Can you please explain to me what is ROI? And what does that means if I’ll have high yield of this. ROI referes to Return On Investment. The current real estate businesses on the blockchain operate in the secondary marketing that generate about 6% ROI while we position ourself as the DEVELOPER, who operates in the primary market to build large subdivision projects and sell them to the companies/individuals/investors/ in the secondary market, generating at least 15% ROI. Operating in the primary real estate market is known for producing superior yields. While the secondary market activities such as renting and flipping properties are the most common methods of investing in real estate, they generate modest appreciation and cash flow for the investor in comparison to the primary market. "The website may try to trick you into doing something dangerous, like installing software or disclosing personal or financial information, like passwords, phone numbers or credit cards."
Sorry for the late respond. Some hacker tried to hack our website and that's why that message was displayed by Google. Our developers already fixed everything. Thank you. It is very strange that there is no information about hacking the website on Twitter or Facebook. The trust of potential investors is very easy to lose. They tried but we took actions to prevent that happen. So, no worries. |

This project is a bomb and I hope this will be successful in the future. I want to grab the chance of creating value by just parking my tokens in any of large scale developement projects and earn token awards.

Why do you want to work with global developers. What are the benefits? Is this not hard to accomplish? Well, you have a great team so I believe in this project.
The benefit of working with global developers is that we mandate the registration of all new properties that are built. That means every residential, commercial and industrial property built by our global partners will be registered on Devolve’s blockchain platform in addition to registering with local governments. This will create an accurate, secured and faster growing database making it easier for adoption and eventually getting rid of the current local registration process. |

I have read your price structure for token sale. Just wanted to know, which currencies will you accept in your token sale? And also do you have exact dates for sales round?
I want to ask these questions, too. There are no exact dates to see on their website. I only see "coming soon" and "to be determined". Yes. The dates on the website are all messed up. For example, there are two Whitelist dates on the website but those two are totally out of sync. Sir, on the website it declares that Whitelist can be registered now but will be launched in January 15, 2019. We will declare the rest of the public sale dates early in the new year. Thank you. |

Devolve Developer does not engage in property leasing, rentals, condo conversions and flipping which are investment strategies for secondary market investors to earn modest returns from income. Devolve Developer positioned themselves in the primary real estate market as a developer who builds large scale sub-division projects and other development properties which are sold to businesses operating in the secondary market. Devolve Developer is comparable to being the manufacturer of properties and selling these properties to wholesale businesses that offer fractionalized ownership to their token holders. Large scale sub-division projects or the real estate industry rather involves a lot of money. Is there any risks of using your platform? What are those? Devolve Developer’s competitive advantage over all of the other real estate businesses on the blockchain is the mitigation of risk. By not offering fractionalized ownership of development projects, there is no inherent risk for token holders. |
