1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum in 5 years on: March 10, 2018, 04:03:24 PM
2022. I think the crytop would die and all the coins would collapse. Go back to 0. That's my opinion because it's time too long
Yes. With today's news I begin to think same. A toys for home investors will be broken. But with some loss of money of course. We need any important step for crypto legalization. Else - bah!  Undecided
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Google pressured by FBI to ban crypto ads!!! on: March 10, 2018, 04:00:09 PM
Facebook, Twitter ... What if all centralized social media will ban any mention about crypto? As I see now it 's not impossible. Twitter ban many accounts that as Twitter say are promoting scam projects. All actions was made by bots. Some real people was banned. What you say about "freedom of speech"?  Grin
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can world Government Kill Crypto? on: March 10, 2018, 03:49:50 PM
blockchain is a independent technonoly which can be controlled by anyone. So, i think that the governments in the world can not kill crypto.
You are very naive. What is happening now? Exactly this. All today news is aimed to this. Government not need any uncontrolled resources. Also you can see what it is "problem 51". There are all about independent and "not kill"  Grin
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Monero a Good Investment? on: March 09, 2018, 11:43:24 AM
Ofcouse Yes, Monero is one of the best cryptocurrency where you can investment. Monero is a decentralized open-source Crypto currency based on the CryptoNote algorithm which ensures safe and secure transactions. Monero was created in April 2014.
For good return of investment, You can start Monero mining with HashGains. Monero focuses on scalability, privacy and easily runs on Linux, windows, Andriod, Mac, and FreeBSD. Monero use CPU/GPU hardware for mining. Monero(XMR) works on the Proof-of-Work algorithm in order to secure and safe the network. This PoW digital currency is based on a blockchain technology.

Wow! You have vast amount of knowledge about XMR. Can I ask to say some words not from wiki why it is good investment? Because PoW? Or because fork? May be HashGains? Why??   Roll Eyes
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: RED EVERY WHERE. on: March 09, 2018, 11:34:28 AM
If the market is still red - it means someone needs it. The market is very speculative. Large players trade on the market according to their scenario. And each time this scenario is different.
Worst of all those who are prof trader. Trade now is very difficult. Panic sell is so close that it is enough any light reason for this. And whales use it. Some bad news, some rumors, some etc. And here it is

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I Received An Email From MyEtherWallet on: March 08, 2018, 09:18:22 PM
I received an email from MyEtherWallet to claim some tokens of an airdrop I joined. Hovering my mouse over the link,  I discovered it's a link to another cgi scripted site.

Interestingly you don't create MEW wallets using email addresses.

Guys be careful and be vigilant.

be aware it could be a fishing, I also have received such an email, Connectius?
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ontology ONT - Price speculation on: March 08, 2018, 09:10:56 PM
Ontology started trading on Binance today, the price right now is $2.2 for 1 ONT. I cant believe I missed the airdrop, I wasnt subscribed to their newsletter but I was in their official telegram. I wish they had airdropped those 1000 ONT to the telegram members.  Grin
All airdrops was described in their blog on medium https://medium.com/ontologynetwork/the-neo-council-airdrop-faq-4b1694928373
As you can see nothing for telegram. But they give not for newsletter but for KYC and whitelisted people
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elastos or Kyber? on: March 08, 2018, 09:06:58 PM
Hi guys ive done my own research, but was just looking for some advice.

should i go for elastos or kyber?

which is more likely to give me a better return
I'd like Cardano more. But I don't argument why. I investigate both not so deep but it was enough for such conclusions. Try to compare their key features
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: STRAT IS A SLEEPING GIANT ! on: March 08, 2018, 08:56:59 PM
A sleeping giant that will not wake up so soon ... the first ICO is disappointing, I sold in 100k satoshis and moved everything to Neblio, good luck to anyone who believes in the project.

The dispute in this niche is very fierce, some 2 or 3 projects will survive in the long therm.

Done same thing in last little pump, sold 2/3 and bought Neblio. Still left 1/3 just to look where it goes, anyway I already got 2x in bitcoin value from stratis. And as we all notice, value goes down, but stratis still stays around 30 place in market cap for months. It doesn't loose place between coins in top 100. I just think that neblio has better chances to get more x then stratis in future (lower marketcap).
This coin is strange. It have all possibilities, opportunities, forces, but nothing. I have some but I want to sell it on closest pump. But I don't think that it will be soon. My big fail
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: callisto airdrop price speculation on: March 08, 2018, 12:40:09 PM
Does someone know when it will come to etc holders? I think there is no reason to sell it this year.
Team says that on end of March they will start mainnet.
Callisto mainnet will NOT be launched immediately at the moment of balances snapshot. It is not the main goal for us to get CLO listed at most exchanges before the snapshot block.

The final launch is scheduled to the end of March or later, depending on Testnet 2.0 launch results.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTCP Bitcoin Private is now listed on Kucoin on: March 08, 2018, 12:35:04 PM
At this moment, it is not yet possible to deposit or withdraw BTCP on the exchanges that support this fork (such as Kucoin or Tradesatoshi).

it looks like tradesatoshi is a go and the price is doing the inevitable.

man, there's some strange people out there in alt markets. i simply don't understand who would've been buying these futures when deposits could open up at any moment. as soon as that happens your money goes up in smoke.
Usually those orders likes a trade on 10 sat. Very high price for very small tokens are give so huge ratio that all thinks about pump. But all simpler
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Speculation on XEM/NEM and recent hack on: March 08, 2018, 12:21:35 PM
I think it will not recover in next months, because hackers will need time to sell the stolen amount. And this will press the price down for at least 1/2 year. Then around the end of 2018 we may expect a full recover and price about 7-10K satoshi.
As I see all hackers wallets was marked by XEM feature. And now all movement on this wallets are clear and transparent. That's why I don't think that it can make some influence on price
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What do you think about CLO? on: March 08, 2018, 12:18:40 PM
I have sold all my coins that I had on my balance to buy ETC to participate in recent Calypso's fork. Current price is 1,6$, what do you think - is it worth to hold it or better to exchange on some oldy like WAVES or any other like that?
In my opinion the team managed the airdrop extremely unprofessional. They tried to reach out the Bittrex the first time two days before the drop and Trex rejected it. Sad
Why? They make snapshot. Now mainnet is not starting. About what they need to contact with Bittrex? And all that we hear are from Bittrex team only.
Callipso technically is not exist now. On Yobit it is any token that yobit team give own members
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency Will Kill Cash ? Is this True on: March 08, 2018, 12:06:44 PM
That's the main difference between the so called crypto coins and fiat money; the later is currency and the former isn't!

A currency is supported by a central government, is regulated and paired with other currencies via institutional mechanisms.

No current crypto asset comes even close to the aforementioned definition, therefore it is incorrect to talk about "cryptocurrencies".

In our economic system fiat rules supreme because it is based on commodities like gold and oil.

The main role of crypto/blockchain technologies is to create an alternative way for people to makes transactions; faster, anonymous and without paying banks fees.

But replacing fiat will require a whole new world order and that's not around the corner...
yeah, that's true but you still haven't made a clear point can that new world order exist or it cannot be done?
well, in my opinion replacing or killing cash as the topic says will take a great deal of work, and it could happen but I don't think it's as near as I think how can we deliver to the people that cryptocurrencies are better and efficient in work than other forms of payment. at the end I am hoping to see any government official that have the guts to test out crypto with the common people and see how it goes

We can all contribute to the new world order, as it was envisioned by Nakamoto and the other cypherpunks. But most people currently dealing with crypto are only concerned with profits and don't care a bit about changing the world.

That's the main problem; technology can not alter the human nature and greed/ambition is a vary natural thing.

Yes, man, you are right. That's where I see main problem also. Most of investors and traders get own profit in fiat. And they work all coins at fiat. But governments will not allow live without regulations. And we have some other social problem not solving by crypto
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: callisto airdrop price speculation on: March 07, 2018, 09:12:46 PM
Callisto (CLO) currently trading for around $1.50 on Yobit. Bought a few just in case it gets listed on a bigger exchange such as Binance or Bittrex, price would skyrocket Smiley
It's not native Callisto CLO. It's yobit token. Callisto mainnet is not running. It's mean that no coins exist. And team promise start until March end. That's why price on Yobit is games only
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you join ICOs that requires KYC? on: March 07, 2018, 09:09:20 PM
Never guys, never. Who knows may be my documents will be as base for somebody person? Or another goal? This identification data very useful for buy/sell
