1  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [IN-STOCK] Professional 49 Port USB Hubs 1Amp per port 110/220v 5V [$155 USD] on: April 02, 2014, 10:00:38 AM
In terms of the ongoing feud evident in this thread, the mention of 'shill' accounts might have been a reference to the comment I made in the old Gridseed GB-thread that klintay had going a few weeks back, professing my willingness to send klintay money.

I hereby declare myself to be a separate human-being from the one we refer to as klintay.

Hope everyone is okay with that.
2  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [OPEN] Gridseed Group Buy - Bulk Purchase Only - WORLDWIDE [$165USD] on: March 14, 2014, 07:50:27 AM
I do not have the financial muscles to join in on this venture, but I can vouch that klintay has been a straight shooter in my dealings with him. ( Here, here (that 6% refund was received, btw) and in a private deal where he got me 20 1-chip dualminers after BeastlyMac's global GB fell through)

If I had the money for 100+ Gridseed 5-chip miners, then I would give that money to klintay in a heartbeat!

I wish you the absolute best with this grand endeavor!
3  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [OPEN] BitMine CoinCraft 1 Th/s- January 3rd week batch-waiting miner on: March 13, 2014, 07:07:01 AM
So what are we going to do about that?
I remember someone having his address(physical). I guess many participants would gladly share some fee (let's say 30-50%) for visiting and recovering money from MWM. We should try to do that.
What d u think, ppl?

If there are non-mob related ways to getting the BTC back, then I am down with giving away a percentage.
Citing a few of the weirder posts of the recent past should warrant, if not a debt collector then at least dispatching of a few men in white coats with straight jackets.
4  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [IN-STOCK, shipping] Dipo Electronic 19 port USB hubs [as low as $105 usd each] on: February 28, 2014, 06:59:16 PM
the tracking number that you PM'd to me is for a package to Norway.

While Norway is a fine country  and the birthplace of my grandmother.

I live in Howell, NJ USA   so I am hoping that you gave me Madeo's number as I think he is from Norway IIRC.
Just noticed this today...

Thank you for the kind words in regard to my home country to which you can trace lineage Smiley

Hope you get your hub soon!

7  Local / Skandinavisk / Re: Vad tycker ni norrmän om Svenskar som kommer och snor era jobb? on: February 28, 2014, 10:54:28 AM
"They took his Dawg?"

When he didn't post the pics of the miner, I knew he was scamming.

Once the math on the available shares got funny, most of us had a sinking feeling, but there was always that hope that he was just a bumbling fool.

I consider myself wiser, my exposure could have been worse!
9  Local / Skandinavisk / Re: [GruppeKjøp][3 hubs til salgs] 19-ports USB hub i "Norge-området" + Stockholm on: February 28, 2014, 09:12:58 AM
Om noen av dere har vært på vent for å se om disse hubbene faktisk kommer frem, så kan jeg meddele at hubbene sannsynligvis er meg i hande i kveld eller i morgen.

Poster bilder når de er på plass!

Guys..all got burned..no way to save any gh/s..i'm sorry to gave you my whole pussy..im here to

Well, I don't know what that means.

Would you like to confess your sins?
There were no miners in the first place. The "dividends" for the Cointerra GB were fake. You have taken our BTC for yourself, cause it was easy.

A few of the shareholders are already in touch with lawyers, so you may want to think about how you want to play from here on out.

If you still have BTC, I would recommend that you refund everyone.
Sooner or later your luck will run out.

14  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [OPEN] TerraMiner IV Group Buy 2 Th/s - last 3 btc on: February 21, 2014, 06:38:44 AM
Update: We reach 7btc now, we just need 3BTC to take it and start mining!

LAST 600 shares guys! I can discount to 2.5BTC if you buy them all!

Please post a list of your new shareholders.

Also all btc sent to you is more or less immediately sent to dozens of different addresses, where they are more or less immediately sent off to another dozen addresses.
Is this so as to make the money disappear?
I think it is!

Best wishes,
a minewithmind shareholder

edit: dozen
15  Local / Skandinavisk / Re: [GruppeKjøp] 19-ports USB hub i "Norge-området"? on: February 20, 2014, 06:23:42 AM
I just realised "Norge-området". Did not see that before - I am located in Stockholm, not sure if that is a problem or not. In any case, I could go for 2 units.

Only thing I could think of is that you might have to pay VAT twice, which would probably break any chance of "getting a good deal".
I am pretty sure that we would have to pay VAT if we had things shipped from Sweden to Norway, so "Buyer-beware", I guess.

Look into it, and let me know.. I will put you down for 2 units provisionally.

Well the thing to do is two different buys and I can ship to the two separate locations, if people don't mind a bit of a wait  the goods could be shipped surface which would negate the need to ship by air.
Sure it takes longer by surface, but it is still registered and a damned sight cheaper…

RF
Thanks for the response RF.

On our end, an issue is the customs handling fee that the post office tacks onto the VAT calculated for shipments.
2 shipments means the fee is payed twice.

On your end it's more work, and we wouldn't really be entitled to the volume discount, as it would create more work for you Smiley

Far be it from me to stop you from offering us sweet deals, though Wink

Last word from Klintay is that the hubs ship from HK today.

kinda funny getting robbed on quality usb hubs ,in a bizzare way. Anyway, as per PM, I am down for 2.
Lol, yeah it's not like I expect trouble, it's just good practice not to meet people from the internet in dark alleys ;P

19  Other / MultiBit / False 0.00000001 transactions showing up to several of my addresses. on: February 18, 2014, 05:52:34 PM
Hello,

So, I have been seeing false 0.00000001 transactions show up to several of my addresses in my Multibit wallet.
These never confirm, some are stuck on 1 confirm, others at 3, and if I check at blockchain.info, there is no record of any such transaction.

As I found this scary, exported my private keys, closed my wallet file, and reimported my the keys.
The phantom transactions were gone... for a time.. last night, they reappeared.

Has anyone seen this before?

Looking forward to hearing about your experiences!
20  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [OPEN] BitMine CoinCraft 1 Th/s- January 3rd week batch-waiting miner on: February 18, 2014, 03:19:54 PM
IMO its the same crap as always, better deals being offered and wanting out. I'll tell you right now, that better deal will be late too, same crap everywhere.

You are right that there is no such thing as a good deal, but the issue here for me is that those 200gh/s got sold to new participants, rather than being divied up between existing shareholders. Those extra gh/s where to compensate for difficulty rises, not to pay for mwm's cointerra rig.
And let's not even get into the issue of whether turbo will provide the extra 500gh/s or not, whether the shares where sold or not.

So even if this turns out to be legit, there will be an icky aftertaste from this GB..
