1. Leaders putting pressure to their team. Some do it because they want to push their team to be better....others do it because they are aholes.
2. Leaders giving out sanctions. Some do it because they want to create accountability....others do it because they do not want to blame themselves.
3. Leaders delegating their work. Some do it because they want their staff to learn new things...other do it because they are too lazy to do it themselves.
4. Leaders who raise their voice. Some do it because they are passionate with their work...others do it because they have bad childhood.
5. Leaders are strict. Some do it because they want to instill discipline...others do it because they are jerks.
All leaders are the same....those who claim that they are one...but their actions and behaviors are showing otherwise...
...are NOT actually leaders.
We call them boss. Also known as leaders in disguised.

I guess the best way anyone can save money is to join a saving plan or package that would require you to save weekly, daily or monthly..
Based on my experience this is how you can save money easily:
Always think about NEED VS WANT.
Avoid eating at the expensive restaurant .
Always follow thw formula: INCOME -SAVINGS = EXPENSE
Make a budget plan and monitor it.
Look for extra job/sideline to have an extra income.
Have faith that you can save do it.
What you say for saving money is true however if you really want to save more money thebest way is not to save but earn. To be more specific what i mean is if you are able to earn a few times more income compare to now. Saving is good also but let say if each time you are able to save this small sum like 1-200 pper time how long will you need to build up your savings? So finding ways to earn more income always win save a little here and there, by the way don't mistaken me i am not saying saving is not good. Yes i agree with you, i also try different strategies. I know it would be beneficiary in the future |

As I observed myself it looks like I never stop on planning to buy new things that I dont have yet.
Practice patience it is about letting things unfold in their own time. Also accept what you don't have |

You do not give only for the purpose of having money in return of what you give... You give because you want it, you love it and you are sincere about..out of pure heart... Giving makes you wealthy in many ways not just in money but in many forms, it maybe of health, business success, protection amd having many true friends and among others.. And when you find your heart at peace and fulfilled every time you give...that's a blessing and a wealth.

Some people believe certain person are born leaders. Others think an individual can learn to be a leader.
I don't want to use the notion " quality of Good leader", but quality of a leader. Why? Because no matter how one try, the phrase GOOD can not be justified. As a leader, your actions set the tone for what is appropriate in any field you find yourself because you are a role model and many people wants to learn from you. Exhibit habit that you want the society to be, always remember the change you are looking for begins with you.
Be able to communicate effectively, a better society can only be achieved via effective communication and most important you build trust from people on how you communicate with each others.
Be humble, always acknowledge others idea, and to grant it all be CREATIVE AND ORIGINAL.

The most amazing benefits of meditation for me was helping to decrease my blood pressure. Based on the study, this is more effective on older people and high bloopd pressure. Meditation appears to control blood pressure, by relaxing blood signal that coordinate heart function. Blood pressure decreases not only during meditation, but also overtime in individuals who meditate regularly. This also reduce strain on the heart. |

Para iwas nega tayo mga bes, huwag muna natin alalahanin ang pagbaba ng presyo ng Bitcoin. Sabi nga nila, sometimes you have to look at the bigger picture. Uy, grabe itinaas ng Bitcoin simula noong nakaraang taon oh! Higit 500 percent, walang wala sa 50% na post ko sa taas!  Agree. Based on the chart on the same day ng mga nakaaraang taon is sobrang laki ng tinaas nya compare sa binaba. Kaya wag tayo maalaarm sa pagbaba. Ang dapat nating gawin ay mginvest, but remember don't put all eggs in one basket. Then wait sa pag taas, think positive.  |

Ang mga bitcoins ko ngayon ay naka hodl parin. Hindi ako nagpapa epekto sa mga false news at pag baba ng BTC dahil maeestress ka lang kakaisip.
Tama ka malaki nga binaksak ng market at damay lahat. Pero sa tingin ko ay tataas yan parang dati lang noong nakaraang taon. At hanggang ngayon ay hindi parin makarecover dahil din sa mga false news or bad news. Pero mas mainam na hintayin na lng ang Q4 baka doon sakali ulit tataas.
Focus ako sa mga altcoins ngayon dahil may mga magagandang projects na may malaking tyansa at potential na tumaas sa end ng 2018.

Alam naman natin lahat na nagiging moderno na ang panahon at halos lahat ng tao sa buong mundo gumagamit na ng internet. Tanong ko lang posible kayang makapag transact offline ang bitcoin in the future? Naiisip ko lang kasi ang mga kaibigan nating di afford ang bumili ng mga smartphone at computer.
Very risky xa if magtatransact ng bitcoin offline, kasi possible lumaki ung incidence ng pagnanakaw kung mangyayari man xa in the future. Just to add up lang din po, sa panahon po ngaun kahit bata po may phone na, and karamihan naman po sa mga Pilipino na gumagawa ng paraan makuha lang po ang gusto like gadgets so i don't think po hindi po afford ang smartphones and computer. Siguro sana mangyari po dito sa Pilipinas na malakas ang signal ng internet like sa ibang bansa. |

Think about your goal or plan. Love what you do, and if everything goes wrong take a break. Because every goal is a challenge it takes time, perseverance and hard work. |

Did you ever thought why many people are not happy even they have many possessions in life? Did you ever thought the reason behind those agonies even if they tried to be happy but it wont last that long? Physically, they showed to the whole world that they are strong, they enjoy their lives to the fullest. But at end of the day, loneliness attacks. Did you ever thought why people are unhappy?
I think uncontentment is one of the reasons why people are unhappy. I think it is human nature to expect more and want more than the things that they have. For us to be contented, we should appreciate the things the we have. Our family, friends, job , loved ones are the reasons to be thankful for. Depression is also a common reason of being unhappy. Being a positive person and having an active lifestyle would be a big help. We should always look at the brighter side of life and always think of happy thoughts. I agree, also making comparison with the others is one of the reasons why people are unhappy. We should value God has been given us and appreciate what we have instead of looking on what we don't have. |
