When I was here last a few weeks back, the node count was less than 100 and it is now over 300 and price has also significantly increased from 10k at the lowest to 250k sat...An increase of 25x in just a few weeks..incredible.

Just beware, Paycent is no longer issuing a mastercard as originally announced. The card has been changed to a unionpay card. Unfortunately you will only find out, when you receive your card. Paycent does not deem it necessary to inform its customers about "minor" changes like this. Card was originally announced for the end of February. Now the date for delivery of second batch of 4th or 5th of July. Again Paycent doesn't really deem it necessary to inform customers of delays. The only place to get any information is their telegram channel. But that is quite a challenge to retrieve the few gems of valuable information amongst all the fanboyism talk by the investors. If you don't want a unionpay card (because you paid for a mastercard after all) you can try to get a refund. Good luck with that though. You will soon realise that they keep no records of when customers paid. They will ask you to send them the transaction hash of when you paid the US$140. Okay that can be a bit of an issue if you use multiple wallets and have many transactions. However if you ordered and pre-registered through the website (and not the app) now is when your real problems begin. Because of a bug on the website the price in BTC was not updated once you pre-registered. So if you didn't pay on the same day that you registered you will have payed more (or less if you are lucky) because of the fluctuations in the BTC/US exchange rates. If you belong to that group and only payed a couple of days after pre-registration, your amount from the transaction will likely differ. Once you send them the transaction hash they will tell you it is not the correct hash because well the amount you paid is more than/less than US$ 140. "And please send us the correct transaction hash."

In my case I pre-registered in January and it was only when I asked for a refund that I became aware that there had been a problem with the initial payment. Paycent never bothered to inform the customers. Even though they are very much aware of it and are now utilising it as a cheap trick not to repay the deposits. There are other issues as well, bugs in the app, payments that get stuck and need to be be retrieved manually, a process that on average takes three days to a week. In view of all that it comes as no real surprise that paycent had problems with the audit and mastercard stopped further issuing of mastercard debit cards. So at this stage my only advise is steer clear of paycent until they get their act together. Is unionpay bad? By the way what happened to phase 1 or 2 ICO? No phase 2 and there wont be any.Union Pay does not have wider adoption like visa or mc but is just a small alternate for the card providers right now. |

This project suffering from bad marketing they are promoting this with aggressive trading volume is still very low and we are missing to see this token on big exchanges. I think this situation will continue until we have a working card so it is long term investment in this meaning.
Are you sure that they will have working cards? A lot of projects promised cards, but still noone dont have working cards (Monaco, Centra, TenX etc.) Although it have a lot of complications to launch a working card with support of cryptocurrencies but this project have different approach so it is not bad to give try to this one with some reserves which we can afford to hodl. With which provider they working? Visa or Mastercard? They have agreemnet with them? As I know Visa want not work with crypto  Most of the new crypto debit cards are coming from MasterCard and the old one which had tied with VISA are now trying to have a third party linked with a bank to offer the card. So this shouldn't be a problem whatsoever. |

I just wanna sell my bounty, hope there is a 10x pump.  i dont believe that there will be 10x pump for the first exchange and i think the rate will be down to 0.0001 btc or lower If this project will run as they promise maybe we can meet that 10x or more. You are too early in this comparison, Golem brass is still in beta and I don't think they can come up with a comparison chart with the current AWS or other services. |

ICN need more utility (or other use case) to start pumping again. Buybacks are not enough according to the market.
Agreed...there needs to be an additional value set for ICN tokens and ICN holders. The buyback will not solve the problem of the price drop. Volume too seems to be going down from past few weeks. |

Anybody knows why there are those heavy price swings in Aeternity trading? It seems like there is a swing of 0.5-0.7 USD every day. Some people playing the market and making good money on it I suppose. Hope that this behaviour will stop soon.
Market manipulation is everywhere not only for AE but for all cryptos, even traditional ones. If you can read and understand the pattern of the trade, even you can do a daily profit with the tokens you have. |

I just realised something (like 2 months after the fact).
I've provided an Ethereum address during my signup to the signature campain and I used this same Ethereum address to join the ICO.
But AMON is not an ERC20 token, right? Where am I going to receive my signature tokens, on the account created from the ICO or is this an ERC20 token after all and I'll receive the reward in my Ethereum address?
AMON Tokens are part of ethereum chain and you would receive the bounty tokens on the address you provided during signup for the campaign. Just have a check if the address is the same used earlier. |
