Please fix/tune faucet payouts.

My Loyalty Bonus reset to 0% but previous claim was 18 hours ago.

Check your full Activity feed, and the dates of each of your claims. You'll see the day you missed. We have more about how our Loyalty program works in this support document:

Cheers, and good luck rebuilding it. I've lost (and regained) loyalty at a ton of faucets over the years. The good news it can be rebuilt.

To echo what we said in your ticket, those numbers aren't prime numbers, and thus don't qualify for the prime number bonus.

Here's a handy checker if you're ever wondering whether a number is prime: http://www.math.com/students/calculators/source/prime-number.htm

The Gem Conversion Rate is constantly (and automatically) adjusted for a number of factors, including total Gems in circulation.
6  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: COINTIPLY.COM - Faucet, Offerwalls, Mining Game, Multiplier! [OFFiCIAL] on: November 21, 2018, 07:34:05 PM
Dont worry. I'm literally about to buy a .com domain and make a review about Cointiply, with pictures to prove that i've been scammed by Adgate and that Cointiply doesnt listen in their support emails most of the time. They will direct you right back to sending another support email, when it didn't work in the first place. Then you will get a broken English speaking reply that doesn't tell you or help you with jack shit if it's an actual issue. Like, I didnt get payed or my coins are missing.

If it's something simple af like your loyalty bonus isnt going up, man they reset that quick. But if you need the money they owe you, that's a different story. Even if you have proof and know that they do too.

Going to circulate it just like I do my other btc sites. With mellowadz and other click for $. Might even put it on cointiply's ptc adds. Then we'll see how many other people have had this same problem and what's really going on.

Like i've been saying. Thinking it's a pure scam now and i'm not going to get anything back. There really is no transparency in this site.

Neraxis, we have spent a lot of time working with you in support, and it only seems to build your sense of grievance. I'll politely call that frustrating.

As we've explained there, if AdgateMedia or another offerwall didn't credit you, they didn't credit you or us. There is no mechanism for us to intervene on your behalf. If you can't get resolution from them, that's between you and them.

This is the way the offerwall industry works. Is it perfect? No, but it is a system that allows folks to earn a little crypto with their spare time.

So let's look at why we—Cointiply and other site publishers—can't intervene. Consider these factors:

1.) We do not know what you did to complete an offer. Did you follow the rules? We don't know. Did you complete all the steps? We have no way of knowing. If it was a credit card offer, did you use a legit credit card? We have no way of knowing because we don't see any step in the offer completion process.

2.) Have you completed this offer on another site? This is especially an issue for the larger offers, which tend to be limited to one-per-person. We don't know, because we play no role in the completion process.

3.) Did you use a VPN against rules? We see when you use a VPN to access Cointiply, but we do not see your connection to the offer because we aren't involved in that process.

4.) We also didn't get paid unless you got paid. We aren't holding onto your money—we didn't get any.

In general, offers don't get credited for just a few reasons. The user didn't do everything; the user did something wrong (including fraud); the offer was configured improperly; or there was a technical problem because software is imperfect. That last one is probably the biggest reason, but as a site publisher who hosts offerwalls, we play zero role in determining all of that. We provide access to the offerwall, and it's up to you to complete offers and work with the offerwall if you have a problem.

As I said above, this is how this industry works.

Here's how I see this issue. I've been doing offers for years, long before Cointiply. I've had maybe 100 or so offers not pay properly (that I've noticed). Which isn't bad for having done at least 100,000 offers during that time. It's mostly surveys that didn't complete and app downloads that didn't pay. I've collected on 60% of app downloads, at best, and that's consistent across all the offerwalls because app download offers are partially voodoo. I had a Hulu offer that never completed, too.

At first, I filed tickets with support (on those few sites that have support). From that I learned I need to go to the offerwalls, and from that I learned which problems are likely to be resolved and which aren't.

Mostly I learned to move on and do more offers. How much time is 20 cents worth to me, especially if I'm never likely to collect it? Or $2? In the time it would take for me to kick up a fuss, I could do another offer or 20. I also learned which offerwalls I wanted to work with.

And then I didn't work with the ones that caused me trouble.

If that calculus doesn't sit well with you, Neraxis, the offerwall world may not be where you want to spend your time. The crypto world has baked into it a certain expectation of do-it-yourself, get-it-done mentality.

hello guys , does cointiply not working only for me or smthg is wrong ?

One of our data centers had an issue that has since been resolved. We've beefed some things up in case it happens again, as well.
11  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: COINTIPLY.COM - Faucet, Offerwalls, and new Mining Game! [OFFiCIAL] on: August 27, 2018, 04:17:05 PM
wow i just looked into the gems marcet and saw we are on 17 Gems per Coin XD
I think soon we reach the 1 gem per coin or 0,5 gems per coin situation.
Becourse in also a few weeks we reached from 60 GpC to 17 GpC XD

regards

The Marketplace hit 17 GpC, but the site is paying 28:1. The site will also not likely get all that close to 9:1.

The lesson here is to earn those Gems while the paying is good! Cheesy

Hey folks, a quick word on these fraudulent withdrawal attempts.

Firstly, our fraud detection system catches them. All you need do if it happens to you is open a ticket and let us know there was an unauthorized withdrawal attempt. We'll take care of you through the ticket system.

But also make sure you change your password. Make it long, complex, and unique. Reused passwords are at the heart of these shenanigans. I personally recommend a password keeper, because all of your passwords EVERYWHERE should be long, complex, and unique. If you're looking for a recommendation, 1Password is cross platform and has an excellent record for security, but do your own research and make your own informed decisions.

Cheers

I think after the upgrade the yield will be much worse in mining game. At top level buildings life cycle will be 80 days and then it should be rebuild, which costs as much as upgrading building to that level. So it makes 10% return MINUS keeping efficiency at 200% cost more, just in gems but it is pretty much same thing. So we can forget 3.96$ in hour, it will take years to build mine to produce it.

That figure is for the very largest Mines. Smaller Mines will will see their levels last much longer and get a higher percentage ROI.

But even at the very largest Mine, you're complaining about a 10% ROI in 80 days (it's actually a little higher).

Were else (that's legitimate) is that even remotely possible?

You can also earn many thousands of Gems every day from the free Gems faucet, more than enough to take care of Efficiency and contribute towards your buildings.

And there will be opportunities to profit from trading gems. Back to those largest Mines (who will have fantastic cash flow in Coins), they can choose when (and if) to buy Gems, making even their possible ROI higher.

Sustainable, Profitable, and Fun Game > Unsustainable Magic Money Machine.

Hello, I coins for several months, and when I got the right amount, my account was hacked. And someone wanted to take the coins to someone else's bitcoin-address. The support service canceled the operation and returned the coins back to my account.
Thanks for that.
On the recommendation of the support service, I changed the password for entering the faucet.
Unfortunately, now the system does not allow to withdraw coins to my bitcoin-address and is in the status of HELD. Very unpleasant, I spent a lot of time, and I can not get the coins I earn.

File a ticket and we'll sort it out.

Same goes for anyone with a Held payment.

Hello, nice site. I'm especially enjoying MG. It's addictive.
Can anyone tell me how cpalead offerwall works? I press the offer to install an app they give a page with no app to install why's that?

Behind every offer is an advertiser. And that advertiser has to set up everything correctly. Some offerwalls are run better than others, and they all have different levels of support.

And app downloads are notoriously fickle. I've collected on about 60% of the ones I've tried across all offerwalls on different sites over the years. When they work. yay! When they don't, you can file a ticket with the offerwall.

Or move on. I usually move on.

If you're having trouble with one offerwall, definitely look around at the others. You'll find one that works well for you. Smiley

Cheers, and happy fauceting!

For those still having issues with our certificate, it is most likely an issue with your ISP caching the old one. We don't have a fix for that, but if you can access it from another device on another network, you might be able to get through. ISPs should refresh these caches frequently, but there's no law mandating that. Smiley

Also, we have a new Status Page.

https://status.cointiply.com/

We'll be adding more features to it as we can.
19  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: COINTIPLY.COM - Faucet, Offerwalls, and new Mining Game! [OFFiCIAL] on: July 16, 2018, 04:36:40 PM
Hey everyone, our apologies for the downtime. These certificates were set to auto-renew, but failed to do so. Our dev team corrected the issue and changed the way we handle them so it won't happen again.

Loyalty bonuses will automatically be adjusted for these two days so they will not reset if you missed a claim.

In addition, you can check and verify the status of our certificate using this URL: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=cointiply.com

Also, thanks for helping each other out while we were working behind the scenes on our end. We have a great community, and we appreciate it.

Hey folks, thanks for the notes. One of our SSL certificates failed to auto renew overnight. It was fixed within 4 hours and only effected one of our servers.

If you are still receiving an error, please close all of your browser tabs & windows and re-open your browser and try visiting Cointiply again.
If that still does not work, try clearing your browser cache.

Thanks
