Wie kann ich den Mitarbeiter von Crytopia finden?

Weil die sich nicht melden schreibe ich täglich mal was ins Ticket.
Das ich das Geld unbedingt brauche usw....
Denke aber das wird sich niemand durchlesen.
Die haben Ihre Prinzipien nach denen Sie vorgehen.
Bei größeren Börsen kann man ja im Explorer sehen ob es überhaupt losgeschickt wurde.
Hier bekommt ja nichts.
Warum ist das eigentlich so?

Nur schade das man auf so eine Börse handeln muss um bestimmte Coins zu bekommen.
Sonst würden die mich nicht wiedersehen.

Im Moment steht es auf "Processing"
Ich habe direkt nach einen Tag ein Support Ticket erstellt.
Nach 4.Tagen hat sich auch mal einer gemeldet

Laut Google gibt es ja sehr viele User die gleiche Erfahrungen gemacht haben.
Eventuell kann hier jemand auch davon berichten.

Da es bei mir um mehrer Tausend Euro geht, will ich den Fall so schnell wie möglich beendet haben.
So ein Fall habe ich auch schon mal bei Bitpanda erlebt.
Nach 15.Minuten war der Fall behoben. Das nenne ich mal Support.

Wenn das noch mehrer Tage so geht will ich versuchen Druck auszuüben. (Anwalt oder sowas.. )
