So today i had a warning from my online wallet saying that because i recieve payments from mining little and often the charges for moving my btc will be much higher... Is there any way around this extra fee ??
Step 1: Stop using an online wallet Step 2: Get electrum and generate a new address - optional: get a hardware encryption key (Ledger or Trezor) Step 3: Profit Sorry edit on my first post, my wallet isn't an online its a desktop but it appears that the fees are spectacularly high. Is this the same will all wallets that collect mining gains ? Thanks Nazzer, Whats the difference in regard to fees then with electrum ? No. You can now send a transaction with a tiny fee coz blocks are rarely full. See here for an idea of the fees: https://btc.com/Kano, my wallet ( exodus) says that because of the volume of small mining receipts the transfer fee for btc out of the wallet is nearly a third of its total.... that cant be right surely ? if thats the case what do you recommend ? Got the same problem  |

The question about ramp up. Do you guys think iam fully ramped up? This means i recive about 0.002 btc each block, mining with about ~23th/s  Good or bad? Iam abit confused, though i was going to earn more, but ofcourse 23th/s is not that much =) So, say we find 20 blocks this month 20x0.02btc = 0,04 btc = 272$ / month? |

Coupons.. I see some people do give away coupons here to put miners to Kano. If anyone have coupon iam up for putting more th/s to Kano =]
I gave away two 420s. I could be coerced into giving one more of those away and a 220. I知 holding the last 420 for personal use. The stipulation like the others I gave it to is id really like to see a receipt so I know they池e not getting sold. I trust just about everyone on this forum until they give me a reason not to. PM me your bitmain email. I知 going to sleep now but when I wake I値l ship a 420 and up to two 220s to you. In this pool so many great and helpfull people. Cant belive it, this help me alot to get more speed to Kano. If someone still not gonna use some coupons. Please hook me up. But not to many. Because i have to be able to spend all. Sorry for the coupon talk, and some offtopic Kano. Back to mining. And mine with KANO the one and only Goodnight, soon block  |

mining here is a no brainier.
only thing is you need to be patient with the ramp up
after that you will enjoy great rewards
I see people talking about this ramp up, and once again a question from me  What about this ramp up? How long does it take to get fully ramped up.. and when its up, i do get better payout? I cant ask for much, iam at 23th/s only, but will be adding more soon =) |

Really more than anything it's the positive attitude of the admin and rank members here that make this pool what it is. You folks do a great job of patiently bringing the noobs like me up to speed on these things. regardless of luck and diff I feel this pool is a good place for my hashpower!

ps.: Maybe a stupid question, but would it average get a higher profit if i point more S9's to Kano? (devided by the amount of S9's naturally...)
Wondering about the same, maybe its better to move the whole hashrate to kano?
Of course, the more hashpower you point to Kano, the more profit you will get! Just make sure you're familiar with the PPLNS (your shares are rewarded over 5Nd, which is about 7 days at the current pool hashrate). So don't expect very high payouts at the beginning. According to minergain, the month CDT (coins per day per 1TH) is 0.00011977. This number is pretty close to my own calculations for March, so I believe the figure is quite precise. So it's easy to estimate what you could have earned if you mined with Kano throughout March. There's no prediction of future earnings though (and there cannot be). Was thinking about this question and the calculating of my monthly profit. (CDT=Coin per Day per Th/s.) Month CDT 0.00011977. 0.00011977 x Your th/s speed x 30 days (april month) = My profit? Or am i wrong? |

As i switched from another pool to Kano pool. I was abit stressted and just wanted it to set it up quickly and used a bitcoin address instead, of making an account on Kano site. Now i have made an account.. But my question is. If i switch on the CGminer configuration PoolWorker1 from my bitcoin adress to my username on Kano.is. Will everything get deleted which i have shared to the pool? Help a newbie out =) Hope you can understand the question  |

If the miner is restarted for some minutes. Does this affect the earnings in somehow? Or in any bad way?
Nope, that's the beauty of 5Nd...you could have a miner down for a couple of hours and it would hardly register as a blip on your chart. Thanks for great answers all, Thank you! |
