Definitely, even if it's always dipping down and sometimes it's really going to it's mid lower value I'm pretty sure that it's moving upward again and maybe it will surpass in much better and higher one. During the last several months, bear market is at dip where most people was hoping for a bull market to happen and it did in just few days ago where it's current price value had able to reached at $8k USD mark. i think it will just fluctuate on the same pattern.. it will move to 6k then up again to 8k. same scenario with the coming days. i still can't see any positive action that will boost the price in the coming days. maybe next month.
