1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which cryptocurrency is best to buy today? on: January 27, 2018, 04:14:10 AM
Ripio Credit Network and Status Network Token are two projects that I believe will have significant development in innovating lending practices in crypto.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Bittrex holding funds for over 50 days now - no support - scam? on: January 27, 2018, 03:44:01 AM
Had my account in limbo when trying to enhance verify my account. I could trade but could withdraw funds. Opened 2 tickets and they were quickly merged lol. All that being said, it took the support team roughly 35 days to verify my account (again). Have patience.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Best CPU Mineable Coins in 2018 and CPU Mining Guides on: January 26, 2018, 02:56:41 PM
As a lightly "seasoned" trader but new to mining, I am doing CPU over GPU to learn more about the tech side of the projects that I invest in. Groestlcoin
Electroneum, Magi are a few I am looking at for my first round. I am not looking to making millions over night (literally impossible with CPU mining), but if I could make enough to cover energy cost and learn more about setting up pools, I think it will be profitable regardless.

Thanks for the info! Much appreciated. Referral links or not lol!
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: will safex be the new big thing? YES! on: January 25, 2018, 09:21:43 AM
As an early supporter and champion of Safe Exchange, I was a bit disheartened by the delistings. That being said, the politics behind those events are always shady, not on the SAFEX developers side but the opposite. Soon SAFEX will be in the portfolios of some of the major "whales" if it isn't currently.
6  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Long term HODL'ers... What price would you sell on: January 25, 2018, 08:53:48 AM
I'll hodl as long as it doesn't cause a severe burn on my psyche. No seriously though, I got in early enough, caught the altcoin boom and influx of new investors. It would be silly of me at my age not to have fun with this new technology, currency, economy. I see no number that would make me feel one way or the other except 100. Which has crossed my mind a few times.
7  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How do you feel about revenge? on: January 25, 2018, 08:08:18 AM
Revenge is always done out of anger and confusion and usually never goes as planned, due to it being so rushed and spontaneous. I believe to try and achieve vengeance, it cannot be 1 singular act that should set of the overall chaos.

9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP or XLM ? on: January 25, 2018, 07:13:01 AM
Since both coins have seen significant gains and attention outside of traditional cryptocurrency communication channels (XRP seeing much more of it), I think there is still much to be seen from both projects in terms of longevity not related to the actual tech behind the coin itself. How new investors to the community view the coins brands will most likely out weigh their knowledge of the product in terms of choosing one coin over the other.  As we saw with Ripple's sharp rise and decline, and Steller's steady rise after major loses, one points to fear and lack of knowledge of the markets, the other I believe in intermediate investors seeing a good, cheap coin in Steller. I made my initial gains in XPR early on through hearing that the banks ever very much involved (to say the least). I choose XLM on the dev team and potential of the project.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CampusCoin (CMPCO) - Crypto for Students on: January 25, 2018, 06:42:38 AM
Picked up a small amount of Campus Coin on a whim, but after reviewing the roadmap the dev teams goals seem very straight forward, though broad, so I downloaded the wallet. If the project could some how provide solid insight to college students on real-life (post graduation)  financial situations (how to seriously pay off loans without nervous breakdowns, staying away from credit card debt, etc.) is has some potential of being a leading altcoin just my obtaining its target market.
