Hi...

I have some NRB. It it possible to convert NRB to NRS? (or only by selling NRB and buying NRS?)

Thanks for the answer.

There seems to be good news everywhere that Gox will resume BTC TX soonish. Any scenario where this could not happen? Unless Gox is developing a huge scam, TX should resume soon, right?

All winds blow to they will be back on track very soon   Wink

Source for the good news?

They changed my 7 jan SEPA withdraw status to pending , i see this as a sign like: let us clean the house before opening the btc gates, and whoever ask for fiat should now deposit new fresh money if wants to buy our cheap btc !

I think you talk BS... my SEPA from 3 Jan. is still on 'confirmed'.

Update - Statement Regarding BTC Withdrawal Delays

Maria Feb 04 • Announcements / Announcements

Dear MtGox Customers,

As noted recently, we are currently experiencing a problem where some bitcoin withdrawals are not being transferred correctly, affecting a limited number of users. Currently the problem is being fixed, but many previous transactions did not go through over the past days. Those transactions have now been returned to customer accounts in full, so any transactions that appeared to be "stuck" should now be refunded.

This problem applies primarily to larger transactions, so we appreciate your patience as we fix the issue. Smaller transactions should be fine in the meantime, and we will update you on the status as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience.

Best Regards,

MtGox Team

I'm waiting since 28th of January for 1.4 BTC to appear in the blockchain. Wrote two support tickets, no response.
Also withdrawl of €1000 from 3rd of January... not in my bankaccount yet.

It's not a big amount compared to some of you, but it's quite a bit of money for me.  Shocked Sad

They are expirencing some unusual kind of a DoS attack. As I get it, someone deposits his gox account with lots of dust (small) transactions.
And when you try to withdraw your BTC, Gox uses its hot wallet which is full of that dust.  So, it builds your tx from that dust, and your tx becomes too large (with lots of small inputs).

Thanks for explaining... Still waiting on my coins or a reply...

Mon 27-1 7:36 I transferred 1.4 BTC from Mtgox... this never appeared in the blockchain.
at 7:40 I transferred the same amount. This instantly appeared in the blockchain and in my wallet.

Yesterday I made a support ticket. No answer yet  Angry

I'll keep u informed.
Can anyone with technical background explain what might be causing this error? Safety of the Bitcoin network is one of the main advantages of Bitcoin. Disappearing transactions is serious shit.

Guys I have a question: this morning I wanted to withdraw 2.8btc from my Mt.Gox account. I split it up in 2 parts of 1.4 each...
The idea was one part to Multibit and one to other exchange.

First withdrawl: 8:36 (email received) didn't appear on the blockchain nor in my Multibit wallet
As I saw nothing coming up I thought I forgot to confirm so I clicked confirm again, now 1.4 btc instantly appeared in Multibit. Another email 8:40 received about this transaction.

So clearly this 8:36 transaction is missing, my BTC funds are down by 2.8 btc, but I only recieved 1.4 I can't find this 8:36 transaction in blockchain.info and when I type my multibit address or transactionID in http://skanner.net/MtGox/mtgox_tx.php I can't find any error message.

What should I do? Wait a bit until the system auto-fixes this? Or write support ticket asap?

Heb ze op Facebook gevraagd of ze bitcoins gaan accepteren als donatie. Als ze zelf een bitcoin adres publiceren is dat natuurlijk het beste. (en goede publiciteit!)

Hello BTC-e,

I have recently transferred some EUR to my btc-e account using SEPA, the money had left my account on December 10 and I am hoping to use this money A.S.A.P. I believe I have done everything correctly, I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help speed up the process, my ticket # is LNZ-790-51117.

Thank you.

SEPA will take around 5-10 days... nothing to worry about!
I hope you have verified your account before sending money... it will take a lot of effort and time to get that part done. You can't withdraw anything without account verification

Outside of my 9-5, I've been busy restoring core CasinoCoin services the past couple of days. The CasinoCoin forum at http://forum.casinoco.in is now back online and the mass amount of spam has been cleared. I have also cleaned up the CasinoCoin seed servers and restarted the casinocoind daemons -- hopefully this clears up the network connectivity issues some of you have been experiencing when launching the wallet. I've also cleaned up the first post in this thread of broken links and updated mining pool information. If I missed anything, let me know and I'll get it updated.

Finally, I'm working through reading and replying back to PMs and posts within this thread. Since some of these messages are serious in tone, I'd like to take the appropriate time to address some of these questions, comments and concerns. I was very stoked to see the number of people that messaged me volunteering their services towards helping out CasinoCoin. I will be dedicating some time tomorrow to reply back to these messages. Til then, you guys take care.

This sounds promising! Keep us informed.

After two days finally btc-e.support is on-line @ Skype with a reply message.
btc-e.support @ Thailand asks for your email password why on earth do you need my email password? Give me one reason??
This is definitely a scam help-desk!

They ask 10 times to provide information... no proper English sentence at all... seems that they don't understand any reply.

But... I got some reply on my last ticket, it says that my documents were accepted but I need to wait another 5 days so the financial department can verify the documents.
are you kidding me? another 5 days?

Well at least their costumer service seems alive again... I'll keep this updated!
