This my second time that I am suffering from this issue
I have tried to wtihdrawal to my Mastercard on 2th of March and 3th of March, these transactions' status are still "PENDING" neither accepted nor rejected, could you please have a look for it ? I have opened ticket but didn't solved:

They should be able to cancel it. They are still having problems with their withdrawals to bank accounts. Their official explanation is that their banking partners have some problems, not entirely sure what's up though. Been at least a few months as well since the problem first arised.
You can definitely ask them to refund to your account, and after they do that you can trade it for BTC and then withdraw that BTC, or try the withdrawal a second time(may not actually be successful, though). Up to you.
You need to get their attention on the matter. If they haven't responded to your support ticket except with automated messages, that's no good. Try PM'ing them:
