2  Local / Discussioni avanzate e sviluppo / AAA programmatore (Ethereum) cercasi on: November 15, 2019, 03:59:05 PM

Grazie.

always looking for the price....instead of looking is SEND is is being used as intended, which is send crypto trough social networks, it's a thing or they didn't accomplish it?

The platform is already working since months. You could check easily if the project delivered or not (yes, it delivered even if there's a lot of room to improve)

This is all India's affect on the market. I can't imagine what will happen when G20 decision comes out. My inside sources are not wrong. So wait for the announcement.

You don't know shit and as you already proved, you can't even read

Another nail in the cofin. More countries to follow. Its happening faster than I thought and market is collapsing like nine pins after this news. Where are those HODL people? ROFL

HODL HODL HODL ROFL ROFL ROFL

Why you FUD? OK, I will try to explain to all people not capable of understanding written text:

Quote
Finance minster Arun Jaitley, in his budget speech today (Feb. 01), stated that the government will do everything to discontinue the use of bitcoin and other virtual currencies in India. He reiterated that India does not recognise them as legal tender and will instead encourage blockchain technology in payment systems.

“The government does not recognise cryptocurrency as legal tender or coin and will take all measures to eliminate the use of these cryptoassets in financing illegitimate activities or as part of the payments system,” Jaitley said.

Quote

Oh nice, he stated that in some speech. I don't know what is the exact government type in India (parliament democracy?) but here is what he has to do in order to "ban bitcoin and other altcoins":
1) Prepare the law
2) Get the law accepted
3) Possibly get signed by president

Ah well, we are at least half a year from point that this would happen. The thing which you have posted is NOT a law. It is just a statement of a minister (similar to Donald Trump twitter posts I would say) and a lot of work will have to be done in order to legally embed that into the India legal framework.

It is possible that the final law will not be that strict and maybe you will just have to register yourself to avoid usage of cryptocurrency to money laundering or I don't know. We have VPNs, privacy coins, even TOR-enabled coins like xspec. Anyone who wants to use cryptocurrencies for illegal activities simply can and no India law can make it impossible for them.

I don't believe they are so stupid that they would ban cryptocurrencies completely. Crypto can become a significant money income from taxes to nations. They just need to understand it.

LOL, really. He stated clearly that they will do everything to ban crypto.

If they want they can bring the bill overnight.

Even if they did - India is 10% of bitcoin market, not 90%. All those coins will get either lost or transfered to owners in other countries and the market would continue without India. Strongest players in the market like Korea stay in the market and their representatives confirmed that. Get a life man ;-), 95+% of your posts are pure FUD.

Seriously, you people must get a life. Depending your life on cryptos.

India is a huge player in crypto market and more countries will follow India. Its over.

No.

Ergo se apri conto lì, secondo me sei sereno! Voglio vedere chi ti viene a prendere.

 Undecided
I am curious whether there is any gossip? Although officials have not responded to the transaction platform

There is no such official announcement of voise being listed on top 5 exchanges from OP and I consider this a fake attempt to make you a bag holder of the user.Always look for posts by the team.

Actually they said it officially on the telegram Group...we still don't know which one from the top 5

11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / MEW (myetherwallet) hacked: FUD or not? on: January 09, 2018, 10:14:42 AM
So, the Ethereum BLUE team ( https://twitter.com/EthereumBlue ) is twitting every minute about a possible MEW hack. It seems that their DNS server is hacked and as you load your private key (they claim that it's stored in cookies by MEW), it can be stolen. If you enter MEW and the default gas price is 41 Gwei then, you're on an hacked MEW site. It appears to be a problem limited to some regions. So...is it FUD since they're rivals or there is some proof behind this? If i'm not wrong, they found the Etherdelta hack recently.

12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Coinbase Prediction... on: January 01, 2018, 07:10:28 AM
I can see ZRX added in a close future.

Why?

lol
ZRX wont be added to coinbase im sorry...
you people are delusional. i saw people think that VTC or DGB or ZRX will be added to coinbase
when there are way more serious projects out there that have actual use cases

like i said ETC or XRP will be added next
cardano will be added too but not the next.. maybe in a year

So ZRX is not serious and doesn't have use cases? (not counting the relationship between coinbase founders and 0x) Oh god...
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] REAL [ICO] Invest in Real Estate, Earn Ether [AUGUST TOKEN SALE] on: December 20, 2017, 02:20:05 PM
I don't agree. REAL will be backed by Real estate properties and contract when you usually make gains with cryptos that are copycats, Useless or without any product for years...so why can't it do a x20 when there is a solid investment behind your tokens with a steady income? Then, number of tokens is really low and of the platform is a success, a lot of them will be locked in the platform. In my opinion it can skyrocket.

Forget about tokens for a moment and let's just focus on the real estate. Do you think it's likely the real estate investments will generate a 20x return?

Remember, the company itself is targeting 12% - 20% returns.

Let's say they do better than expected and achieve 40% annualized returns over 5 years. That's still only around a 3x.

You can't make a 20x holding the cryptos if the investment behind it only returns a 3x.

I can agree with you mathematically...but it's Crypto...I can't see a direct value relationship between an underlying real value and the token value in a market where 98% of Crypto aren't backed by nothing. That's why REAL future value will be based not only on Real estate profits but also on hype, sentiment or just the words "payouts to token holders". Let's see what happens in February.

The fact that 98% of cryptos are backed by nothing is what makes REAL different and is the reason why you can't say it'll behave like other cryptos.

Basically, you're just counting on people to overpay if there's enough hype.

Maybe, i'm counting on people to pay more for something really backed by tangible goods, a thing difficult to find at the moment in any crypto. This alone could put the price above its backed value.

The market is still small, you can still do x100s until the global cap is big enough to be financially significant.

17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best investment in crypto under top 50? on: December 19, 2017, 10:02:51 AM
Change (CAG): still 25% from ICO Price, card release this month, beta app this month, patnership with Ethlend, Mothership, roboadvisor, bitproperty to join the financial service on the final release of the app (dividends payment) Q1 2018

Syscoin (SYS): no hype and just hard work. Constant update of the project and marketplace, steady growth. Really low Sys.

Stex Exchange (STE): more risky, pre-sale and ICO now closed but a second stage ICO will come with alpha release of the platform. 100% profit share with token holders (80% if you move your tokens). Still under the radare. They promise great horizontal scaling and 98x98 crypto pairings. Wait for alpha and look if it's good.

Adex (ADX): if i'm not wrong the only player in the ads market, just done a business with Easyjet for ads placement, it can really grow.

REAL (REA): tokenized Real Estate, platform launching in February, got a lot of eth and waited to sell to buy more properties (and now eth it's almost x3). Only 10 millions tokens. They buy properties and with your tokens you take part of the profits. Guess it's something -80% under ico price.

Then, lot of nice projects coming first months of 2018 (Oracle, Metronome and so on)
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] REAL [ICO] Invest in Real Estate, Earn Ether [AUGUST TOKEN SALE] on: December 19, 2017, 06:35:32 AM

I honestly still think you don't really understand this.

Why would you say that a portfolio of $20 million in real estate is worth more than $20 million of cryptos?

I shortened quote, it was making thread unreadable.

Quote
There are a variety of fee structures in Crowdfunding deals, which range from annual fees as well as
partial participation in upside returns and participation in profits on exit.
We believe the most transparent and interest-aligned formula is a profit share fee, so our interests are
aligned which incentivizes us to make the best returns for our users.

REAL will earn a 10% commission fee on all income or value appreciation profits from investments
made through the platform. For example, if a property participation generates 100 ETH in profits,
REAL platform will keep 10 ETH and pay 90 ETH to the investor.

It is appealing to low risk - low income investors. There is not that kind of project in crypto. It will be bigger than the value of the portfolio.

Think about it, do you want to hold usdt or real?

That 10% is what you as a token holder will be paying to the REAL team. These are not fees that token holders will be earning as a benefit.

It will be cut from income. You are not going to pay them from your pocket or anything like that.

It is their commission to our income from real platform nothing more.

Right. I thought you were implying that those fees would benefit token holders, making tokens more valuable.

If that's not what you meant, then I'm not sure I understand why you posted that quote from the whitepaper.

I tried to tell how their platform will work and how we will get profit from it.

But you are right, the second paragraph is kinda unnecessary to put here.

Having spent a lot of time looking at this, as far as I can tell the only way to earn money is through real estate ownership. The platform doesn't generate any income for token holders at all.

That said, a successful real estate manager will typically shoot for 2x returns in 5-10 years. On occasion you might see some hit 3x - 5x, but that's pretty rare. It's possible that REAL could achieve that but it has nothing to do with  pioneering tokenized real estate. It's all about whether or not they can find good real estate deals to invest in.

I realized when I said it was "impossible" we were referring to returns of 20x, but for some reason I typed 10x into my reply. They could get lucky with a 10x return since the token is trading at half its value right now. If they could 5x what they invest and also hit the tokens actual value, that would be a 10x total. I think that's highly unlikely, but possible. A 20x still seems pretty impossible to me (unless ETH continues to run up while they hold it).

I spent a lot of time into this as well and I understood this: let's say they buy a real estate with some apartment in it, open for rent, the ownership will be divided among all partecipants trough RPP, real property partecipation. Let's say it will generate 1000 eth from renting over one month, on that month REAL will get 100 ETH and 900 ETH will be divided among all RPP. For example on that real estate there are 1,000,000 RPP , will mean 0,0009 ETH/RPP for that month. RPP are not equal to REAL, since that RPP value can go up and down based on the real estate value

Yes, that's exactly right. Since the real estate values are the only thing that can impact value (assuming they convert all their ETH), I don't think it's possible for the token to easily 10x or 20x.

To keep things simple, I've been referring to REAL and RPPs as if they were the same, but you're right that most value change will happen at the RPP level. I expect REAL tokens to largely represent the amount of cash they hold.

This situation will show the actual problem of blockchain tech. Scalability issues have to be solved. If a stupid cryptokitty game can take down a supercomputer network like Ethereum then, the tech can't work in the real world. Let's see what the next development can bring to the table.

Waiting my eth deposit on Kucoin for hours, still can't find the transaction on the network. Scale this damn thing.
