1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Fire Lotto - International blockchain LOTTERY (cont) on: April 07, 2018, 03:51:14 PM
I am an early investor in FireLotto and unhappy with the FUD that the team keeps alive concerning this ICO.

After the original FireLotto thread was inexplicably closed by the OP, I decided to continue the thread, especially since the ICO is still ongoing and there was a lot of interest in it.

There are still some questions that remain insufficiently answered, FL's Telegram Channel is a place where people get banned for posting "difficult" or "uncomfortable" questions. It seems like Bitcointalk is the best avenue for asking critical questions, since at least some of them have been addressed by FL admins.

- The team behind FireLotto is the same team that was behind CashPokerPro, a project where a lot of people lost a lot of money
- FireLotto's CEO was also behind ICOLAB.ME, a short-lived project that "borrowed" some pictures of Jake Brukhman and Adam Draper without asking and added them as advisers to their ICO website. Jake Brukhman exposed them and tweeted about that scam to warn people https://twitter.com/jbrukh/status/950443915999629314, the website was closed down afterwards. The FL team refuses to talk about this.
- the smart contract addresses for token distribution and commission accumulation have not been given, possibly don't exist
- despite claiming "100% transparency" the code on Github is closed source and old
- posted in the Russian thread was a photo of the Instagram account on which Mr. Roman Demidov claimed to have "cured people from cancer, diabetes and other incurable diseases", which doesn't add to the credibility or integrity of FireLotto's CEO
- FireLotto has used three different addresses, first Cyprus, then Singapore and finally in Hong Kong, with the Singapore address apparently being in a beauty mall
- So far, all media exposure through articles has been done through paid publications, essentially advertising dressed up as editorials
- The FireLotto team claimed to have applied for a gaming licence with the Isle of Man gaming commission, the evidence presented in this respect was a photograph taken with a representative of the Isle of Man gaming commission at a trade fair. No other evidence presented and the latest response in this respect was that they are considering their options, which sounds like no application (yet). But in the Telegram channel and elsewhere they were initially boasting that the licence was only a few months away after they had applied for it. Both situations cannot be true at the same time.
- FL team claim to have registered with SEC and are allowed to sell tokens to US citizens, yet they do not use AML/KYC measures. They claim to use SAFT agreements, but SAFTs are not entered into with every person who buys tokens. Not true.
- The White Paper contained a price promise of "at least USD 1" after ICO. This was based on the sole fact that another lottery, TrueFlip (which gets mentioned a LOT in FL's wp) was sold at USD 1 at the time (totally disregarding the fact that TrueFlip has a total token supply of <9m and FL 100m).
- In many places FL claims to operate 4 lotteries, but they really only have 3, with the 4th one being listed as "coming soon" from the start.
- This is also part of the standard repertoire of admin answers, "soon, maybe very soon, after ico, in a few months" etc. No details, hardly any real answers to questions.
- Unsold tokens will be frozen for 12 months, instead of burned. The team has not yet decided how to market the unfrozen tokens next year or what to do with the income.
- Partnertships: ShangriLa is a Georgian casino with headquarter in Tbilisi. It is illegal (online) anywhere except Georgia and is mainly used for money laundering purposes. 1XBET is a scam bookmaker that is licensed in Curacao and is illegal in USA, CHINA, EU, Russia, Japan.. etc... They are mainly targeting former Soviet countries...

So please share your thoughts on this ICO project and I would like to invite FireLotto representatives to take away any and all fear, uncertainty and doubt that still surrounds this project.

PS Burn those unsold tokens!

When asked again a couple of days ago regarding the Isle of Man license they answered that they were a legal lottery and had the license. I believe the person asking the question has since been banned. As a matter of fact, someone on Telegram did suggest to 'ban that prick.

I had pm'd Ket_Gav and suggested that it may not be a good idea locking the thread. I told them it didn't allow for a fair playing field. I told them that if they felt their project was so bulletproof that they needn't be concerned with what they viewed were negative comments about the project. I told them that locking the thread only further made the project look shady.

Ket_Gav replied by saying they would think about it, however, I doubt they will re-open it if they haven't done so already.

Admin on Telegraph Chat states commissions will be paid beginning from the end of February. Is this true? If it is not true then from what date will commission be paid from?

WE NEVER WRITE ABOUT THE COMMISSIONS IN FEBRUARY, STOP LYING!
OFFICIAL ADMINS NOTED IN TELEGRAM, SHOW US A SCREENSHOT WERE OFFICIAL ADMIN SAID IT!

Here again is the screenshot. If it is not true then could you simply state when the commission begins to clear things up? As I've said before, I was of the impression from what I read in Whitepaper that commission started accumulating as soon as lottery was running from the beginning of January.

Here is the screenshot showing this guy is an actual admin on Telegram Chat.

It is this admin who in fact did write about the commissions in February. Anybody can go view chat and see this is true so please don't say I am a liar. It only makes you look stupid.

ALL OFFICIAL INFORMATION IS IN WHITE PAPER https://firelotto.io/whitepaper_en.pdf He answered about accumulating, not about sending it to your investor`s accout!
Since the launch of the lottery, 10% of the funds raised in ticket sales will be transferredto the smart contract responsible for the distribution of sales commission. The first distribution of collected sales commission among token holders will take place after the ICO closes. Commission will be paid in ETH to all token holders with 2 days after tokens distribution. Afterwards, commission will be paid out after each lottery drawing.

His written English clearly stated that commissions start from the end of February.

Well, I see finally you accepted a screenshot and for once have not responded by calling me a liar and a scammer. Thank you.

Here is screenshot where one admin straightens the other admin out. Clearly, Leandro just didn't know what he was talking about and incited some controversy and negative feedback. Oh well.

DEATH THREATS RECEIVED!

I wrote a question to fire lotto official email asking why are so many unanswered scam accusations about their ICO. In response I was offered 5 000 "Free Flot tokens" if I will stop posting negative comments here. Also they mentioned that I will be unable to walk and write is refuse their "Offer" Here is the screenshot. (Of course this screenshot will be also qualified as fake by Fire Lotto scammers)

Not sure if it's a death threat, but definitely a threat. 5000 flots would be serious money if their value does not plummet to USD 0.05 immediately...

Would that payment come out of the marketing budget?

On a more serious note, I think you should report them to the police and/or the SEC.

This is where they are stupid. They think you are all the same people. So even were they to give you 5000 flot, the negativity wouldn't stop anyway. If that were mailed to me I would go to police with it.

This is a  project with potential.

Please explain how you feel there is potential?
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Fire Lotto - International blockchain LOTTERY on: April 03, 2018, 09:47:02 PM
apparently, I was right to assume that this is a scam. very sorry. I do not even respect a few such people. I do not understand the people who invested in it. how?

I researched it as best I could given my limited knowledge how these things work. I bought in because I felt pressured to buy at the lower pre-ICO price. Once I bought in, I started to ask some questions and as such got put on their scammer list. Since then a lot of stuff has been uncovered and presented here which does not add up. Usually, the teams' response is to not answer questions and add names to scammer list.

Yes, I hugely regret joining the project but at least I learned some things from this experience and will know better what to look for the next time.

Take the time to browse through their Telegram Chat as well. Many questions asked over there as well which are not being properly answered. Over there they ban you from the site if you make any negative comments.

Wouldn't the best course of action be to step away from this anyway? If so many important questions remain unanswered there is a reason for it. And it's not a good reason I guess from an investor's point of view.

That sounds like a pretty good solution. Unfortunately, the people that are most vocal here have already invested in the project.

I'm one of them.

Do you think your money is lost? Maybe some of those talking here are accounts of the team to get this going? Or is there a chance that this is a serious project?

It has been proved that at least two of the members from that list of scammers are receiving emails from Fire Lotto. This could only happen if those members had in fact invested in the project. Also, one of the admins has admitted on this thread that they made some of the names on that list up. There never was any real members by such name on this thread. So, yes, it is quite possible that Fire Lotto team has created this situation themselves for their own purposes.

Most all of us who are on the list are there because we asked legitimate questions which they could neither answer or did not want to answer. If someone posts enough times information that raises suspicion, they get their names put on the list.

Even if you post information from the Telegraph Chat onto this thread, they claim it is fake.

Here is the confirmation, that I'm a investor too. Screenshot of Fire Lotto dashboard and Easter letter from Fire Lotto with bonus code + screenshot from my personal computer. I guess everybody from "scammers list" proofed that they are not scammers. Only mosprognoz left and he clearly stated that he did not invest in this project. THIS PROJECT IS A SCAM THERE ARE NO MORE DOUBTS ABOUT IT.

Of course you realize that pictures of actual whole monitors showing members accounts and hand written notes are not sufficient proof. Anybody can google this shit and download it from the internet. Easily faked.

Might I suggest making a video of same screen and maybe do a couple of cart wheels in front of monitor as well. Don't hurt yourself.

'Lets ask ourselves a question - Why would somebody so actively try to say so much shit about the project and avoid to admit obvious things like growing prize fund, running software, SEC confirmation, fiat payments, world known affiliate partners and etc?'

Well Tommy, I for one, am pissed off at the project because I am listed as a scammer. It would be so easy for you to acknowledge that I have never personally attacked the project. I asked a couple of questions and then was added to your list. Despite showing adequate proof that I own Flot, you continue to dismiss the fact that I am an investor. I have even provided proof that Fire Lotto is sending emails to my private email address. The only way for them to have my address is because I invested with that address.

Even with all this proof, you still will not admit that yes indeed I am an investor and not one of your so-called scammers.

It is this, and this reason only that leads me to believe that the whole scam conspiracy is fake. Also, it has been proven that at least two of the names on the list are fictitious. Ket_Gav, even admitted to making them up.

As has been shown enough times already, neither of you will acknowledge you are mistaken and your accusation of scammers pretty much remains a lie.

Mr. Flaggin, you do not understand the whole situation. In such PR war, you most likely warmed up the messages of scammers. These extortionists from the list participate in scam attacks and extortion from antoher projects:

That's why you included you in this list. Send me again in your personal login and links to transactions in PM (this is not confidential information) and if you confirm that you are really an investor, I will remove you from the list and try to answer all your questions.

Yes, I understand that. I even admitted that I might be unknowingly supporting the scammers, if there are any on this thread.

I sent you a screenshot of  Easter bunus code which Fire Lotto sent me. Think about it. How did they get my email? They have my email because I invested. You would say of course that this is fake. I understand that. This is what you said when I posted a screenshot showing my investors account; it is fake. I googled it. Right. I tried googling it right away. No such picture was available. But, I understand how difficult it is for you to understand such simple things.
I posted another picture of the screenshot of my investor account. This time a larger picture. Not a screenshot, but a picture of the actual screen at my desk, with a handwritten note with your name on it. I even offered you to pm me some numbers that I would write on that but you didn't take up the offer. Of course the picture with your name on it never existed before, so you know it was the real deal, but still, you did not respond.

Anybody else would look at that and know I am an investor but not you. I wrote support@firelotto; no response in over a month now. I pm'd ket-gav; no responce.

I am happy to leave things as they are. If you can not come to a sane conclusion with what I have already given you, then I am sure nothing else is going to work. I'm not giving out any more private info than I already have.

Enjoy your Easter, I am.

Can the Fire Lotto team explain to everybody on this thread why they are communicating with identified scammers. How is it that you have the private email address of above listed scammer and why are you sending them a bonus code.

THANKS FOR THE OFFER GUYS BUT I AM ALREADY INVESTED IN PROJECT. THAT IS HOW YOU GOT MY EMAIL ADDRESS IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Gentlemen,

the discussion is absolutely unprofessional. I am surprised to see that none of you is reacting to Ronnee Ades' Twitter where she is confirming that she is acting as Strategic Marketing Advisor for Firelotto.

This should end this "discussion" unless someone is again claiming that's fake or not enough. In such a case it would be pretty much proven that this group is really blackmailing firelotto and shouting "scam, scam" for no other reason.

Dude.. She is changing her mind too fast I guess. In two conversations with this forum members, she stated that she is not the advisor to the project. Now suddenly she changed her mind. To be honest I don't give a fuck, if she is the advisor or not. There are too many other undeniable facts that Fire Lotto is a scam!

Yes, I agree. Whether she is or isn't is only a tiny fraction of what appears so misleading with this project. So much of what they post makes no sense at all.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Fire Lotto - International blockchain LOTTERY on: March 30, 2018, 06:57:18 PM

I'll be the first to say that, yes, I did view her Twitter account and see that she declares she is an advisor to Fire Lotto. This of course, for myself anyway, makes me question earlier post in which it appears she has denied being associated with Fire Lotto.

Of course, being able to view this directly on her twitter account versus a screenshot, I do believe she is legit.

I don't know what the agenda is of the other persons mentioned in the scam team list. I am simply an investor that is pissed off.

My grievance with Fire Lotto lies solely with the inaccuracies of information they post; not so much what is posted by others.

I also admit that it has occurred to me early on that I have been supporting possible, actual scammers because of the negative posts I have been making or reposting.

Despite my reassurance that Ronnee is legit, I still feel that Fire Lotto team is more misleading. For example, I can post something with a screenshot that was said on Telegraph which conflicts with what is said here and they flat out decide to call me a scammer instead of addressing the conflict. This is unprofessional in my mind.

I can not speak for the other persons on this list. I do believe though that there are at least one, maybe two others who are in fact investors besides myself.

As long as Fire Lotto team continues to not address certain accusations in a reasonable way then they will always feel the presence of negativity on this thread.

I can't stand any of the admins here or on Telegraph. I did, however, PM keti_gav and ask her why, Fire Lotto team cannot simply post affirmation on this thread about Ronnee. If they did that, then I, a so-called scammer could state that I agree. But for some reason, they fail to do that.

Anyway, still many questions and strange things going back and forth here. I still do not feel comfortable about having invested my money in the project.

And I am still super pissed off that my name is on that list. Knowing I am in fact an investor and on that list, makes it hard for me to believe anything they say.

After the fail of cashpokerpro https://cashpokerpro.io/ where Fire Lotto team robbed all investors, they created a new fake project icolab.me (That website is now deleted by scammers) In that scam, they stole some pictures of famous people in crypto world (Jake Brukhman and Adam Draper) and added them as advisors to their ICO website. Jake Brukhman exposed them lately and tweeted about that scam to warn people

ICO and Internet is a network where may people and projects may intersect. Also, there are many fake news created by scamers that they apply to prove their words. Our team is responsible for Firelotto.io. Scamers intentionally avoid talking about other team members and our partners such as Qiwi, 1Xbet Shangri La. World know companies that make a due diligence of the project first and then cooperate. Everything we do to make the project better stays out of their attention. And it all began after we refused to pay them money (before the ICO started).

That's not true Tommy Cash. I was browsing through the Telegraph Chat yesterday and followed the link to 1Xbet. I saw that people can buy their tickets on that site. Is that a good thing? I don't know. I wont be buying a ticket until I am ready to collect my commission. Maybe I'll use 1Xbet then.

Speaking of the commission, I see one of your admins on Telegraph stating that commissions only start from the end of February. The Whitepaper says the commission will be on all tickets sold. So why won't we be collecting on all the tickets that were sold before the end of February.

The admin by the name of Leandro Queiroz was the person saying that.

Here is a conversation between CashPokerPro and possible investor on Telegram. Notice the same unique service that we receive here. You could put these admins in a box and mail them anywhere in the world and still open the box up to only find a jackass inside.

SS: What is % of hard cap sold since the beginning of ICO. Is it possible to have an answer??
Admin: We did not do math.
SS: Is that really your damn answer??? You represent a society looking for investors.
Admin: Personal abuse. Shouldn't be doing that.
SS: The question is aren't you smart enough to make a rule of three...or foolish enough and so haughty to give this kind of answer?
Admin: You asking me to do a smart job you can't?
SS: I can't because I don't know the amount you sold before ICO opening.
Admin: Around 15 mil.
SS: Now I understand why you didn't want to answer.
Admin: You were asking to do math but not for the amount. I believe you can do math yourself.
