Whether I work as a developer or hire someone to develop a smart contract, I have a cost per hour of work that must be paid.
If to test a contract in a testnet I have to spend an hour searching among the different faucets for one that works and that gives me the amount of "false" ether (or any token or in other blockchains) that I need to implement the contract, that Ether that has no value, ends up costing a lot.
Token on testnets are supposed to be worthless and it should be quick to get them to test contracts. What's the point of spending time begging for pennies of ether (In some cases to get 0.001 )from various faucets until you get to test a platform? 
From my point of view something is not working well.

en el mismo anuncio ya pone dos empresas distintas. La S.L. da a entender registrada en España, pero consigo encontrarla. de la Ltd no tengo información.
Además  en la web la empresa es "STELLERRO EUROPE S.L." que es otra empresa distinta y que tampoco aparece por ningun sitio.
Tampoco encuentro informacion sobre que la emisión está regulada, excepto que asi lo afirma la web.
Me extraña también que para supuestamente estar en Barcelona la web solo está en Ingles y Ruso.
Podrían facilitar el CIF de la empresa o las autorizaciones o aprobacion de la ESMA que dicen haber recibido.

Parece interesante el proyecto, pero tras visitar la web me quedan dudas, por cómo está planteado el proyecto parece que su token debería ser un token de valor, pero por las especificaciones parece una criptomoneda, ¿ Se puede minar?

Yo suelo usar drupal para desarrollar los proyectos. Es el cms que más permite adaptarlo a lo que necesitas. realmente con drupal puedes implementar cualquier tipo de web. Es cierto que tiene una curva de aprendizaje más lenta, por su complejidad. Pero lo compensa con la flexibilidad a la hora de desarrollar una web. A la hora de definir la capacidad de adaptarse, Drupal es como un lego, tardas más en alrmalo pero puedes armar lo que quieras, joomla más como un playmobil, y wordpress es como un coche de juguete, poco puedes modificar lo que hace. pero si se te acopla a lo que buscas, es muy rápido para empezar.

Personalmente no veo la necesidad de comprar una cuenta, pudiendo crear una cuenta gratuita. Lo que yo valoro son las aportaciones que un usuario hace, no su rango.

hello marlboroza, I'm the bounty manager of the wetcoin campaign, I've received your negative comment  and I think that doing my job should not be punished, I think if you have suspicions about a project it would be better to speak first. I would kindly ask you to reconsider that rating.
Apart from the fact that my work in bitcointalk has always been carried out with honesty, I do not believe that it is necessary to qualify a project as a scam without proof. this is a project under construction, open and collective, so many users have participated in different tasks. The User that you indicate as scammer has only registered on the website (as anyone can do) but has not participated in the promotion and has not had any relevant position in the project. Due to an error in the web, which is still developing, the roles requested by the users were shown, even though they have not been approved.

To start our project it was decided to use a token, because of that it is not traditionally "minable". Maybe it is not ideal, but to distribute the tokens the idea is to create an online mining system, and precisely to avoid a pre-mine for a part of the users, the pre-mine was created for all, if it is available to everyone it is not really a pre-mine, it is a distribution among all the participants.
I know that the term pre-mine does not like, but it was used to understand the concept with the distribution of the token.

On the other hand, almost 2 months ago we started the project, and it is impossible that today you find a single user who has been scammed.
I think that to be fair, there has to be someone who is scammed to call someone a scammer.
