1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most popular altcoins on Bitcointalk. Kind of. Probably not really. on: October 26, 2020, 04:34:56 PM
there is a tone of merits in Idena subject as well, and since i am following the project, must say that the discussion is not of that quality there

While the discussion is not always of high quality, it's pretty much 100% organic. Also not listed in the bump service thread linked here above.

hello I would like to ask something just curious if you want to transfer your status to another computer is it through a node or private key

Private key from nodekey file or encrypted with password private key generated directly from client. Just go to settings, export private key, input your password and press export.

I have some issue, I am not yet verified  I've used a VPS to run my node but for some reason, the address and the status that is showing is different, every time I run the remote node option I need an invite code again, but if I use the build-in node my original status is showing which is waiting for activation .

How do I transfer my status to the VPS or can my invite just kill the account and I will just use the invite code that he sent send me again is it possible?

Note the import options is not available yet in my client

Have you followed https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5194871.msg53829330#msg53829330?

The build in node is getting the nodekey from your own pc. When you use the remote node you use the nodekey from your vps. It generates a new one in the vps if it can't find an existing nodekey file. Check above link, especially from step 13 on.

Looks like the team failed to announce the 0.19.0 update on Discord, or here like it was stated on Medium.
I thought the 0.18.3 is the last update as I've read the Discord announcement & update threads and I saw nothing about 0.19.0, I only discovered that I need to update my node from the wallet, which I started by mistake earlier. Lost like 4h of mining.
Unprofessional.

Please follow the announcement telegram, it will ping you.
