We're still seeing a high rate of DDOS etc, it looks like there's a community of people attacking pools and down voting posts on the subreddit so we're asking for your help! If any of you know of a resource for a mining pool (especially DDOS resistant) please let us know or better yet, reach out to your favorite pools and ask them to add CCN!

So I found this... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=522235.0
Megalomaniacs who think they are doing us a favor. This is a retarded waste of time for everyone. Let people make up their own minds about which coins to invest in based on their own research, not yours.

tales pool is down or possibly ddos and all my coins are in it >.>

Same here, and it doesn't seem to be coming back. I'm assuming my coins are lost, even if it does come back.

Update to BFGminer 3.10.0

I am using 3.10.0, that's why I'm confused as to why it won't read any devices. I know they all work because cgminer is working.

You need to uninstall the CG drivers that came from zadig

have a look at the BFG readme files
Thank you! Though it still didn't work the first couple times. When I uninstalled the drives from device manager I had to check a box for deleting the driver after uninstall, I then reinstalled the Silab drivers. At this point still nothing, I threw the
Code:
-S all
back in the batch file and this time it worked!! No "extra command argument", U1s and BEs together at last!

How long do you give it?  Try giving it a minute or two to load.  Are you running it in a command prompt or a shortcut/.bat file?  If it's the latter try using the command prompt directly since the window closes if the shortcut or .bat file runs into an error.  Using a command prompt lets you see what the error message is.

You could try to start BFG Miner with just the '--set-device antiminer:clock=x0981' command and see if that works or with no commands at all.

Also make sure the pool details are correct as it will auto close the window if it is not.
At the end of your .bat file start a new line and put:
Quote
pause
instead of closing out, this will keep the window open when there is a problem so you can see what the problem is.
Its easier to use windows explorer to go to you miners directory and click on the path to highlight it, then type in "CMD" and press enter.  This will open a command prompt, you can start your batch file in this window.  If the miner stops or if you stop the miner, the window will stay open.
If you put
Code:
pause
in the second line of your batch file then all you have to do is double click the batch file and it will open the CMD window for you, but will stay open and won't close if there is any error. I find this much easier since my batch file is a shortcut on my desktop.

Has anybody gotten BFG 3.10 working with antminer in Win 7 64bit....mine gets stuck at "started bfminer 3.10.0" and nothing else.
I tried removing Zadig and reinstalling the driver thru windows without changing with Zadig and still it does not work. I am running the command line shown in these thread.

bfgminer  -o stratum+tcp://us1.ghash.io:3333 -u XXXX -p XXX -S antminer:all --set-device antiminer:clock=x0981

the antminer is working with cgminer but cant get it to work with bfg. Thanks

Can anyone help me I've search all over and cannot find a solution. BFGMiner will not detect any of my devices. None of the -S flags I've tried have worked. Using this:
Code:
--set-device antminer:clock=x0981
I get an unexpected command line error. I've unplugged and replugged all devices. I can't figure it out.
just use  old command: --bmsc-freq 0781

I don't think that command works with BFG

It does in fact work with BFG I am actually running bfg using a config file I have the line
Code:
"set-device" : [
"antiminer:clock=x0981"
],
which does in fact allow bfgminer to run and my antminer run like this. this was a 2 hour run since I had needed to restart my computer for another program

I'm using the latest release but yet it won't detect any of my BEs or U1s. I've tried every config file I could find, all the flags for calling out erupters or ants gives me: "unexcpected extra commandline arguments". Even with
Code:
 -S all
it says no devices detected. I have cgminer running them in 4 separate instances, just so I can have them on the same machine. I'd love to have one miner to run them all... and less HW errors as well.

I was a noob and couldn't post here yet but, this is how I managed to get all 3 U1s running on the same machine with 7 BEs using both versions of cgminer.

in order to have more than one U2 run at the same time you need to hotplug each addtional one, to get around this instance of the cgminer
My problem came from the Ant version of cgminer would crash when I tried to plug in BEs while it was running. So I had to tell it to stop reading hotplugged devices, which in turn stopped me from being able to run more than one. So after I have a single U1 running using
Code:
--hotplug 0
in the .bat file, I simply plug in the next U1 and run that same exact .bat file, this opens another window that reads the new device (as the other is in use already). Once I have all U1s running I can plug in the BEs and run regular cgminer for them.

I'm currently running on windows 7. I found a lot of great info here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=390929.0
Start with only one plugged in first then, after you have the first one running, plug in the others. You also need this in you .bat file
Code:
--bmsc-options 115200:20 --bmsc-freq 0781
using 0781 will give you stock speeds, 0881 will be about 1.8gh/s, 0981 is about 2gh/s
13  Other / Beginners & Help / Antminer U1s running with BEs on: January 09, 2014, 06:04:58 AM
I found a way to get BEs and U1s to run on the same machine at full hash rates using both versions of cgminer at the same time. I had to use
Code:
--hotplug 0
in the antminer .bat file so it doesn't try and read any new devices. In order to have more than one U1 run at the same time I needed to hotplug each addtional one, to get around this I just run another instance of the cgminer (antminer.bat) for each additional U1 one at a time. After the ants are running then I can just plug in the BEs and start normal cgminer for them.

The only issue I have is when running all U1s together in one instance of cgminer, as opposed to one instance for each, it runs for only a few hours before it "stops working". I have no idea why.
