I just stumbled on this coin and it looks very interesting indeed!
Can someone please tell me if Stellite plans to just be a "currency coin" or are there plans to make it some sort of platform where people can build dApps on top of it?
Given the integration with IPFS & ZeroNet, I expected that people would be able to host data/apps using the Stellite system but I couldn't find any info on this.
Thanks!
DApps are certainly under consideration but will require much more work than what is planned in the current roadmap. Privacy and decentralization are certainly more important for us, but all of this would have already been ensured by 2019, so there is a good chance that we will move to developing a smart contract system after the current roadmap is completed. And just like that. The cat is out of the bag. Came for the true privacy and decentralization tech. Wound up hearing about DApps and Smart Contract. XTL just shot up the list of my most anticipated project With the foundation in place, the sky is the limit with this coin. The better the privacy, the more features, the better the usability and the more decentralized it is the higher the value.

When new versions with v7 algo support???
In a few days. Hi, Claymore's CryptoNote AMD GPU Miner v9.7 with v7 algo support? Never? Ditto.. I have an old 6950 that works with v9.7 and... It would be awesome to be able to put it to use on Pow7...just for fun...in my room

Dev, awesome project. any plans to switch algos? V7 PoW? Network rate is 17 MH/s due to asics (the equivalent hashing power of about 30,000 rx580s)

Dev, how long till you switch algos? time to go asic resistant
3-4 days. Certainly before Monero. At the moment we are getting everything ready. The new algorithm is working well on test net. Thanks dev... will be keeping an eye out here for the update... sooner the better! Love the project.

Devs, in light of the changes have you thought about making this coin only a POW only coin?

Not sure if I am doing anything wrong, but I've switched two of my miners from XMR to EDL. So I got the CLI wallet, generated a wallet and used the main public address for the pool.edollar.cash. It seems to mine OK, according to the pool I already mined couple thousand EDL, I can see the outgoing transactions. But the wallet still shows no transactions and 0 on it. Deamon is running and says it is synced. So where's the problem? Do I have to use a sub-address or something?
OK got that solved. The daemon is running it's own local network of height 1, after adding the exclusive node with recommended address for syncing it works and started syncing the actual network. Should be "rich" in couple hours ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I would love to know how you did that as I have the same issue! Thank you in advance.

Yeah, a user is on right now pulling anywhere from 18000 to 690000 at a time (every minute) on the pool I am on
