1  Other / Off-topic / Re: I'm giving away Bitcoin with this Christmas Card on: December 20, 2013, 09:09:33 PM
I decided to spread Bitcoin as a Christmas gift. Here's an oversize Christmas card I came up with to give away Bitcoin paper wallets, and help people understand the basics of what I'm giving them (I figure most non-Bitcoiners are stumped when they receive a paper wallet). Hopefully the gift and explanation will stir an interest with a few people who have yet to explore Bitcoin.

just want to let you know you typed 'know one really knows'' isntead of no one really knows

How to gain a "large following" if you have no stable purchasing power?

dude calm down, you got to go step by step, this currency is still brand new, when theres a new project you have to go from A to B  than B to C before reaching the ultimate goal.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Some people completely miss the point about BITCOIN on: December 20, 2013, 07:24:21 AM
Bitcoin cant replace money. Money is supposed to be spent and not hoarded. Thats why inflation is needed so people go spend their money and create jobs and wealth for society as a whole.

Why do people believe this?  Where did you first hear it?

thats what he learnt, midcontrol , just need to think outside the box a bit. Saying that BTC cant replace money is so absurd but the guy probably dont even think its possible to think otherwise and thats how the average joe would think i believe.

13  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: which coin is the best to mine? on: December 20, 2013, 06:25:02 AM
I've been mining PTS. Although I've only mined two types (YAC and PTS), I have to say PTS is better. Just my opinion. I think there are a lot more to mine but I can't GPU mine because my graphics card sucks, so I'm limited to CPU Sad
what CPU are you using to mine?
14  Economy / Marketplace / Re: [WTS] BitcoinSports.eu (bit365) Debt 75% of face on: December 20, 2013, 05:57:55 AM
unfortunately no one will take this debt because odds are it will NEVER be paid. He has not paid numerous people on his site and no one who posted his signature for bitcointalk.

Thats why I am offering a discount on the debt.  What I can't understand is why you say these things on the forum yet advertise the site in your signature.
Basicly what youre saying is that you know it will never be paid so you are offering a discount on it? What kind of discount is that?

I've attempted to monetize a couple of websites, with various results (mostly disappointing). Otherwise, I do sports betting online, which can be a sure way to make money on a certain site I use (it just takes a while, but you can still get paid without ever putting a penny into the site).

Also, for anyone serious about starting a real online business, I'd suggest picking up or downloading the 4 Hour Workweek. Though I don't treat it like a bible at all, it's got some really helpful strategies both for work and for your personal life.

I would be interested to know more about your sportbet website that youre talking about. PM sent
