1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] DGEX.com multicurrency exchange BTC <-> NXT on: August 28, 2014, 04:05:16 PM
FIMK passphrases will be made available again within about a week at most.

Hi,weeks ago I took part in the FIMK ipo through DGEX escrow,when the ipo end I logged in DGEX and got a link to view my FIMK wallet password.
for security reasons I decided not to write down this password at that time,I just used the password once to enter my FIMK account and tried to deposit 10000 FIMK to DGEX.
after that DGEX shut down.today I found it re-open so I logged in but I could not find any link to view my FIMK password,now I don't know neither my FIMK account nor it's password,
I can even not check my deposit/withdraw/trade/FIMK invest history before the old site shut down.Am I the only one who got this problem?
my Account id is #6269
help me please!
thanks a lot!
waiting
almost 2 weeks past

PLEASE READ

To open Bitburst-NGW you must follow these instructions:

- *Framework 4.5
Download to: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653
- *2007 Office System Driver: Data Connectivity Components
Download to: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=23734

- After you have installed the required app, go to C:/users/"YOUR USERNAME"/appdata/roaming/BITBURST
and copy bitburst.conf file.
(create folder if doesn't exist)
- Remove FROM THE .CONF THESE LINES

testnet=1
testnet_config=1

- Then install font

Now you can start the Next Gen Wallet.

The NGW requires Framework 4.5, so WINDOWS XP ISN'T SUPPORTED.

It runs fine on Windows Vista (x86/x64), Windows 7 (x86/x64) and Windows 8 (x86/x64)
no cross-platform version?

PLEASE STOP YOUR COIN2 DEPOSIT TO EXCHANGES !

WE HAVE A NETWORK SECURITY PROBLEM.

The transactions are not confirmed anymore.

Wait for further instructions.

HERE IS A WAY TO CANCEL YOUR UNCONFIRMED TRANSACTIONS AND TO RESTORE YOUR WALLET BALANCE:

For anyone wanting to reclaim "coins sent, but still with 0 confirmations", without re-downloading the blockchain...
This should recover unconfirmed sent coins back into the available balance (on windows)...

1. Open the C2.0 wallet.... Help > Debug Window > Console > 'repairwallet' >> Recovered amount will be displayed in output.
2. Close the C2.0 wallet...
3. Open the c2.0 wallet with "-rescan" parameter *
4. The recovered coins should now be included in the available balance.

* Shortcut Example
"C:\Coin2.0\coin2.0-qt.exe" -rescan

* CMD Example
cd c:\Coin2.0
coin2.0-qt.exe -rescan

Edit To Add:

As far as I know, this should work on any QT wallet.

Thank you FredDag, it worked fine for me and for others people.
before I see this
I have finished re-downloading blockchain
now my balance of the Qt looks all right
But the same amount is also shown in bittrex as pending deposit
need I do the repair/rescan thing?

OK community this is a solution from kalisto
open your wallet-> click help->debug window->console->type setgenerate true->press enter

This will use your cpu to secure the network and allow confirmations again. Don't question please, just do it.

I send my coins from local wallet QT to bittrex,I have done setgenerate true,but 2 hours passed,no confirmation,I am still waiting......

16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] [NFD] [ESCROW] [NFDv2] Picking Up The Pieces on: May 13, 2014, 06:25:54 PM
Thanks for your hard work
I am the owner of this account 1FXqvvHScomNmrXZGnh2g4HXGb1g9tMVJR.......0.52 BTC
I put 0.1 on <0.1 category and 0.4 on 0.1<>1 category,you will find the same record in the old spreadsheet,
the rest 0.02 is the escrow fee
I will invest the NFDv2 project if these fund will be used to pay the experienced NXT developer as you suggested in the main thread.
Thank you!
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [NFDv2] No IPO - pure NXT fork - NFD distribution on: May 11, 2014, 06:52:30 PM
But now we have a tricky issue...what about the BTC that's thrown into the new project? My own inclination is towards using it as a bounty fund to hire professional Nxt-experienced programmers to add new features to NFDv2. It'd be great if NFD2 launched as a better coin than the original NFD!

If this idea is acceptable, I'd be more than willing to keep the BTC under escrow - not to be released until the programmer(s) come up with features that are finished, work, and are field-tested. Wink

good idea,agree!
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [NFDv2] No IPO - pure NXT fork - NFD distribution on: May 11, 2014, 08:25:55 AM
That'll be a great example of community work. Someone got an idea to share coins with dev. I think it's fair. Let's do 10% development fund which will be under control of new dev. He could do all job himself or pay someone in Nfd for help or whatever.

I suggest paying each stakeholder 0.9 NFD for each 1 NFD they would have gotten if NFDcoin hadn't been a scammer. The dev group get the other 0.1 NFD

(90% to original stakeholders) + (10% for the dev bounty) = 100% of the original NFD coins

Pay ALL original stakeholderse 0.9 NFD for each 1 NFD they would have received.

10% would be 500 million. That is a little excessive for 1 guy. I think 100 million per developer is good and we should have no problem attracting talent.

I think 10% is fair.

Yes, already agreed that 10% is good for a team.
this is the escrow address for NFD IPO
https://blockchain.info/address/1Dkh4oqMmXLavHV3Xms7bCDXnkaTMDnDB4
There still are 14 btc which not be refunded so far
Let say some of the inverters will choose not refund but invest the new team
That means the new team may get less or more than 14 btc
if so,10% is still that fair?
please reconsidering this

I wonder why would anybody wanna help when so many people like you out there. How about you and others who think this is not fair get nothing from a new coin?
See it clear please
I did not judge anything
Just a personal suggestion about reconsidering
Thoughtfulness will be good in this special time I think

Oh, I see it clear. Maybe you don't realise that a person with a good knowledge of Java doesn't need to give all coins away. He could launch alfa, start IPO, gather money, launch a coin. Instead of doing it some people agreed to apply their skills to make it up for those who have been scammed and instead of being grateful there are people like you bitching about pity 10%. Unbelievable.

Ok,you win
I don't want to quarrel,I stop
