Not Fan of Merit Point System

Just follow the rules, I am sure they still award merits, not by post counts but by quality of posts and at their own discretion- that is based on their own assessment.No guarantees,no hard feelings, no "I am entitled to have it".

I have now got the same amount of posts as you, and our accounts were created a few weeks apart. Once on the forum, you can take many paths and even swerve direction as I promptly did (frankly, I looked at bounties at the beginning as an experiment, and soon got bored of them since they were not too challenging, and I felt a bit like a non-automated bot following idiotic routines - but that's just me).
You decided to go down a bounty path which has I presume has given you a lot of shit-coins (with a lot of luck, some are worth something), and are likely to be way richer in that sense than me. I decided to try to find my place here, and eventually found a spot that I though could be helpful, while performing tasks that served as brain trainers.

The number of posts is irrelevant, it’s what you add to them that matters...

I also noticed that if you want to get merits is to contribute on the forum by having sensible conversations without using a "Signature" because "Signature" implies selfish agendas. For this specific reason, I won't wear any signatures (after UBEX) to have better conversations and learn. This is only my point of view and would try to prove, DYOR, this is not a financial advice LOL

In June 2018, @matthewoz101 created a thread about the relation on merit of signatures (see Is it easier to earn Merit without a signature?). On the thread, I checked this relation out (see re: Is it easier to earn Merit without a signature?), and there didn’t seem to be one. For Heroes and Legendries it had a positive impact, but surely not for the signature itself, but due to their posting habits (quality + more posts).

I would say that signature is not an issue in general; it is the post’s content that matters. I mean the spam problem is due to people not being able to post decent content, incentivized by the signature’s requirements in terms of number of posts per week. But the signature is more of a passive actor, and it is really up to the poster to create decent enough content.

it is simple yout post not quality or you don't lucky to get merit from admin or source merit,I have >300 posst and i can't get merit from anyone,sometime i ask my self my post not quality? u try my best to post,no spam,but i see now it is too difficult to get merit,i see some post very normal but they get merit,i hear merit can buy from someone,I can't beleibe it on this forum but it is true,nothing is fair,maybe we have to accept this true,I am so disaointed

So @matthewoz101 already did the same thing and according to statistics conducted by you (@DdmrDdmr), it is proven that signature has nothing to deal with this and it's a good news for me not taking the same mistake that could last for months. Now the question still lies on "How could I post better content", maybe I'd take more time to read and spend more time to make this forum my "chill" place rather than social media channels.
