No and yes:

12. No duplicate posting in multiple boards (except for re-posting it in the local language boards if it's translated).
.....
25. Ban evasion (using or creating accounts while one of your accounts is banned) is not allowed.[e]

You are also doing duplicate posting as ''nevashno''...

How will the process work? I mean, how do I use  INGOT COIN tokens?

What happened with KYC.legal Telegram Official (eng) channel which link was posted in Ann thread previously, it was transformed to KYC.legal (support)? There too many fake accounts nowadays, so it`s important to get real and fresh news.
just this channel has renamed and fake accounts has used earlier, there is no wonder

I don't think these posts deserve a lot of merits.  And identifyuser received a lot of merits from them... Again, they are all shit posts.

I'm sorry. I was doing the final stakes calculation of Cosplay Token and the reply was delayed.

I was delegated all of the Bounty program from the team.

I made improvements in response to your remarks.
What do you want from me? Should I prohibit my participation?
Read... read the posts... these are the posts about your abuses, why don't you simply read them before asking stupidly?

I suggest you to follow the LoyceV's feedback since he looks like the most experienced and trusted bounty manager who responded to this issue.  Stop your unusual counting and exclude yourself from participating in campaigns you are managing.  Read his post quoted below and bear in mind...  Needless to say, you should also read the theymos' merit thread as a merit source.  Educate yourself more...

He claims that posts before wearing the signature should be included; in this case his posts made between 2nd to 5th April, even though they were posted before wearing the signature
I've never seen or managed any campaign that counts posts like this.

The bounty managers are  normally shouldnt be in the spreadsheet, because the ICO developers would pay these people weekly and having those accounts in the spreadsheet is clearly an abuse
Even if it's all according to the rules, it's a conflict of interest. I've excluded myself from entering any of the (Bitcoin) giveaway campaigns I've managed in the past, even though Admin told me I could join too. Conflicts of interest can lead to biased decisions, or at least it can appear to be biased. As a campaign manager, it's in your own interest to prevent that from happening, and I choose being neutral over a quick buck.

This is ultimately up to the person who is paying *for* the advertising.
True, but it defies common sense, which means that it should explicitely be discussed and published.

Quote
As I mentioned previously, if you make a post on Monday, start wearing a signature advertisement on Wednesday, on Thursday someone might read that post.
That works both ways: if you start wearing a signature on Monday, someone might read a post you made 3 days earlier on the same day too. One way or another, wearing your signature for less days gives it less exposure.

Quote
If this is something the person paying for the advertising is okay with there is no issue here. It is not your place to tell others how to conduct business.
As a campaign manager, I would strongly advise against this if a company asks for it. So far I haven't read whether or not they knew about it.

I am waiting for the most experienced and trusted Bounty Manager on BitcoinTalk to present his views, but looks like he has gone missing after committing quite a few shenanigans.  Grin Grin
So who is the most experienced and trusted Bounty Manager in the forum and how can we get the answer from him?

I think LoyceV is experienced and trusted bounty manager, who has been in the forum for three years with green trust 11: -0 / +2.  In the poll, he answered that the counting is indeed unusual, and people merited his answer:

He claims that posts before wearing the signature should be included; in this case his posts made between 2nd to 5th April, even though they were posted before wearing the signature
I've never seen or managed any campaign that counts posts like this.

Being an ex-shitposting BM; I think it's not correct for him unless it was mentioned in the rules. Apart from that contacting the ICO to ascertain the case would be better.
It's not mentioned in the rule.  Such a counting rule leads to an easy abuse: one can wear other signature for almost the whole week, and then just before the counting date one can change the signature to the bounty where the special rule applies, and can claim that his posts in the whole week should be included.  One can easily double his stakes...

"We" do not have a better user to take his place so let's just keep him, he "may" improves? Better than removing the whole Japanese board...
Code : Run4cash
Decrypt it, you will find : fail. Epic fail.
He has to look outside the ICOs' box to see the real btctalk world.
I'm actually pessimistic about his future improvement... he doesn't look like reading the threads.  If he is the best member in the Japanese board, I do think the Japanese board is unnecessary.

Merit is supposed to be used for posts worth reading. From his perspective, I can imagine your post is worth reading.
I hope this is the true story... If the merits came from his own merit, I would be more comfortable, but they are source merits.  The fact that he exploited 30 source merits for personal uses makes me skeptical about his merits sent to me...  And from his replies, I don't think he has read the threads and leaned a lesson...

Quote
Merit isn't meant to be a "like", it's very well possible to give merits for posts you disagree with, and it's totally up to you to consider it a bribe. A simply solution is not to do favors for merit, so a possible bribe doesn't work.
Absolutely right, I will simply forget about the merits he sent to me.

Anyway I posted the summary of these threads in the cosplay token announcement thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2821548.msg36713477#msg36713477

Hi cosplay token devs,

Not sure if you guys are aware of this, but we've been discussing several issues on Anon11073, the bounty manager of your campaigns...  You may want to check the following threads:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3443147.0
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3488441.0
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3597531.0

The thing is that:

1) Anon11073 sent 30 source merits to announcement threads, including 10 sent to cosplay token threads.
2) Anon11073 participated the signature campaign on 6th April.
3) Anon11073 counted his/her posts between 2nd to 5th April before wearing the signature to make his/her post count in the first week to reach the minimum 10 post requirement.

The issue 1) conflicts with his position as a merit source, who is supposed to award the source merit to high quality posts in the forum.  However, Anon11073 sent the source merits to his/her favorite coins:

theymos said in the previous thread, but there are too few posts to send Merit to the Japanese board.
Therefore, I had a lot of my sMerit. I sent it to my favorite coin. (I have not received money)
I will be careful about how to use Merit in the future as you pointed out.

Clearly, Anon11073 is using source merits for personal uses, which is inappropriate way of using source merits, though he claims that he didn't receive money from devs.

Furthermore, it looks like 3) is a scam by Anon11073 exploiting his position as a bounty manager.  But Anon11073 claimed that this counting is usual and applied to all the participants.

Well, I will repeat.
In this bounty campaign, past postings of the participating week are also counted.
This was the same for other participants.

However, it turned out that Anon11073 is the only person who benefits from this rule, and the rule does not apply for all other participants.  Nevertheless he/she still claimed that it is no problem:

There certainly was no other user applicable, but posts when not signed were also counted.
I did not add a rule. If I do a bounty campaign in the future, it will count in the same way.

A trusted Legendary member LoyceV, who has been in the forum for 3 years with green Trust [11: -0 / +2], wrote that such a counting is actually unusual:

He claims that posts before wearing the signature should be included; in this case his posts made between 2nd to 5th April, even though they were posted before wearing the signature
I've never seen or managed any campaign that counts posts like this.

Moreover, from the very beginning, 2) itself, the fact that Anon11073 participated his/her own campaign, was questioned by many people.  In general, it is not recommended for the bounty managers to participate their own campaigns as it's a conflict of interest:

The bounty managers are  normally shouldnt be in the spreadsheet, because the ICO developers would pay these people weekly and having those accounts in the spreadsheet is clearly an abuse

Thanks for sharing your experiences and perspectives.  It's good to know that it is actually unusual counting and it is usually recommended for bounty managers not to participate their own campaigns.  I was trying to send them PM but I couldn't as I am a newbie...  What I can do is to post the links to these threads to the original announcement thread of the token.

The drama continues...

There certainly was no other user applicable, but posts when not signed were also counted.
I did not add a rule. If I do a bounty campaign in the future, it will count in the same way.

Since Anon11073 didn't get the point, I started the poll about the validity of his counting as the bounty manager and participant: including his posts before wearing signature, as I wanted to hear from other senior bounty managers/participants.  Your feedback for the poll would be helpful as it has currently only 1 vote from Anon11073 to the option "Yes: it is usual counting". https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3597531.0

The thing is that, however, now I found he sent me merits!  I was upset, it looks like a bribe, I wanted to refuse dirty merits...  Again, he exploited his source merits for his personal use in addition to the abuse of 30 source merits sent for his favorite coins... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3443147.0

No one can rehabilitate him... why is he still a merit source (and staff and bounty manager)?  His merit history needs to be investigated in more detail...

No way... you shouldn't give me your source merits... again it is your personal use, and even worse for this time, it looks like a bribe...

Furthermore, now the poll is "Yes:1 vs No:0" and I'm sure you've just voted "yes", which conflicts with the fact that you admitted your fault and eliminated your stake.  If you are really acknowledging me about that and thought that such a counting was inappropriate, the answer should be "No"...

You just wanted to finish the argument asap, sending merits to me and voting "yes"...
14  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bounty manager Anon11073 counted his posts before wearing the signature on: May 07, 2018, 11:32:13 PM
You insist that I added the rules, but the counting method was definitely the same for everyone.
However, I was the only user in this bounty.

I certainly do not think this is fair.
It reflects your opinion. Please check the spreadsheet.

Thank you for pointing that out. I will send Merit to you.
No way... you shouldn't give me your source merits... again it is your personal use, and even worse for this time, it looks like a bribe...

I agree, that should be a clean bounty management.  Moved the topic to Reputation section.

17  Economy / Reputation / Bounty manager Anon11073 counted his posts before wearing the signature on: May 06, 2018, 09:29:50 PM
I reported a potential abuse by a bounty manager Anon11073 here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3488441.0
[ Off-topic but he is a merit source and his abuse of 30 source merits was reported here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3443147.0 ]

He is the bounty manager of cosplay token and joined the signature campaign of his own bounty on 6th April.  After 6th April he made 6 posts by Monday, which is less than the minimum requirement of 10 posts per week.  Nevertheless, he gave himself a stake for his first week...  He claims that posts before wearing the signature should be included; in this case his posts made between 2nd to 5th April, even though they were posted before wearing the signature, which is why he added a stake.  He argues that all the participants' counting follow this rule.

I was not sure if it is normal or not... such a counting rule is not written in the rule of the signature campaign, and obviously it is not logical simply because they were posted before wearing the signature.  Finally, while he wrote "all the participants", he is the only person who benefits from this special rule.

There certainly was no other user applicable, but posts when not signed were also counted.
I did not add a rule. If I do a bounty campaign in the future, it will count in the same way.

To me, it looks like he added the special rule only for himself, which is an abuse of his position as the bounty manager, but I was not sure if it is normal counting or not...  Any feedback from senior bounty managers/participants would be helpful.

Why you think you can justify your transactions of 30 source merits to your favorite coins' announcement threads?  If there were no high quality posts in Japanese board and you had a lot of source merits, why didn't you try to look for high quality posts in other boards?  Didn't you think that was more appropriate way to use source merits rather than personal uses?

I think that counting rule is unusual...  How many other participants benefit from this special rule?  I checked the spreadsheet, and it turned out that among all the participants you are the only person who benefits from this rule.  It seems you added such a special rule only for yourself...

For the new bitcoin trading world, surely they will lose because of less knowledge and experience, from my experience, first time I just know trading, I tried it directly without knowledge and experience, the result I always lose, for friends who want to learn trading this is his way so you still get a profit in trading bitcoin or other altcoins.

1. Daily Trade vs Long-Term / Holding Assets

The first thing you need to decide when going to trade in the bitcoin market is your attitude at the time of investing. Do you want to make money quickly? Do you think that bitcoin is the future and holding it in the long run is the best option? By understanding the time period of your investment, you can find out which trading strategy is more suitable for your needs. If you're someone who thinks bitcoin could be worth millions of dollars someday, then you'll probably stick with long-term trading strategies. If you only intend to profit from the bitcoin price movement, it is perfect if you use short-term trading strategies.

2. Long Game

If you want to play long games, then you need to plan your bitcoin purchases in the right way. Although bitcoin prices may change rapidly in just one day, it is important to remember that your strategy is not to trade or trade cryptocurrencies daily. Just because you see the price drop does not mean that you should automatically place a new buy order on the exchange exchange. If you are going to place a bitcoin purchase for long-term speculation, then you should place your order in regular intervals.

For example, let's say you get a salary from your work every two weeks. To plan your long-term bitcoin game on a speculative strategy, you will only take a small percentage of your salary every two weeks and use it to buy Bitcoin in exchange exchanges. You can even divide that amount to half and make your purchase every week instead of every two weeks. The point of this trading strategy is twofold. First, you take price fluctuations from the equation (for the most part). In other words, you might avoid scenarios where you buy 20 Bitcoin at the peak price and then have no cash left to buy bitcoin when the price drops sharply / dip. Second, this strategy completely removes the greed and emotion of the equation. As long as you stick to your original plan and purchase Bitcoin at the same time on the same day each week, you will not have to worry about getting caught in a price or sales bubble when the price drops sharply. This will reduce the possibility of purchasing bitcoins at high prices and selling them at low prices.

3. Daily Trading Strategy

If you are only aiming for a quick profit from the Bitcoin price movement in the short term, then you will see some strategies that are shared on new posts as the basics of bitcoin trading. Tracking indicators such as support, resistance, and moving averages can provide a good idea for making a purchase or sale. Combining multiple indicators into your own trading strategy will usually be the best recipe for success.

If you choose a different indicator to track the bitcoin price every day, then you should make sure to re-test your strategy before you involve real money into your game. A trial is a way to see how a particular trading strategy will have the same fate in the past. While past trends may not necessarily match future price movement indicators, these backrests can give you a good idea whether or not this collection of price indicators could be able to predict price movements in the past.

4. Risk Management

Once you have chosen your trading strategy, it's time to think about how you will manage your risk. The good news is that having a trading strategy is a good step in the right direction in managing risk. In order to properly manage risks associated with trading on the bitcoin market, it is important to plan your trade. This is where your trading strategy goes into the game. Therefore, trading planning is the initial preparation of a battle. In addition to trading planning, you also have to "trade / trade according to your plan."

If you trade Bitcoin for a long period of time, then you just have to think about how much your assets will be put into bitcoin. In other words, the risk management process only comes into the right money management tactics. It's important to remember that bitcoin is still a high-risk, long-term speculation, and you should place a small amount of your entire asset portfolio into the digital currency. In many situations, the best way to manage your risk is to make sure that you do not put your children's savings or tuition into bitcoin investments. Remember, you only need speculation regarding the amount of money you use and must be ready to lose your money.

5. Stop-Loss and Take-Profit

If you are a daily trader, then you should know about stop-loss and take-profit points. This is the price level at which you will exit the trade. For example, if you think that bitcoin prices have reached the support level and there is no sign that the price can not break the support level and go lower then you may want to place a buy order in this situation. However, you must have a plan when you will get out of that trade before you enter and do your trade. The stop-loss point is the price you set to sell bitcoin if bitcoin prices continue to decline, while the take-profit point is the point where you will sell bitcoin and take your profits. By planning your point of sale before you place a buy order, you indirectly involve emotion and selfishness along with your plan.
