As explained on the website, those who decide to participate in the project, only have to make the exchange by sending Bitcoin and receive their corresponding Wetcoin on the day of the launch, March 27, 2019.
This is true in any ICO, ITO, STO, exchange or purchase that takes place in the world, a quantity is sent and something is obtained in return. that's why I do not understand the comment, another thing is that you personally do not believe in the project and do not want to invest.
