1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are you long term or short term? on: April 18, 2018, 09:23:59 PM
The plan for me is simple. Pay off my credit cards debts and the money I have investing in testing the water then keep hold of as many coins as I can!
2  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to get into mining bitcoin as a beginner?. on: April 18, 2018, 09:15:05 PM
Mining can be as easy or as complicated as you like.

If you want to mine Bitcoin then there is most probably no point as you will not have a machine good enough to give you decent returns more than likely.

If you want to mine alts you can do this through an program which would run on your pc.

Most important question is what will you be using to mine really!

I like the fact that is absolutely bringing out new ideas from people that will hopefully bring some value to other people. Lots of ideas that are sponsored by normal people and rewarded given to normal people!
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do I need to sell all alts? on: April 14, 2018, 10:35:00 PM
You don't need to sell them all you  just need to take a time out and stop thinking about them for a short while. I promise when you come you will be grateful that you kept then

6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is Telegram the new measure of ICO success? on: April 14, 2018, 09:00:58 PM
Telegram is not a measure of an ICO's success as its an already polished product. They needed the ICO to happen to fund it further as it was funded from someones own pocket and they were making not enough money to keep it going. Thats just my view
7  Economy / Speculation / Re: where is the bitcoin price going? on: April 14, 2018, 08:26:50 PM
Bitcoin will keep going up. It needs to find its feet and when you think about the fact that its not readily exchangeable its worth so mush if it becomes mainstream it will be massve

9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest or bounty? on: April 13, 2018, 11:02:28 PM
I do both. Where I feel a project is really good I buy some tokens on the exchange if I have missed ico deal. Also I try to get involved the development of new coins and tokens for a small reward. I like to hold many different tokens a little like achievements.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which ethereum wallets do they use the most? on: April 13, 2018, 10:04:22 PM

11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holding is bullshit? on: April 13, 2018, 09:50:34 PM
You have to do what feels right and have no regrets. If you come out with an amount that your happy with and dont look back at what you could have had if the price goes up as nothing can change whats happened.
12  Economy / Services / Re: Has anyone used this? on: April 11, 2018, 08:13:56 PM

13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are more ICO's not hitting soft caps? on: April 11, 2018, 06:21:28 AM
Hi,

I have not been in the game long only a few months but it seems that a lot of ICO's that I am looking at either end up not hitting soft caps, putting their offering back for a few months or doing extra discounts or airdrops last minute to secure more investment.

Has this always been the case or is there a change in the number or people that are investing from the start?

Hi where did you see this info? Is it on your research which you just observe every ICO you could search?

First my answers comes from different ICO and just what I what know and my knowledge about investment.

When ICO market increase is still base on peoples investment that is why it changes and thats is always the case in every ICO

1. Some dont reach sop cap and some reach for the soft cap
2. Some ICO just hit soft cap and not hard cap and some hits hard cap.

All in all yes different ICO change because of people who invest.

One of the offerings I was looking at was the one from your sig DIW. I think that one was put back to June but then pulled forward again?

I also noticed that recently projects do not even indicate the end date of the presale, as they are not sure that before the date they have planned they will be able to collect the necessary amount. Now, when the market falls harder to find good investors.

Exactly the majority now just say ongoing. It makes me wonder if it puts people off investing? maybe if they set a date and kept to it either more people would invest knowing its closing or it might be a sign that they project isn't advanced enough or they are expecting to much from it.
