1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you stop calling Bitcoin an investment? on: July 30, 2018, 07:11:39 AM
Bitcoin will remain and will always be called an investment as long as there is demand. Bitcoin is compared like gold and that alone is enough reason for bitcoin to be called an investment. Bitcoin maybe created as an alternative to fiat currency but bitcoin found success as an investment instead of a currency.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why you should stay off from market prediction on: July 30, 2018, 04:10:48 AM
The main reason why I stay away from predictions is they get your hopes high and makes you expect things. You will end up in disappointment when the prediction didn't get real and is way off. You will end up making wrong decisions because of some predictions instead of thinking things more thoroughly.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: TIPS to be come victorious in bitcoin on: July 30, 2018, 12:56:34 AM
Patience is one of the keys to become successful in bitcoin. Don't panic and sell everything you have  over fake news and dips, instead remain calm and think things very well before making any decisions. During dips instead of selling to cut your loss, buy more cheap bitcoins to add to your holdings. Trust me the price will eventually go up.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin Become Mainstream In The Next 10 Years? on: July 29, 2018, 08:34:43 AM
I think it all depends if bitcoin becomes widely accepted by many people and countries. Popularity is one key factor to be considered when talking about becoming mainstream. The more people using and buying bitcoin the more we are closer to our dreams of bitcoin becoming mainstream.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin in Southeast Asia be legal? on: July 29, 2018, 04:11:33 AM
Here where I live I heard rumors of our government accepting and supporting bitcoin though I am not sure if it is real. Despite without clear rules or anything, some banks here have started accepting bitcoin which is quite convenient for me. I do hope more countries will start accepting bitcoin as well.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CHILD PORNOGRAPHY IN BITCOIN on: July 29, 2018, 12:09:27 AM
The first time I heard about bitcoin was when I was researching about the darkweb. Bitcoin was commonly used there as a means of payment when you buy illegal stuffs. I think that leaves a bad reputation for bitcoin. But if you think well even fiat money is used in illegal stuffs, bitcoin is not to blame for that.
7  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What are some of the best sources of information on Bitcoin? on: July 28, 2018, 06:53:27 AM
Twitter and google are some of the source I get news from. I also love reading different threads here in this forum as well. Not only I am learning new things here, we can also have an exchange of ideas which is good and quite entertaining rather than reading normal articles around the web.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Thailand Legalize Crypto currency on: July 28, 2018, 03:45:59 AM
Well another country added to the list. Good for them for they finally realized what bitcoin could cater to their country and countless opportunities it can bring to them. Hope more countries realize this as well and we bitcoin users will have it a little easier.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NO! Do Not Invest all you have on Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies on: July 28, 2018, 12:25:19 AM
Yes you are correct, it is not advisable to sell everything you have and invest it to bitcoin specially if you have little experience woth bitcoin and cryptocurrency. I suggest you start a little first, start woth an amount you are okay to lose and once you get the hang of it you can add more.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is good seeing higher institutions embracing Cryptocurrency on: July 27, 2018, 07:15:17 AM
The growth of the community is always a good thing for us who loves bitcoin. Bitcoin acceptance is one of the main problem that we bitcoin users face and it is always nice when we here about big establishments supporting and accepting bitcoin. Instead of getting worried of the side effects we should always see the positive aspects it brings.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why did the government want to kill Bitcoin? on: July 27, 2018, 12:33:55 AM
The government hates and wants to eliminate bitcoin because it is a big threat to them. The government naturally wants to have control on almost everything and bitcoin is so hard to control because it is decentralized. Bitcoin being hard to monitor because it is decentralized the government can't make money out of every transactions being made with bitcoin.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ❗❗ Friendly Reminder: SECURE. YOUR. ASSETS. on: July 26, 2018, 12:50:37 AM
Thank you for this helpful tips. Yes you are correct hardware wallet are indeed far more better than any online wallets. It is also suggested to use hardware wallet when storing coins rather than using any online ones. I am saving and planning to buy one for storing most of my bitcoin.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if Government bans Bitcoins? on: July 25, 2018, 07:48:58 AM
That would be bad not only for me but the other people using bitcoin. Here where I live my country supports the usage of bitcoin. There are even banks here that accepts bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. I am blessed that my country accepts and supports bitcoin.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Analyst say bitcoin will Obsolete one day. on: July 25, 2018, 04:03:16 AM
I believe he is correct. Everything around us will be obsolete even us people. But that doesn't mean it is a bad thing. Just like an old civilization or an old empire gets replaced by a new an improved one. Think of bitcoin as an old computer or an old phone, new and much better computers and phones pop up soon and makes the old ones irrelevant.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin making the world go crazy? on: July 24, 2018, 07:57:55 AM
Actually it is really simple reason why people are going crazy about bitcoin and that is money. A lot of people have become successful and rich because of bitcoin and other people want to be part of that as well. When money is involve in something people will always come to it.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung start to accept Bitcoin on 3 countries on: July 24, 2018, 04:17:29 AM
Yes this is some great news, finally some big company notice the greatness of bitcoin. I do hope more big companies follow what Samsung just did here. Samsung being big will be a major influencer to other companies as well plus I am sure Apple one of Samsung competitor will do the same as well.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin become centralized sometime in the future? on: July 23, 2018, 04:13:31 AM
I believe that will never happen. Being decentralized is one of the major selling points of bitcoin and people bought bitcoin because of that. I believe if bitcoin was not decentralized the concept will not even succeed at all and become big right now.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What factors scare others from investing into bitcoin? on: July 22, 2018, 07:20:06 AM
For me its legality and widely accepted. We all know despite bitcoins popularity there are countries that doesn't accept or acknowledge bitcoin. Plus add the volatility of its price and how a simple bad news can affect its price are some of the reasons potential investors stay away from bitcoin.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Losing your life savings on BTC? Hurting everyday? on: July 20, 2018, 11:56:32 PM
That is why you only buy what you can afford to lose so if you actually lose it you won't mind it at all. Don't go crazy and sell everything you have and buy bitcoin specially when you are just starting. Try to get the feel of it first and try to start with small amount. Then you can add some more if you feel more confident.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Huge potential earnings in bitcoin, still not interesting for others on: July 20, 2018, 06:52:22 AM
I don't really mind if they still don't believe in what bitcoin can do. It means more profit for me and less competition in the market. I know I am being selfish but I'm just sick and tired of this kind of people. I have friends who hate bitcoin for no reason at all at first I tried to explain and show what bitcoin is but in the end I learned to tolerate and just let them continue hating on bitcoin. It's their loss not mine.
