Transfer onayı manuel olabilir, ya da otomatiktir ama sorun çıkmıstır. Muhtemelen yarın sabah mesai ile çözerler başında bekleme bence.
Daha önce Türkiye'de hiçbir borsada böyle bir durumla karşılaşmadım, hala onay çıkmadı, desteğe yazıyorum sonuç yok, telefon açıyorum sonuç yok, gerçekten böyle mağduriyet görmedim

Arkadaşlar 4.5 saaattir BTC transferi için bu siteyi bekliyorum, daha önce böyle birşey yaşayan oldu mu ?
Edit: 5 saat oldu hala btc transferim başlamadı.

Site üzerinden 38000 TL lik BTC alımı yaptım yaklaşık olarak 0.9 küsür BTC yapıyor, başka bir cüzdanıma transfer için talep oluşturdum tam 3 saattir transferi başlatmadılar, ne destek cevap veriyor ne whatsapp hattı, bilgisi olan var mı ?
Edit: Talebimin üzerinden 4.5 saat geçti hala işlem başlatılmadı.

This my second time that I am suffering from this issue
I have tried to wtihdrawal to my Mastercard on 2th of March and 3th of March, these transactions' status are still "PENDING" neither accepted nor rejected, could you please have a look for it ? I have opened ticket but didn't solved:

The finance department is already looking into your issue, and they should update you as soon as they have any news on the matter. Dear Cex Transaction 5770582881 didnt return to my account yet

CEX.IO is a really good service, im satisfied with it! During my using experience ive got only two troubles. First was with ETH deposit. Support reacted in 30 minutes and in hour my issue was solved. Great respect for team! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) But last problem is painful. On 2 of March i made USD withdrawal to Mastercard. Since that day its in status "Pending". All withdrawals before arrived to me immediately. In withdrawal options timeframe is 2-3 banking days. Today is 3rd. As i was told, payment provider can push or cancel transaction anytime. So i ask to cancel this transaction and credit funds back to my CEX.IO account if its unreal to send my funds to my card today. I have a very big trust level to this service but im very worrying now. ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) And i hope that this trust level will never go down. First pending transaction returned back to my cex account but second transaction is still pending

Altough 3 days passed from transaction still it is pending and nobody is answering me

Yesterday as usually, I have tried to withdraw my money to my verified VISA card which had any problem before but more than 24 hours has passed still it's status is PENDING, I have opened multiple tickets but none of them solved my issue, could you please pay attention to my transaction and solve my problem, you may cancel the transaction and add my money to my balance again then I can withdraw it again becauce I didn't get any problem with this VISA card.

Up to now, I have perfectly withdrawal my money via VISA withdrawals and all transactions added to my bank account in 2 days, but since 25th of January I made 7 withdrawals and none of them added to my bank account, all payments are accepted in your side, but when I call to the bank they say; there is no incoming payment to my VISA. I opened tickets but automatic answer responded and closed the ticket. In conclusion I didn't received any payment, altough 5 business days passed

Up to now, I have perfectly withdrawal my money via VISA withdrawals and all transactions added to my bank account in 2 days, but since 25th of January I made 7 withdrawals and none of them added to my bank account, all payments are accepted in your side, but when I call to the bank they say; there is no incoming payment to my VISA. I opened tickets but automatic answer responded and closed the ticket. In conclusion I didn't received any payment, I reaaly need your assistance because I have delayed several personal utility and loan payments because of your payment delays.

Another Story is beginning here;
I have some friends who lives in London, I contacted with them today and requested to go the Adress of CEXIO, and then they just go to the given address of the CEXIO; 2nd Floor, 1-5 Clerkenwell Road, London, EC1M 5PA, United Kingdom guess what they found?The Answer is nothing! After that they expanded the investigation and found that this is an virtual office adress and 211 different company is registered on the same address
Second step after I got the answer below, I just tried to contact with the payment provider of the CEXIO which is given on payments page the given address is Hentonunit LTD, 20 Ionos Street, 4th floor, Office 401, Egkomi, 2406 Nicosia, Cyprus I have contacted with one of my friend in Cyprus, but the answer is nothing, there are several companies there and they don't even know about CEX.IO, I got a phone number of Hentonunit LTD and called them but they also don't know about CEX.IO and they interrogated me.
My Request: 653243
Now I am asking again could you please tell me where is my money ?
I am starting to suspect about that CEXIO could be scam!
