I only took part on the ICBM and never touched it.
My NEU are still in the wallet and i want to get back my ETH

After filling my address i have got informations how too, but these informationa are not good enough for my experiance level.

Steps to unlock your ether:

Step 1. This transaction unlocks your Ether and burns corresponding amount of NEU (calls approveAndCall on Neumark contract)

For my understanding i need to interact with two transactions from my wallet with the contract
but i do not know exactly where to place the data and which fileds can be left blank within the interacting dialog from

No more fields for contract interaction are available

I did not found any instructions on their website.
For sure they are not intersted to unlock the funds

So ich hab jetzt mal Metamask installiert als Browserextension auf einen WindowsOS.
Nutze den Brave Browser. Importieren kann ich nur eine JSON File.
Kann mir jemand sagen ob und wie ich ein UTC Import machen kann.

ich war lange abwesend. Ich bin nicht mehr auf dem laufenden und brauche mal ein kurze Hilfestellung.
Ich hab ein UTC File. Wie greife ich da am besten zu. Da sind neben ETH auch noch BAT und NEU abgelegt.
Die ETH sind über einen Smart Contact vor Jahren im Tausch gegen NEU da reingeflossen.
Die NEU würde ich ganz gerne wieder zurücksenden um wieder meine dort nicht genutzten ETH zurück zu erhalten.
Lauf dem Contract ( frühere Bewerbung des Produkts ) ist das durch zurücksenden der einst erhaltenen NEU ohne Abschlag nach 18 Monaten möglich. Die 18 Monate sind schon lange um. Das Projekt NEUMARK ist nicht so gut gelaufen.
Mit ETH hab ich mich nie wirklich beschäftigt, eine gesynchte Wallet wie beim BTC hab ich keine.
Ich hab echt alles vergessen. was ich noch habe ist das UTC File und das PW.
Wenn ich mich richtig erinnere hab ich das einst mit einen Online Wallet gemacht.
Meine erste suche ergab MEW, aber die waren ausdrücklich vor einem Import des Keystore Files.
Hat jemand Schlagworte was ich tun kann.

What does it mean for the Neufund platform

How much NEU / ETH will I receive once the platform goes live in I will additionally ETH ETH to my account

Once the Plattform is live and I am able to invest in companies on which rate will my ETH become exchanged to Eur-t.?

they are selling at a loss. 1 ETH = 0,044 BTC = 920 NEU. They are selling at 0,00003500BTC
1 NEU should be around 5000 SAT to get back your ETH without a loss.

So better to send them back to the contract and get back your ETH -10%

Can Bitpanda please confirm that some german Banks refuse transactions to your account using IBAN/BIC.

just a question, i do not know if you are allowed to answer it. If you watch the video, Frank is always talking about we at Neufund.
Is he only co-owner of the public open platform, is he part of fifth form or investor to build up the platform or all in once.
If you are allowed to give this information to the public it maybe attract a lot more off-chain investors.

Hi, i still do not understand anything how the system works.
after going deep into to whitepaper i need to have something to be confirmed to not become more confused.
Sorry, english isn´t my native language.

1. i particapate the ICBM an transfer 10 ETH and in return i get approx. 9100 NEU.
2. Alltogether 18200 NEU getting created, 9100 into my wallet, 9100 into the plattform wallet (Company Fifth​​ Force ​, ​​Platform​​operator)
3. ICBM ends, NEU tokens are transferable, maybe secondary markets are open to trade NEU tokens
    My internal account has 10ETH and 9100 NEU
4. within the next 18 Months it will be possible to invest the 10ETH in companies and in exchange i will get companie tokens ( additionally new NEU tokens will
   be created and distributed within the community and to fifth Force )
   meanwhile my NEU are not affected from this action ( or are they accected in any way for example by getting burnt )
5. If i do not want to spend all my ETH to invest i can get them back with sending NEU Tokens to the contract and have to pay a 10% fee.
6. After 18 months i can get back ETH without paying a fee of 10%.

Questions :
1. after 18 months am i forced to withdraw or invest ?
2. after 18 months will i get new issued NEU tokens even if i did not invest anything and leave my ETH untouched ?
3. What happens if all NEU are created ( 1.500.000.000 )
4. Whats the reason anyone should buy NEU tokens on secondary market ?
    i can´t see it. Neu tokens are used to pay dividends to investors and covering cost of running the platform by Fifth Force.
    Where is a demand for all this tokens which have the goal to create income for holders.
    Where is a benefit for potential buyers ? I hope i miss something fundamantially or this simple will not work.

Someone has to decide which company is worth to be listed. Once some are selected and get ready to receive funds from the fund will there be different tokens with different names which represent shares
of this company or will this all be done with NEU tokens.

Second thing, please let me know i am right. Within the first 18 months i have no other risk than loosing max. 10% of my ICBM funds if i want to see how things go forward an this is coded into the smart contract ?
If i am a long term ETH holder i could spend much more because of my reduced risk

I watched the video from the german laywer. I think it would be very very helpful to spend a bit money to translate the whitepaper in german language.

As you can see within the cryptoscene your project is not "hyped" and in my opinion heavly underweighted for what it offers which has to to more with your location, not with the idea itself.
Are there any plans out how to promote it or are you more betting to things will automatically go its way once it has started, as also after the ICBM its possible to yoin.
We can watch how much you raised from crypto side, how to watch the Fiat side ?

So i have to be careful with transfering my ether funds to a hardwarewallet and need to keep access to my initial eth-adress ( not on a hardwarewallet ) i used to take part on the ICBM

so if i understand it correctly. I send 10ETH and receive 9211 Neu. All these funds are locked into the contract until i invest it into of one of the startups.
On whatever reason i need back some funds i can send back the 9211NEU within 18 months and receive my initial ETH minus 10%, 9 ETH

If i buy on secondary market NEU, is the max amount of NEU i can send back to the contract limited to my initial 10 ETH and is it limited to my ETH Adress only or also open for buyers on secondary market who did not participate in ICBM?

Another thing, is there a version of the whitepaper in german language. For sure i know some people who would like to invest as you are located in Germany and offer opportunities
to get some other people started. Your idea isn´t that easy to understand reading the english whitepaper.  

Am i already able to send my NEU to another adress or is it only possible after the ICO ended 17 Dec.
MyEtherwallet has the option to show tokens. They are not shown yet but i can see them on the blockchain using etherscan.io

Do i really have to download the full blockchain for running BTG Node and can not use the BTC blockchain from a date before the fork ?

is there any way to import the privkey into a online BTG wallet and send it to a exchange ?
My privkeys no longer cointain BTC or BCcash, only BTG 

small weight voters are fucked in the lsk delgate game of thrones. it should be easy to change payout scripts as you mentioned, but it seems small voter support isn´t worth it.
others like forrest did change payout limits for 1 lsk to 2 lsk. Small voters are going away someone in time and will never get any reward.

for the moment i think if SDK and Core 1.0 will be out the price will crash as all other projects on release the news that are long expected

i do not know it communitypool is also capping because i think the payout are relativly high from him too
