2  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is blockchain.info receive payments API broken? on: April 06, 2015, 09:44:06 PM
I just had the same issue with their API. I just sent 0.433 btc to this blockchain generated address (1G25oJLqHDJWeYuvV2gofiH81bueFvZyj3) but they never hit my wallet ...

First time it happens. Did it already happen to you ?

Guys, I have some good news. I ordered a chargeback with American express on the preorder amount and I won. I am currently proceeding with a money claim to recoup the rest of the money I paid for the order. I really advise everyone to do it, we will have a lot more weight if a lot of people do claims.

https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk

They missed their target shipping date of the 31st of July by far. We have clearly a case to get our money back.

In my case, they even cancelled my order against my will.

Hi Guys,  I tried to do a chargeback to recoup part of my money but no luck so far.  The money had been frozen by PayPal but I still received nothing.

I have now initiated a court claim via the money claim online website.  I also contacted the UK Trading Standards and Action Fraud to report the situation.

I really advise everyone to do a court claim online.  The Consumer Citizen Advice Bureau told me to do this.

I will let you know as soon as I have news.

Do not pay a penny to these guys. All we will get is a worthless piece of hardware in the best case scenario.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / H61 Pro BTC - Cannot run more than 4 cards on: July 11, 2014, 01:23:50 AM
Basically, I can plug any combination of 4 cards among the 6 I have and everytime, I look into the Device Manager, two of them have an exclamation point next to it.

How can I fix it?

Thanks

"...and they're banning people who ask simple questions"

I am a living proof of this. I have just been banned permanently from their forum.

I have sent a message to the Citizen Advice Bureau and I intend to call them on the phone.

Can you post all the concerns you have ? I will talk to the CAB about them.

Thanks for this link.

This is clearly what I intend to do. Return it straightaway.

I advise everyone to contact the ombudsman association as soon as possible.

!!!! They banned me permanently from their forum because I raised my concerns and asked for a refund !!!!

We need to contact the ombudsman as soon as possible before they disappear with the money.

I am selling my preorder ( Viper 50 mh/s ) at 1200 pounds instead of 1350 pounds. I already paid the order in full.

I cannot find the corresponding law firms. Do you know where I should look ?
18  Economy / Computer hardware / [SELL] HD Radeon 7950 Graphic cards on: July 07, 2014, 02:04:57 PM
I have 10 of them to sell. 8 are used and 2 of them are brand new in their box (never used).
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alpha Technologies class action lawsuit ? on: July 07, 2014, 01:48:54 PM
Make sense. The only thing is that they should be US based I think. Here Alpha Technologies is UK based so it could make more sense to hire a UK lawfirm. But may be these firms have offices in the US and the UK. I will have a look. Many thanks.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Alpha Technologies class action lawsuit ? on: July 07, 2014, 11:49:15 AM
Hi Guys, I think our chances to get our Vipers now look very slim as the 15th of July is in 9 days and still no news of Alpha Technologies.

In case they do not deliver, we will need to engage in a class action to try to get a refund, and I think the earlier we start the process, the better.

Someone has some experience on this subject ? Do they know some good lawyers company in the UK for this kind of situations ?
