1  Other / Politics & Society / Re: When you are old, what stories will you tell children when they ask for stories? on: April 24, 2018, 12:14:19 PM
Recently in this new generation, we all focused on social media having lots of friends on social media and few trusted friends in the real world. when i was younger i do ask lots of question that sometime end with a long relating past experience/story from my parents and grandparents. Sometimes i do ask myself, if this was how they lived why is our different. What stories will i tell my offsprings about my life and life in general knowing i have little to talk about.
Though i came up with some answers like interacting with people face to face and always having this quote in mind

*knowledge comes with experience, experience comes with lesson learnt, lesson learned come with mistake. Ruskin Kwofie *

*Do not be afraid to start afresh*
[/quote

I will tell them my stories and experiences as a kid,  teenager,  college days and my love story with their father. I want them to visualize everyrhing and compare it to their generation today. They will be amaze for the differences. I also want them to avoid and learn from our mistakes and imitate the good ones.
2  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is education must-have nowdays? on: April 14, 2018, 03:22:54 PM
Education is source of knowledge.
It teaches you verbal communication
It helps in surviving in the cultural World
Let me answer NO!

Education not necessary to help an another human being
Education is not, only the source of Knowledge it’s a part
No one can teach you better education than life

What do you think?

Yes to get a better job and be competent among others. And just to say that you have finish a degree. Finishing a degree does not also guarantee to success. They have to venture into business instead of being an empoyee for their whole life. Use what you have learn in school in  business.

4  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you believe that the love of money is the root of all evil? on: April 12, 2018, 11:04:55 AM
Do you believe that the love of money is the root of all evil?

Money was designed by GOD himself and those who love it more than HIM, their family and good relationships defiled it's very purpose. Because the purpose of MONEY is to provide for our needs, to strengthen relationship and to enjoy our living.

Yes because money can change a person from good to being evil. They say you will know the real character of a person through money. Money is being use by satan to deceive more and more people. He wants all the people to love the money so they may forget to call unto God.  Many people fall on to this trap of satan. Use money wisely and in a good way.

7  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Tips on choosing a course on: April 05, 2018, 12:16:25 AM
I've noticed a lot of students been struggling in choosing what course to take in college. Do you have any tips for it?
In our country,  we have already the K to 12 curriculum wherein after graduating from high school,  students will be enrolled in senior high school. This is another 2 years of schooling before they can proceed to college. In this 2 years the students will choose the course that she want to. This is their preparation to college. The.main factor of choosing a course is the capabilitynof parents to enroll their children in a choaen field. If they cant afford it,  they have no other choice but to take any course that suits their budget.
8  Other / Off-topic / Re: The function of religion ? on: April 04, 2018, 12:03:50 PM
I'm an atheist and have the following standpoint:

 - All religions are hoaxes, making people belive in non-existing gods.

Religions serve the following purposes:

1. Making people have some comfort in their lives, having something else than themselves to pray to and look up to. This is mostly culturrally dependent,
most people adhere to the religion were they grew up, and what was ingrained in them from early childhood.

2. To keep uneducated people in control.

3. To keep power and control in a central position.

If religion was all about love to your God, and it was all a mental thing, there would be no need for churches, and all accessories that goes with a religion.

It's sad that a God-fearing man goes regularily to church to get closer to his maker. He could've been just as close to his God in his couch at home.

Many religious entities collect money, and are rather greedy, there are internal battles about power and control, just think of the Vatican.

I think it's rather sad that in 2012, so many people put their belief in something that doesn't exist. You may pray, and you may feel that your prayers were heard,
and things turn for the better in your life, but most of the time, the prayers are futile, and the only one that can change anything in your life is yourself.

States need to separate themselves from religion, and any religious society needs to take care of itself. Many religious societies does serve a good purpose in their
municipality, and there's nothing wrong with that,  and I do respect anyone that has their faith, but I don't think there's any God of any sorts, and people need to take
responsibility for their own lives.

Will the earth ever come to a point where people are so educated that they understand that science is the only true answer, and that everything else is fairytales ?

As much as I respect any Christian or any devoted religious person from any other religion (I may think his belief is a joke, but I would never say it to his face to force a confrontation in disrespect), I don't think any religions should have any special protection under the law.

Part of the problem is that Religion is so ingrained into the culture of most countries, that many people don't even question it.

Education will put the power in the hands of the people to learn about the world around them, and will remove the power of the leaders of their religion over them.

As an atheist, I don't think your religion defines whether you're a good person or not, that's more down to the person itself, and the values you've been taught in your upbringing, and what you've learned through your education.

Now, with the recent uproar about the 'Innocence of Muslims'-movie, people shouldn't get upset about it. If they don't like it, they should simply ignore it, and don't speak of it. Killing people, making riots etc. and claim that it's because of this movie, this is not right. People are always responsible for what they do.

If I were a Christian, and someone mocked my religion and called me a religious fool, and I got angry and burned down their house, that would be completely unacceptable by me, and I would need to take the full penalty for it.

Some people say we should not provoke 'islam' through cartoons, movies etc. And this may seem like the easy way out. But what if we continously bombarded Islam with this material, would they keep rioting every day of the week, every week, every month and every year, or would they finally sit down and say to themselves: "I'm tired of fighting, I can be a good muslim, no matter what any people say about my religion".

Islam doesn't receive more goodwill by having it's followers react like this, I would think most sivilized people just seeing this for what it is; outright crimes. Also I think a lot of the people that we see rioting in the streets, are only using this movie as an excuse for acting like they do.

Is there a single other Religion in the world were the members would've reacted like this over a movie ?

What do you all think ?

It is so sad to know that  there are still a lot of people who do not believe in God despite of the sacrifice he did to redeem the whole world. We are so ungrateful to God. Instead of turning to Him,  we question His power and existence. There will be no earth,  no mankind,  nothing will exist if there is no God. Everything started in Him and will return to Him. Jesus loves us. He wants us to be save and be with Him in eternity.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: Before I Die... on: April 04, 2018, 11:37:02 AM
I want to see every single bank - central, private, or public, moneylenders, etc. wiped off the face of the earth.

I want to see every person earning less than $2 a day (10% of the world, definitely more as hidden figures and ever falling fiat value) have food, clothing, and shelter.

I want to see human beings transact across borders without any fear or market manipulations.

I want to see every human being live the life of dignity, as a free, sovereign individual, who takes care of his own food, clothing, shelter, and healthcare.

"Satoshi is Cyber Buddha - he arrived on this planet to liberate us from the central banking hegemony of fiat currency - a never ending cycle of booms and busts. Bitcoin is Nirvana."

I will die, but I...

WE.

WILL.

LIVE.

ON.

THE.

BLOCKCHAIN.

Before I die,  I want to see that the gospel of God was preached throughtout the whole world. I want to see people repenting and turning to God. I want my family to be save.

11  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What are the biggest problem of teenagers nowadays? on: April 01, 2018, 12:37:04 PM
Not only adults have problems, even youth grows tired and weary. What do you think their problems that they are facing?

The biggest problem of teenagers are influence of social media and society. They were pressured to have a boyfriend or girlfriend because this is what the society dictates  them. You are not one of them if you are single. Another influence is to try alcohol, cigarettes and drugs. You will be cast out if you will not join them. Many life of teenagers were ruined. Their parents dreams has shattered. Parents need to monitor their children and know their friends and where they are going. They have to feel the love and belongingness in the family so that they  will not search it outside the house.
12  Other / Politics & Society / Re: what is the definition of success? on: March 31, 2018, 10:29:55 AM

being rich? have a good relationship? become a company boss? successful completion of high education?? or there' another definition of success? tell me about you opinion.

The measure of success is when you attain your dreams without stepping or hurting other people. Real success is when you know how to share your blessings with other people and when you know how to look back and thank the people who help you achieve your dreams.
13  Other / Off-topic / Re: why men often cheat their women on: March 30, 2018, 03:49:13 PM
In the relastionship matter infidelity is a common issues of thier society today, anger, insecurity ,dishonestly and unrealistic expectation are he root of some reason why men cheated to women as they partner ,regarding to their feeling and particular moment fails to understand that expectation are not met and seeks external fulfilment to one person ..definitly anger to their partner are the most common  reason occure infidelity caused he want to hurt her/him in such cases ,sometimes it seems to know that man does not keep the lie or secret about the cheating because he wants to his partner about it,

It's the nature of men to be polygamous.  They are not contented with one partner.  They want to try every dishes serve to them.  If a man truly loves the woman, he will not look to other woman. Be honest with your partner. Be fair to them.  I'm sure man will not also like if the woman cheated them.
14  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How do you feel about revenge? on: March 30, 2018, 09:26:05 AM
I was not born a bad person, but because of all the hardship I had in my life I discovered how sweet revenge feels.
There comes a time when it's too much and you can't take it anymore.
And you dream year after year of undoing the injustice that has been done upon you.
And when the moment comes, it's delicious.
They can see your eyes being cold, but you feel your own heart burning like hot embers.

Dont ever think of getting even with the person who hurt you. It will bounce back to you. Just forgive them and let them suffer for what they did. Even if you revenge or not,  time will come that they will realize what they did and repent for their sins.. Just forget and forgive.
