Interesting points but I won't agree with most of them, or partially not agree with them. A true leader is someone who can make his team create great outputs / bring results. I don't think the "humble" or "not humble" part is that important because here you talk about personality not leadership. The example you made in your article shows bad personality (look what I buy and you cannot have haha) but not necessary bad leadership. Whatever you said in your article seems like something I learn in school. In actual scenario things are much different. I agree a leader listens to their employees but, a leader which listens to their employees' worries and let their vision being altered is not a great leader. That's in any area where it's necessary to be successful. Think about military context and what you said about leadership. If applied to military, that would kill military  Remember life is not a Disney movie Leaders work together with the team but not when doing that would be time consuming and not effective. A leader which has an insane team and can trust that team, then there is no need to work with them. Leader should check on them and listen, while being focused on what the team can't see because they are focused on doing the task. Hate me or not, if you have experience you will find some points in common with me. What makes a good leader according to my view- Keeps things in perspective
- Sets goals for their team
- Makes effective decisions contributing towards the goals
- Use time wisely
- Delegate tasks
- Someone who can use their authority to bring consistent positive results
Everyone, especially you, has their own point of view and I understand that. I usually agree to all of his statements about leadership. Maybe all of his examples are based from his own experience. I am sure that when you make some examples, it would be based on your own experiences too. |

The writing is on the wall guys the community have tagged this project as a potential scam, we now have thousands of scam projects in the scam sections and this is no different, there are some good projects out there better skip this one or feel sorry in the end, you have been warned.

How could you say there are good projects where they're potential scammers too? There is no guarantee that they're gonna be good for long. Even Bitcoin Cash's Roger Ver is not exempted too, despite his activities, he also had a big negative trust rating here on Bitcointalk too. So he's a "potential scammer" too. So warning isn't necessary, we are all "potential scammers" here. So anything here, including Bitcoin, are considered high risk. |

Are you focusing on my previous activities bud? My relationship with Byzbit? I don’t have any relationship with them. But one of the core team members, Jeff Caceres, is my real life best friend. Anyone who insults him personally regardless of the company or opportunities he’s in, is what I called “crossing the line”, and I cannot accept that. You have to go through me first before laying your hands on him bud! Look at MetaMorph Pro, an Australian-based decentralised exchange. He’s one of the hardworking development team members there and their token sale was successful last year. Until now, MetaMorph Pro is still improving their development progress. MetaMorph Pro won’t be successful without my best friend being part of their development team. Now same thing goes for Byzbit. Without Jeff’s presence, probably the entire team would be stuck on what to do next to continue their progress. Never ever say that he’s the one who made mistake in their plagiarism case and the wrong picture of Engr. Jerry Lucas uploaded in the team. He’s not responsible for that, don’t you dare accuse him. There are people who are responsible for that mistake than Jeff, because he’s busy most of the time in local and international blockchain conferences. This is what happens when people are too greedy to launch their crowdfunding without double checking if they have the right stuff in place, they thought they can getaway plagiarizing whitepaper and faking their team they undermine the community's capability if the project is deceptive.
They are operating in Ethiopia or the Philippines, can we see their compliance paper in the country where they are operating I don't see any all the warning sign are all here.

Do they first did a full review of their whitepaper and they check how a good ICO is being run, we have so many scam reports here did they first plan on how not to fall on this category, plagiarizing a whitepaper and faking a team is the surest way to land here. All I can say is that when it comes for me to staying fit, Beat has a lot of potential to make it happen. I honestly liked its project, and I have no second thoughts that Beat is going to become a huge success later on. I'm gonna join this campaign.
