consolation, maybe We should focus on the good aspect of having a trader in the market. More trader means more growth from the cryptoworld.
11  Economy / Economics / Re: Theory: Stocks profits soon to be dumped into crypto on: February 13, 2018, 11:28:50 AM
1) The rich investors knew the crypto market was going to plunge just before the SEC meeting.
2) They sold off their stocks (down 9% or so since Jan 22) anticipating the crypto plunge
3) They now have funds available in their accounts to play the crypto market.
4) Crypto market will go to astronomical levels it has never seen before, like 100k+ for BTC.
5) Media will talk about it nonstop, and ignorant masses (like I was a month ago) will invest buying at market price
6) This will become the new bubble.  Huge one.
7) The intelligent advantaged seasoned rich traders sell off and play/milk the market daytrading (with assistance of bots & computers)
Cool bubble pops
9) Huge transfer of wealth, yet again from the ignorant lower class to richest people.  Just like the tech bubble, housing bubble -- now the crypto bubble.

Just a thought anyways Smiley

I think it will remain theory, because most people on stock market still not adapting to cryptocurrency for one very simple reason and that is there are no formal introduction to them the benefits of BTC on people life's. Many are still laggards to crypto they still awaiting for others to enter first.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So how will be the market in February? on: February 11, 2018, 10:02:47 AM
Everyone knows the current market situation. BTC and Eth has fallen badly and all alt coins are bleeding. Do you think its time to buy more? Will BTC fall further to $5000 as predicted by many experts? and when do you see market stabilizing again?

After reviewing the graph I have concluded that this is the perfect timing to entry again in the market. The market trend is sideways and during this day many investor are are thinking to enter again in the market. February performance would be good for the market most especially at the end of the month.

13  Economy / Economics / Re: European Banks Could Soon Hold Bitcoin, Admits ECB President on: February 08, 2018, 12:04:54 PM
The good news are now coming it looks like the red tide is over. More on more good news are now coming from US, Japan, and now from Europe. If this will continue, market cap will certainly rise. More investor again will be entice, and for those who lost from their last trade maybe this is the time to reconsider.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How big can the whole market grow? on: February 07, 2018, 01:09:55 PM
I mean the total cap of all crypto. Of course no one can know for sure, but it would be interesting to hear any ideas. Btw the global stock market is worth about 80 trillion

Base on what I read The whole market cap of bitcoin is with the same size only of Market cap of McDonalds around $130T. Based on the figure there are lots of improvement in terms of market cap in crypto. At this pace I think Market cap of crypto will be triple for the next 5 yrs.
15  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What should be done to eliminate corruption? on: February 05, 2018, 12:52:57 PM
I wonder what people think about this. What is your opinion? What should be done for this?

To be realistic We cannot eliminate corruption completely simply because We are only human being. What only We can do is cut the corruption in a certain level. Even in 1st world country corruption exist meaning to say We can't do anything about that.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Green day on: February 04, 2018, 09:35:46 AM
Hi guys do you think the dip is end and the green days wil go on ?

Not yet it will still going to experience red days or sideways for a couple of days until the 1st week of March. One factor to consider is the G20 summit this coming week. If the outcome would not favorable then red days are coming ahead.
17  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin futures market manipulation on: February 02, 2018, 01:37:46 PM
It is highly possible that BTC was manipulated because no certain body that control price. I think many are out there doing pump and dump.
18  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How do you feel about revenge? on: January 30, 2018, 10:28:13 AM
I was not born a bad person, but because of all the hardship I had in my life I discovered how sweet revenge feels.
There comes a time when it's too much and you can't take it anymore.
And you dream year after year of undoing the injustice that has been done upon you.
And when the moment comes, it's delicious.
They can see your eyes being cold, but you feel your own heart burning like hot embers.

I feel light when I take revenge to my enemy but after the good feelings my conscience telling me that my action is not right. Taking revenge is making the cycle continuously rolling. It will never stop. In order to cut the cycle even it is hard to forgive, make a habit of forgiving those people who makes wrong doings in my life. Revenge will only consumed you until to the time that you never know yourself.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are you buying now? on: January 29, 2018, 12:39:34 PM
I think maybe this is the right time to buy bitcoin and some altcoins that have good progress because the price is currently declining and this is certainly a good opportunity to invest in both.

I also have Bitcoin, I think it still has the power to command the market a price. I'm planning to buy WAVES, I think it has a potential among other coins.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mass Bounty hunter or Full time crypto trader on: January 28, 2018, 11:48:30 AM
If you are an investor and you have a lot of capital, I advise you to become a full time crypto trader because I am convinced that the profit you earn will be many times higher than the hunter. bonus. However, the risk is high, you can lose everything. On the other hand, if you choose bounty hunters, it gives you stable income, less risk, employment and a reasonable time. So I still encourage you to choose to be a bounty hunter just like me

For newbie like me the only option right now is to became a crypto trader even I like to join in bounty activities. But many people here like to join in bounty programs for the reason of additional capital for trading. I think it wise for us to do both. Beside the main reason we're here is to earn money.
