[Multiple Comments and Response[/b] Where is exchange to buy this coin? What is name coin at CMC?
Hi rahmat86, we are doing a STO. Right now we are not any exchange but we are talking with many security token exchange for the secondary market. If you want to invest you can go to our website adsana.io and read it over and click on the link to invest. With a STO, there are restriction for the initial buyer of the security tokens which make it difficult to be listed on just any exchange. For investors outside of the US who purchase the SANA security token during the offering, must be held for 90 days before the owner can sell it. Then after the 90 days any initial investor, if they elect, can sell their SANA tokens on the open market within exchanges. And anyone who buys or sells the SANA token on the secondary exchange market will have NO restriction. They could buy SANA tokens and sell them 2 minutes later if they wanted. The restrictions are ONLY for those who buy during the STO. All that said, whomever waits for the SANA tokens to go on the secondary market could risk having to pay more. Remember we are not a software app company that needs to raise money to build or create the app. We are a real brick and mortar company with clinics that at first will be treating dogs with cancer in the US. And we will have a hard working public relation/marketing company that will be talking about every positive thing happening with AdSana. This should support the SANA token price and even help to raise the demand for the SANA token which raises the price of the SANA token. Gary I am glad to see that many of you see the benefits of starting in the US because we know our customer base so well in the US.
I would love to start looking into the business climate in Europe. And use our connections through the Dog Agility world to open up doors in Europe.
Just need to continue raising money. More funds raised means more clinics opened.

They are building a fully compliant issuance platform and Bitfinex is actually building a secondary market ontop of their platform, which could go live any time now. |

Is DUSK planning to list on more exchanges like Kucoin or Beaxy since it wont be listed on Binance US?
I don't think it is possible that they plan to register on the exchange you mentioned, but I think it's better if we just wait for the latest news from the team why can they not apply for those exchanges? It was also more a example. I am just curious if they are planning to get on other exchanges since they certainly wont be listed on Binance US. Of course they are able to list on other exchanges. Although I imagine they're not going to pay for any as they already have Binance, Bitfinex and Bittrex covered. Kucoin en Beaxy are 0-volume trash exchanges anyways. As for Binance US; you really think a sensible project wants to list there? If your project held an ICO/privatesale etc. the SEC will hunt you down. Only projects that have already been reviewed by the SEC (Ethereum) or projects that didn't held an ICO (Ravencoin) are the ones suitable for Binance US. |

Holy shit! This is huge! And tbh, i don't think that the good news even stop on this when you look at all the advisors on the board. They must be there for a reason. I know right I feel like they're pushing a lot of big things behind the scenes, also explains the delay for the listing. First you build a solid foundation and then you list, not the other way around which 95% of the projects do. However, I hope they increase the marketing efforts soon, If it's true which more likely seems to be then it will have a huge impact on DUSK when it will launch on the exchanges. Personally I feel like this partnership they have extends way further than just a listing, with Duskfinex Dusk will actually continously receive funding, which is why I really think they will become the "ethereum" of digital securities. what is Duskfinex? Yes of course STOs will survive. It will lower all bars for companies looking for funding which will never go away. Take a look at Dusk Network for example, they have been receiving a ton of companies looking to host an STO.

You can achieve unprecedented heights, I'm sure. Many of the experts in cryptography that I know of have been very complimentary about bonafi.
If we take into account only the area of protection against counterfeit, then Bonafi has already achieved the best results among all those involved. What makes them better than other existing solutions like WaBi? They have a rebranding and some big new partnerships coming up. |

so the value of the hard cap has been increased at the request of the partners ,nice move the project is going well team have to think big, i do not like that the price of the token has also been increased
What was the reason for the partners to demand the increase? They got a discount and now everyone else should pay more or will there be more tokens available? Everyone is subject to the same token price of $0,0576. I guess you're pretty sure you were going to overcome the previous limit to make this change. Reaching that amount would be a great achievement in the current market. I think they had already reached their previous hardcap before Bitfinex came around  |

Congrats. A listing on Finex is a big deal. Lots of volume and only high class projects there.

I have recalled that once we were waiting for around 2 months after the project's devs said "very soon, it would be released very soon". Ouch, with very soon I meant between now and the end of the week! So the announcement could possibly follow today? |

let's hope they make all that on time. delays will hurt this project. especially considering that the other projects coins are currently being used.
Most of the other STO-oriented projects are all based on Ethereum. Ethereum is very poorly suited for both privacy and security which is exactly what's required by regulators when talking about STO's. Take for instance Polymath; You can't launch an STO on their platform without going through them (getting their approval), which indicates centralization. Using their platform is also done OFF-chain. All they are is a centralised enitity with some aspects related to blockchain. Most of the other projects don't focus on anonymity and privacy which is what is needed to launch an STO. Securities come paired with high KYC standards. If a project want to be fully regulatory compliant they'll need to have the KYC part figured out, it's the most important thing when it comes to securities. It's great to see that Dusk knows what is needed for a network suitable for launching STO's. Hence I don't think they need to rush because of the competition. To be completely honest; there's barely any competition. The other projects trying to accomplish such a platform will not get around regulatory standards, they're doomed to fail. Anyways, I'm really excited to see how Dusk will tackle the trading of STO's. Perhaps some kind of DEX? you're building a private chain after all. Also can't wait for the exchange announcement this week, if it's a big exchange that's investing in Dusk then I'm sure you guys will deliver! |

How much DUSK have raised so far? Is there any plan for exchange?
The exact amount raised is not known to me due to private agreements. There is definitely a plan for exchanges. I'll quote from our updated token sale article; "Conclude agreements with one of the world’s leading exchanges, who we will now be able to accommodate as a private sale contributor and partner as well as secure a free listing." I have a pretty good hunch about that exchange, but would our speculating on what exchange it is, by narrowing down the the listing policies of the possible exchanges harm your contract with them? Which exchange do you think they are partnering with? If they manage to sign a top tier exchange I definitely need to get myself an allocation. |

Fortuna is an OTC derivatives platform, not just a normal exchange. OTC derivatives on blockchain is a new concept afaik. Yeah, I'm not really familiar with this kind of platform. So let's see what you've got! If you will survive the crypto or not? I hope they'll survive. So far they've delivered with frequent updates. Time will tell, although I'm very optimistic! |
