How do you verify that a projects funds will not be stolen by the devs? Many projects hold ICO's or some other sort of sale to raise money for development and many have turned out to be scams where the dev steals the money.
What are you looking for to verify that they won't run away with the cash?
Any ideas on how a project can build trust with the community on this topic?
What would you like to see DAO projects do in the future that would help build trust and make sure funds are secure from theft?
i think before you invest any project,you shound search for this team,If you don't find any information about this team,I think 99% scam.If you find some information about this team,you should check how many project they done,and this project is die or devepoping, beacause I see there are many team do more and more project and when they done,they abadon and do another project to collect money from everone.With me,one good project to investing: the good team,there are some people join some success project and now this project are devepoping,you can check them on twitter,facbook or linked,check clear ìnormation before investing,the most importance is team,good team with good person is good project |

Merit is hard to earn or not. I have seen many newbie have hundres activities but there is no merit. I know there must write high-quality post can be taken Merit, but I see some people just post a gif image also take Merit from someone. I forgot the link to the gif post to quote, but this is real I see.
Besides, I see many post with 7-8 lines, content is okay but there is no merit. What do you think?

I was suprice when my rank bacame newbie again. I spend 1month to become a jr. Member. Then I figured out than my rank decreases and need merit to increase again.
because you don't have any merit so you decrease rank from jr member to newbie,now you have to 1 merit to become jr member,this change is very intersting,they can't do multip acc jr member to get bounty,it retris spam potst from hunter bounty and newbie want do bounty,they have to try and try to improve article quality,they weill get merit and they can do bounty,if you try harder you will get merit from someone,never give up |

I think it fair with everyone because rank jr member with no merit,it is easy to become jr member and they can do signature,if rank higher they will get more stakes and jr member can get 1 stakes but they can do many acc jr member to get more stakes,there are many acc jr member do bounty so there are many post with low quality on this forum,when bitcointalk change the rule about rank jr member with 1 merit,this changing is limmited rank Jr member do bounty and they will come back newbie and they have to try and try to become the true jr member,Restrict low quality posts because they can't do bounty,I think this changing is fair with everyone

I see there are many people buy merit from source merit,I think it is fair with everyone,I read 14usd/1 merit,i don't know it is exactly or not but merit has low price? and it use to trading?I can't beleive it,if it happen it is not fair for everyone,,I think admin should build system check merit again when anyone give merit for anyone and build ratio merit/all posts to dertimine who really trust,I think 1 merit/1000 post diffrent 1 merit /50 post

looks like merits are priced at 14$/QTY, as of current market situation   Just a TG snap from one of bounty group(with removed names ....sorry guys!! I'm very sad when I'm from jr member to newbie, I can not make signature on bitcointalk but bitcointalk has changed rules and I think it's good for forums when there are too many jr members make signature without merit, they can make multiple bitcointalk accounts because their rank is too low to earn more tokens and make rank jr member not have much value, now newbie needs 1 merit to become jr member, this makes newbie need to try more to improve the article quality and make the forum better and better

I see that bitcointalk has changed the rules to be able to rank in the forum, newbie have to try on quality posts to be able to rank jr member, this is great to rank jr member has more value, merit very The important thing on the forum is for people to increase their rank higher, I see people can buy / sell merit from high rank people and it makes unfair to other people, it can cause scam on the forum when people will want to buy merit to get higher rank especially with our newbie when it is difficult to get merit. I hope bitcointalk recheck merit when someone receives merit from another member that is not from the admin of the forum, because merit is to reward those quality posts not for trading, buying/selling,I think bitcointalk should build merit / post or merit / actives ratio as an index to rank on bitcointalk, this ratio show the quality of post/ all posts
