Hi,@giorgiomassa, why Still no update on UPS with my tracking number and can't track it still...I have PMed you and emailed you....no reply ..? is everything ok there?? and also I want to make sure all the fixed or replaced hashing modules are included in the package,right?? and when can you start ship to me?  please check! thanks!

what a Problem ? how to fix  I have faced the same problem..probably: pre:change your model from power save model to turbo light model on your webinterface.check if it works. 1. check your PSU camble on your hash modules side, make sure plugged ok 2.check your PSU camble on your PSU side,make sure plugged ok 3.check the backplane on all hash modules, make sure plugged ok 4. check the connector for connect backplane to RPi on board, ake sure plugged ok 5.check the connector for connect backplane to hash modules..make sure it does not broken.. 6. check your PSU,make sure it does not broken, you change a new one to check.. otherwise, your hash modules broken ...maybe you have to ship back to BITMINE to replace just like me

I finally can end this nightmare for the experience with BA... I got my refunds by BTC the amount I paid for my order last year. yes,in my heart it's not fair,but some better than none...
I will never do preorder anymore,mining is the lessness and meaningless work in the world...
good luck everyone! hope all you can got want you want.. for the customers here,I want to say,we all are victims...we are cheated by this bitcoin game..wake up !!! go for your work , go for your friends and family ...forget about bitcoin if you can got out of this stuff like me now...

Reading this, im guessing they are mining full steam ahead with OUR products.. !!!!!!!! who knows...I can't have even one reason to trust BA anymore.. .there are not trust , no honor, no reputations no any good quality as a human beings. in the bitcoin world.....all here are kills ,greedy,lazy,steal....bitcoin even can make a good person to bad... sorry to say that every bitcoiners..that is my real feel after all this from last year... maybe I will back to bitcoin when it back to 2009...the real it is...

The police called me to check your reply..so I have to ask you again: when can you refund me? please reply me as soon as possible..I have did what you tell me do and sent everything to your email even use your way of refunding BTC...for now, I don't want to argue it's fair or not now....but,just refunds me as your way.. I have accept your way of refunding..what on earth you want ?

Dear Customers, We are happy to let you know that we've just solved the SPI issues. In the picture below we run only at 1.1Ghz instead of 1.2Ghz because we've hardcoded the voltage at 0.81V and 2 ASICs needed a little bit more. Our plan is to tape out the new backplane in 1-2 days, start shipping of X3 on 23rd (after we get the PCBs back and we assemble them). We should be able to deliver all X3s by the end of the month. at least, some good news come ..... hope this is true....

I think the so called backplane or some problems may be excuse...maybe they are mining bitcoins using our X3 hash modules .....

BA, I think you'd better think about the huge compensation if x3 still delayed...
truly I hope you fixed the X3 and ship to me now with good compensation...
but as everybody can see here...it's impossible for now
BA,I really suggest you just refunds us...refunds us in a fair way .. take me as example..if you paid me bitcoin?you should refunds me BTC values 6068USD wich my order cost..of course you can refunds me through bank..if you still refuse to refund..We have to add and increase compensation for refunds...
or you may can't afford all the customers' compensation both for refunds and hashing units..if delayed still

I would like to remind everybody that sending this type of information to a person you do not personally know and trust is an extreme security risk. We highly recommend to not send this type of information. Again if customers want to work together or help each other that is no problem, whatever the subject matter.
I have updates and change my thread here at #1....so this time what excuse you can find to ban me so let me can't say anything true about BA? BTW, BA,not just deal refunds request of mine(and just unfair refunds which I can't accept),but refunds all of your customers if they request refunds ..do as a good company do... we still not got our products X3, still no refunds and unfair refunds for me at least... still no updates infos from BA official....

guys,you can check what the refund clause of BITMINE ... refunds delayed but at least bitmine refund you what you paid exactly.and if paid by bitcoin ,then values in today's price of exchange rate and plus 10% as compensation.

That is because bitmine is retarded. If you pay in btc you get your original btc payment back. There is nothing to argue about. No court (especially in china) will take your claims seriously when BA offered to refund original payment. If you are really in desperate need of money, as you said in your previous posts, you would quit bitching and take the money and accept your losses. Btw china does not classify btc as money so good luck taking any legal route. bitmine is retarded...seems Not BA?? if your order is delayed more than 71days in Bitmine,you can request refund and they will refunds you the Btc values today's exchange rate or cash through bank plus 10% compensation...yes,many refunds delayed..but also many got their refunds and compensation,at least they refunds can accepted and they will refund you your money and lost...everyone can check their official thread website to check , I am not lying.. I of course need money.buy does not means I should accept your unfair refunds clause.. right,China does not classify btc as money now..but it does not mean you can cheat with BTC..it's also crime,think about GBL event in China last year..customers even use cash to buy bitcoin one their web derectly..what last? the boss and manager are been sent into prison by police because they run and cheat all customers' money... and remember, I do the deal with you BA last year..at that time ,China does not say they does not classify BTC as money ...no documents at all.. no court will take my claims? sounds to me you know this before and so use this to cheat everyone here??? no court will take that is not true .. so that's why I post a thread to unite us,the customers as a group.. like I don't know how things work in China...I am in China BTW,are you work for BA ? sorry for doubt that... every other true customers , now you can see..BA with their reseller already control this thread that make us true customer can't express their own views..and can't standout to speak out the truth... in the end,I sorry for any uncomfortable I take to any true customers or good resellers.. Why do you feel your entitled to compensation be glad that your getting your btc back and hope the value goes up.
I as customer , request my money back.no matter Btc price up or down.just values the order 6068.13USD will be accepted.. and the compensation 20% because,I am a customer for the BA's problem that until now I still not get my order.. according to 中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法 We customer deserves the compensation..
