Different trackers are full of information about MindArk. And in context of different business and developments directions. In today's context, I would like to understand whether it is planned to earn and provide services for those, who want to monetize the results of their intellectual work? Or is everything done to strengthen the position of Entropia Universe?
The IPX will be designed for anyone to use and monetize their intellectual work, not just to strengthen the position of Entropia Universe. The IPX will initially host any assets for C++ development, so Unreal Engine, CryEngine, and the Entropia Platform to name a few. Eventually we plan to expand out to other types of platforms like Unity once the IPX is established and working properly. For what period do you have plans on company development?
MindArk has been in operation for nearly 20 years, and has aspirations to be "The virtual internet", just think of the Oasis in Ready Player One if you're familiar with it, thats what we've been working towards for decades and will continue to do so indefinitely. What will 25 million tokens, that won’t be sold, be allocated for?
As the IPX will function solely through the use of DeepToken(DTA) it will be held as capital for the MindArk bank (A fully legitimate bank of Sweden) for loans and transactions in relation to the IPX for participants who have not purchased DeepToken outright through sale or exchanges. It is the backbone of creating a real bank that holds its assets entirely in a CryptoCurrency. Who from the team came up with the idea and the concept of this project? I mean Entropia Universe. And how long ago?
MindArk was Founded by Jan Timkrans Welter, the current Chairman of the Board and primary shareholder in 1999. He in cooperation with the former CEO David Simmonds (now Vice Chairman) and the new CEO, Henrik Nel Jerkrot, as well as the longstanding COO Magnus Eriksson and CFO Gunilla Krogh conceived of the DeepToken Concept in 2016. I’ve heard that not so long ago the company changed the president... In this regard, are there any personnel changes?
The most recent CEO, Klas Morough left MindArk on good terms to pursue his career elsewhere, he still sits as an Advisor for DeepToken and the MindArk Bank. The new CEO, Henrik Jerkrot was the driving force behind implementing DeepToken, and as a young well educated leader, proves to be the right choice for where MindArks vision is evolving currently. No other significant personnel changes for many years other than this. MindArk currently employs nearly 50 people and continues to grow their partnerships with a current total human capital of all partners over 100 individuals. |

Agreed, and we plan to be at events regularly moving forward, this is our first sale window with the intent of providing the largest rewards to those who have been following MindArks work and early adoptors of our expanded concepts. We will be ramping up more and more as we continue to the pre-sale and final. |

How do the creators expect, what scope of use can the platform token reach in the future? How many people will they use?
The IP market is massive, $180 Billion estimated annually. Our goal is to be the destination for both producers and consumers of digital IP assets used on a daily basis, so the potential user base of the IPX is very significant. Is MindArk going to cooperate with other blockchain projects? Ideas are interesting, but, in my opinion, solutions can be offered even more.
MindArk is always open to partnerships, the Entropia Universe platform was opened up to 3rd party developers many years ago and we have since established 6 fully developed planets under development within the platform from these independent studios. We are excited to work with other complimentary models for the benefit of everyone involved. |

What is the capitalization and value of Entropia Universe assets for today? Millions, hundreds of millions?
Will it be correct to talk about the prospects of DeepToken, based on the number of transactions occurring in Entropia Universe?

In the future, the creators expect to promote the game formats for their concept? Or are there other options?
The plan with the IPX initially will be for any C++ based systems Like the Entropia Platform, CryEngine or Unreal for example. So any developer or entity wishing to license content will be able to contribute or purchase based on these initial platforms, 3D models, environments, graphic or sound effects etc. completely independent of Entropia. These can be used for whatever the licensing party wants, game, entertainment, utility. Just think of wherever you see digital assets being used, and where they will be used in the future, that will give a better idea of the options. Eventually we plan to expand to all major dev languages, however, to start Entropia Universe will prime the IPX with 70,000 digital assets that are already built which exclusively use DeepToken for licensing. |

How many changes and versions did the game Entropia Universe from the moment of release? How many players are there now?
Entropia Universe was initially released as a BETA, it has been live and updating since it's inception in 1999. 2002 Entropia integrated real cash payment systems, allowing users to deposit and withdraw fiat currency from the in game currency PED. We are nearing VU 16 at this point, Entropia continually evolves as a live server environment with down times for patches, new planet and content implementations and once so far, a complete game engine overhaul to keep up with currently available game engine technologies. How much money will be spent approximately on the use of consultants? Is this reasonable?
10% of the raise will be spent on all consultants, enablers and advisors outside of legal and regulatory expenses. We believe this is reasonable yes. What role will the token play in the project and on the platform? The game aspect of its use raises concerns.
DeepToken with regard to the game aspect is primarily to be used as a utility of transfer. Where in the past, fiat was converted into the Entropia native currency (PED), which has a fixed 10;1 ratio to the USD, DeepToken will be convertible into PED, and PED to be withdrawn as DeepToken in addition to fiat currency. This will expedite transaction times for participant due to the superior nature of crypto vs fiat currencies. |

A pretty good concept for your project is to add to this page of your project additional information about the project and the team so that investors can get to know more closely. When do you plan to start an ICO company?

MindArk PE AB (MindArk) is an independent software company dedicated to establishing the 3D internet: a convergence of online games, virtual worlds and 3D social networks. THE PROBLEM
The global intellectual property market is worth an estimated $180 billion USD, and yet only 2% of the 2.1 million patents filed each year gain commercial success. Unfortunately, there are significant barriers to entry for those who wish to commercialise assets or license new assets to avoid rework. Within the Entropia Universe alone, there exists over 70,000 reusable digital assets, representing between $25-30 million in development costs. However, there is currently little ability to make these assets available to others as there is no central location for their exchange.
THE IPX SOLUTION
The IPX is a revolutionary open cross-platform digital exchange that connects owners of digital assets and IP with those seeking to access and license those assets. It will be the first ever repository of digital assets and intellectual property backed by blockchain technology. The blockchain will ensure that the exchange of IP is fast and transparent and due to its immutable nature, fraud and theft will be virtually impossible over the exchange. Initially the platform will allow developers to monetize digital assets created for Entropia Universe and other gaming environments. However, the IPX will be open to the global market and will serve equally for non-gaming companies and developers who will find value in the digital assets the IPX provides, such as blueprints for 3D printing or virtual
reality employee training programs.
Developers will send assets they wish to share on the IPX to MindArk; assuming they pass quality control procedures, the creator will pay a small fee in DeepToken and in turn the asset will be listed on the IPX. The asset will then be available for licensing, with fees payable in DeepToken.
TOKEN SALE
MindArk is raising capital to fund and operationalise the next phases of its development through a token sale or Token Generation Event. The token sale will take place in March 2018 via https://deeptoken.io/ 125 million tokens will be generated at the start of the sale, with 100 million tokens available for purchase at a rate of up to 1 token to $1.0 USD. The remaining 25 million will be allocated to MindArk as a capital buffer. MindArk’s tokens are called DeepTokens, or DTA. DeepTokens are single utility tokens that will act as the mechanism for transacting between buyer and seller on MindArk’s
Intellectual Property Exchange (IPX), and they will record the agreement made between the two parties as a publicly available smart contract.
On completion of the token sale, the proceeds will be allocated as follows:

Oliver is founder and CEO of the Anglo-Swedish Chainvine and has spent many years working internationally in the Financial Technology sector. With a very good understanding of the Nordic and UK markets, he also has valuable experience in the US, Chinese and Russian markets. With a focus on the economic benefits of full and incremental decentralization, Oliver has a strong interest in developing current and future decentralized technology, especially in the areas of property rights, governance both corporate and public. Jerome Rousselot
Dr Jerome Rousselot is the founder of Jita, an advisory services business helping startups and companies to define their strategy, build their team, review their technology roadmap and improve their security practices. Jerome has been active in blockchain for four years as Chief Revenue Officer for Mycelium, one of the best rated Digital Wallets in the Google App Store. Jerome is also a public speaker, impact investor and organizes international workshops. Jerome obtained his PhD at EPFL, Switzerland. Lawrence Wintermeyer
Lawrence Wintermeyer is a globally recognized digital financial advocate, advisor, and investment manager. Based in London, he is the principal of Capstone, an advisory and investment firm focused on digital disruption in business, consumer and government sectors, in a career spanning more than 25 years in financial services, TMT, and energy. He is the former CEO of Innovation Finance, the independent not-for-profit fintech members association, which supported the UK ecosystem in developing the premier fintech hub in the world. Lawrence has worked in the venture capital and private equity markets and has experience owning, running and advising investment managers and technology start-ups.
